It was a little challenging to coordinate timing with a busy mother and the repair crew but James was patient and responsive. In the end, he was able to get the fridge fixed within 3 hours of our first call. Since I wasn't there myself, I asked the tenant what she thought of James' service. Her response was that James was "very nice and professional." I have no way of knowing if the job was priced higher than other repair companies since I am no expert in home appliance repairs. But these guys were available when it counted. I hope I'll never need any repair services anymore but if I do, I'll most likely call Customer Care Appliance Repair again

This time he replaced the control board, but insisted it was working before and it must have "just gone bad". Cost $250. Not only did this not fix the problem, the water and ice dispenser in the door stopped working. He insisted that I needed the electronics in the door replaced for an additional $150, but at that point I knew he was just randomly replacing parts. I had him put the old control board back in and of course the door functions started working again. I called a qualified technician and he said that the defrost unit he originally put in was not the correct one and likely the control unit he put in was not the right one either. In the end, the problem was exactly what I told him, the control unit was not cycling. It should have only cost $180 to replace.

I contacted Complete Appliance Care based on the fact that they are an authorized LG service provider and reviews I found on the internet. Very satisfied with the service. Very professional and on time. He was finished with the repair in under an hour checking computer codes and replacing the cold water valve. Washer machine has been running perfect ever since. I would recommend them for all your appliance repair needs.
