We have been in here before and bought our master bedroom set from the main store. Quality is exceptional. The store manager Ciera helped us look around, answered any and all questions, and even helped to entertain our almost 3 year old. Some of the other staff helped us to check the frame of the couch we were looking at. Super helpful. Be warned things go fast here. We got an excellent couch that is normally 1450 for 650. So different than our recent experience with Ashley home store. You have 2 days to pick up the item so we picked it up today and again staff was super helpful. My wife finally talked to Chuck at 4 Hands Outlet this week. While he tried to assist, the bottom line is we spent over $1000 on two chairs that are now worthless. It turns out the "as is" policy at the outlet includes future issues with your furniture. The chairs we purchased ~7 years ago were made with crappy, particle board, type leather that will eventually "molt" off the chair. Had we known that, we never would have purchased the furniture. It's almost like an automobile recall that was never issued. 4 Hands knew about the issue, and did nothing for the consumer. We have a REAL leather chair, not purchased here, that is over 10 years old and still going strong. So the bottom line 4 Hands customers, is beware of the "as is" policy. It not only includes "scratches and dents," but any future issues you may have. read more

I am quickly becoming addicted to Four Hands Home Outlet. I got a couple of things years ago and forgot all about it and recently went back...and have now been back multiple times. All of their stuff is **awesome** - really cool stuff at amazing prices. A friend was telling me the other day about a used Four Hands coffee table their friend got on Craigslist for a screaming deal. I told her how I got a brand new coffee table from their outlet for the same price. She had no idea it existed and couldn't believe it. I feel like it's somewhat of a hidden gem that not everyone knows about. I somewhat want to keep it that way but also want to share the goodness. Such cool, quality pieces at really, REALLY good deals. Every time I'm in there, I've worked with Michelle - she is AMAZING. Ask for her next time you're there. She's helped me find what I need and has given me great deals. She gave me her card and said to text her any pieces I have in mind so she can keep an eye out for me. Customer service is top notch. And the guys who move the furniture into your car are also super helpful and so careful with your stuff. Love it!!! read more
