In the end, he was able to get the fridge fixed within 3 hours of our first call. Since I wasn't there myself, I asked the tenant what she thought of James' service. Her response was that James was "very nice and professional." I have no way of knowing if the job was priced higher than other repair companies since I am no expert in home appliance repairs. The technician said they couldn't wait the 20 minutes it would take to see if the issue occurred. Instead, they started the dishwasher, determined it was "working properly," and left without fully diagnosing the problem. Later, we were able to record the dishwasher failing to complete its cycle and sent the videos to the technician as requested. Unfortunately, we never received a response or any follow-up. The property owners were charged for a service that did not resolve the issue because the appliance was never properly tested. If you're looking for a company that thoroughly diagnoses problems and follows up with customers, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
