This is now my favorite furniture store of all time! I have been a huge fan of the furniture from Four Hands for quite some time however I always had to wait for the Warehouse sales to be able to afford it!! Now I don't have to! They are open every weekend and they have a large selection that changes frequently. When you go, you MUST ask for Anthony, he is fun, friendly, and there is ZERO pressure to purchase. He helped me for over an hour moving furniture around for me so I could see how different pieces looked together. He definitely went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for!! To top the whole experience off I scored an incredible deal! In addition I told him that I was looking for a few other items so he took my name and number and told me if anything aong those lines came in he would give me a call. A few days later I got a call from Anthony letting me know that a piece came in that he thought I would like so he sent me some pictures of it. It was just what I was looking for so I rushed down and purchased it! You just dont come across customer service like this anymore, Anthony has most certainly added one seriously devoted customer, and I will recommend him and the store to all my friends and family. read more

I had never heard of Four Hands until my wife mentioned it when we were looking for a new living room sofa. I had pretty much given up on finding the quality of sofa I was looking for that didn't have a ridiculous price-tag attached. I am so glad I listened to her and made the trip. We were replacing a very large couch and the prices at every other store we went to for a comparable sized sofa were through the roof. Everything in the warehouse is marked well below retail pricing you will find elsewhere, and the particular deal we found was amazing. Basically the piece we found was missing *one* pillow and had been marked down to 70% off retail value. We told Chuck we had to check one other place and I would most likely be returning for that piece since we tend to use a mountain of throw pillows on our couches to begin with, one missing pillow was not a big deal to us. We left, came back within 15 minutes to purchase the new sofa and Chuck had found the missing pillow. Instead of pushing the normal pricing, he honored the price we saw on the couch the first time we walked in that day. Outstanding customer service. Outstanding products. My wife and I recently moved from our small condo downtown to a house, and we needed furniture that fit our style and made our new house a home. After a suggestion from a friend, we visited the Four Hands Outlet and that is when we met Anthony, the store Asst. Manager. He could not have been more helpful. I would say after our first visit, my wife and I became "frequent flyers." Every time we entered the store or ran into Anthony he knew our names and was enthuastic to help us search for the right piece of furniture to fit our need. I had been in search of a very specific brown leather chair for at least 8 months. I told Anthony what I wanted and he took down my phone number and said he would be on the look out. Sure enough, and no surprise to us, Anthony made it happen and tracked one down. Additionally, we found a dining room table which we loved, but the top was too large for our space. However, the base was perfect. Anthony went above and beyond to find a smaller table top that didn't have base. He personally unscrewed the larger top from the base and attached the smaller one, right in the middle of store, which made the table perfect for us. Great customer service. It seems like good customer service is hard to come by these days. I just recently became aware of the Four hands Outlet. The customer service is outstanding! I have been by the outlet store a number of times in search of a particular table but have yet to find it. At my most recent visit to the outlet I was lucky enought to meet Ciera. This girl deserves a raise!!!!! She is by far the best customer service person I have ever encountered anywhere. She took down my information and what I was looking for and agreed to call me if and when the peices comes in. Yesterday Ciera called me to inform me that one of the pieces I was interested in had just arrived and that she had another piece that she thought I might like. Unfortuneatly, neither piece will work in the space designated for the table but how cool is it that she went out of her way to contact me. She genuinly cares about what I am looking for and is willing to work hard to make me happy. Because of her attentiveness and her outstanding customer service I am confident that if at all possible she will come thru with exactly whay I am looking for. I hate shopping for furniture. Retailers in Austin tend to have very high prices to go with crudely manipulative showrooms and salespeople. 4hands warehouse is different, though. The manager, Anthony, is helpful but low-key, and the reception person, Sierra, is quiet, considerate, and helpful. They are just really nice people. We bought a table and six chairs, and beds and bedside tables for our two kids. Delivery costs a little extra but is quick and efficient. They set everything up for you. Prices are significantly lower than you'd find at places like Star Furniture and Crate & Barrel, which we visited before going to 4hands. We'll be going back next time we need something and won't visit anyplace else first. read more

A group of corporate condos I manage basically furnished each of our properties with furniture items and decor from Four Hands outlet. I will say that they have great selection, outstanding service (while you are selecting & purchasing) and fair pricing. The pick-up process leaves a lot to be desired. My preferred moving and delivery service, Austin QuickMoves, bailed them out on multiple occasions due to Four Hands not having the items ready, properly packed, or simply having the shipment inaccurate. Either take it yourself when you buy it, or have a reliable moving company pick up and deliver it, otherwise you might have issues with this place. But overall, it's a great option for trendy furnishings. read more

I shopped the original Four Hands location down off Ben White Boulevard for many years. However when I moved out to Liberty Hill that was quite a haul for regular shopping or checking in on new products. The other day I was looking for a chair and stumbled upon the Four Hands outlet location up north. I was overjoyed to find that I could still pop in and check out Four Hands merchandise. This week I popped in there looking for a chair and walked out with a Wickham queen sofa sleeper. Love it going to pick it up right now. Michelle helped me with my purchase and was very patient while I made up my mind. I strongly recommend you add this to your places to stop in regularly and check on furniture deals. read more

Wife and I have been on the hunt for a replacement sofa set for over a year now and couldn't find anything, always disagreeing on style or price. Wife and I stopped in while passing by not expecting much outside of the big sale, but were pleasantly surprised to find a sofa and chairs that we both agreed on at a good price. Ciera helped us through the process and was very helpful, educating us on style, fabrics, and color. Also lending her opinion on matching pieces and answering any questions we had. I just visited Four Hands this weekend. I've been a long time customer & purchased many pieces from the outlet as well as the retail shop in South Austin. At the outlet, all sales are final. This is an outlet & there is damaged furniture there so be sure to inspect what you buy. I love Four Hands ya'll. Great prices and unique furniture. What more can I say? I don't give many reviews, but when I have excellent service at great prices...it deserves a review. I came into the store not knowing quite what I wanted. Ciera Moreno is the person who helped me look at so many different combinations of furniture, and pillows. I would have killed me...and she just smiled! I love this place!! The guy that helped us was super cool, friendly, and even helped us get a better deal then the already extremely marked down furniture. We bought a desk 3 dinning chairs (1 with arms, 2 without), a king bed, a dinning table, all solid wood, all in great condition, there was a small scratch here and there nothing more then would happen in time from normal use. I will keep coming back looking for great furniture and the best deals in town! read more
