SO yummy! We went here for dinner on a Saturday night and I had the burger and cucumber salad (cucumber salad was incredible). Our waitress was awesome and so patient with us (we were yapping away!). Will definitely be back!

As always, cheerful service, great food, and a comfortable environment with nice paintings. I had the grilled meatloaf sandwich and it was incredible!

Ambiance: This is an open space with a rustic feel. It comfortable, but is a little lacking. However, he Campets art work is hilarious and so clever haha. We had a good laugh. Service: our waiter was fantastic. He was kind, prompt, funny, and overall attentive. Not just wish us, but all the tables around us. Food: Scotch egg - delicious. Not usually a fan, but we had heard how great they were and had to try them. The flavor and texture were great, plus they were cooked perfectly. Definitely eat them with the pickled onions. Fried pickles - just do it. Sweet and sour beef soup - so flavorful. It's absolutely delicious. Lloyd's burger - the bottom of the bun was soggy from my soup, which was disappointing. They should refrain from putting the soup on the same plate as the burger. The burger itself was lacking in flavor and a bit dry. I wanted to love it - I just didn't. Chicken sandwich - my husband loved it. The breading was delicious and the pickled onions were the perfect touch. We didn't love the potato wedges though:l. They were undercooked and too thick. Overall, I think we'd go back. If for no other reason than the locals love them and we'll, they're local. Also, customer service matters and they were great.

Comfortable casual little place. Street parking is plentiful. Seat yourself which is nice. Server was friendly but efficient. Checked on us several times. But the star here was the food by a mile. We ordered the green chili pork with tortillas, soup of the day which was zuppa toscana, and a scotch egg. Scotch egg was perfect, medium yolk, crispy on the outside, just perfection. The soup which is a favorite of mine, was creamy but light, slightly spicy, just what you want. But let me tell you, this pork!! Chewy tortillas dipped in the green chili pork. This is what dreams are made of. Slightly spicy, so much flavor. Must go. Don't walk, run to try this spot.

A deeper dive showed a good possibility of gluten free options, so I made the reservation. I was in town on a Monday, just after Hoopfest, but they were the kind of busy where a reservation should always be made I think. My table was ready and I sat in the bar at a high top table. I think I would choose "in the dining room" next time. My server was friendly and quick, as well as knowledgeable about gluten free options. There is even a separate menu that lays out the dishes that are already gf or could be made to be. Love this, always. I ordered the summer salad to start. It was amazing. Flavorful. Fresh. The mint wasn't overpowering, the watermelon was the perfect ripeness. It was so good. I would try to recreate it but it was done so well, and I know I couldn't hit that dressing in the same way. Get it while you can. For my main, I had ordered the scallops in my brain before I even arrived. The risotto was a little soupy, but the flavor was SO good. The corn came through and it went so well with the scallops. The tomatoes were quite over salted, but as long as I didn't eat them alone, it was alright. The scallops were perfectly cooked and I felt like the portion was appropriately sized for the dish, even though there were only 4. My server really made the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere was busy but the booths looked like they could be cozy. The prices were on the higher end. But for a special occasion, it was worth it. I really wished I'd had room for dessert. I will surely go back the next time I am in town.

It's a short walk from the Parkade and they had a small outdoor seating area and I took a seat and I waited outside for my friend. We both partook of one of their unique cocktails and our waitress was helpful in questions about menu items. My friend had the beet salad and I had the wedge salad with grilled chicken. Both salads were delectable! We sat outside chatting well after they closed between their lunch and dinner crowd and our waitress told us to take all the time we wanted which I appreciated. I ordered the hanging tenderloin medium rare based on her recommendation, and she was also more than happy to add some greens on the side when I asked. I really appreciate that Mizuna makes a point of using vegetables from local farms. The dish almost reminded me of something you might get at a traditional Lyonnaise restaurant, but with a more modern and refined touch. The beet salad, though, was a piece of art. I would honestly come back just for this dish. The beets had an almost candied quality without being overly sweet, and they worked beautifully with the freshness of the mint and the creamy chèvre mousse. Fantastic balance of flavors and textures. Great atmosphere, genuinely warm hospitality, and food that feels thoughtful without being overly complicated. Mizuna was a really enjoyable surprise.

We told the server it tasted burnt & old so she offered to make a fresh pot. It was just as bad, when she asked we said it was still really yucky and she said that a lot of people don't care for it. I ordered the tamale waffle. The beef was great, eggs were a bit overcooked but no biggie, the waffle was really hard and dry. It needs some sort of crema sauce or something. It wasn't horrible by any stretch but it wasn't great either. My mom got the veggie breakfast burrito and she liked the veggies though it was bland, felt like it could have had more sour cream & cheese. It was massive and came with a side. The added 16% service fee is some real BS. It says on the receipt that it's split between the server & the kitchen staff. Call me old fashioned but I thought it was on the restaurant to pay their staff a living wage. At $18 a breakfast plate & $4 for drip coffee you should be able to pay your staff. And then we're supposed to tip on top of that? Nope.
