I was charged $340 for three ladies for three hours to wipe down the bathroom and kitchen areas for a move-out service. Honestly, I could've done a better job as one person in less than an hour. My new tenants told me they saw the ladies talking on their cell phones while they were supposed to be cleaning, which made the time run over for them to finish, thus charging me more. I asked for the windows to be cleaned as well which wasn't done. Do not hire this cleaning service. They will rip you off! read more

After 6 times in my home... did a good job during the snow & ice..their last visit was a big surprise... didn't finish .. why? They did everything on a routine as the prior visits... now. Stop & left... thro they took my $ from my bank account.. that they have to have before they arrive! I've got no receipt. There were other people who paid for the prior visits... this time myself & additional cash I gave them for the total for the every week..arrangement! There was items taken out off my the table outside & direct tv remote missing...they left laughing... I walked out the door...watching them closely as they were leaving ...got back in side & found a lot never done. Upstairs & downstairs!! Only one was able to communicate the other two couldn't speak English (3) people who cleaned ... But Not ,. finished...like the months before.. Cleaning people need a license with stronger licensing credentials legally needed! And we customers ...paying after the work is done.. NOT taking the Visa card before holding $$ hostage.. and charging anyway as it happened on that day in March 2021 My bank has a dispute on them for my $$ Back... I am very upset and pissed with Four Seasons during a recent move-in clean. Upset that they did a terrible job at cleaning and I have to spend extra time cleaning while unpacking into the new house; and pissed that when contacted after the clean, the supervisor was rude with zero customer service. She claimed it's my fault for not checking that everything was done before paying up. Long story short, they finished the cleaning of a 2800sf townhome in less than 2 hours. I specifically asked them to pay attention to the insides of the cabinets, shelves and refrigerators, but we found pasta stains on the refrigerator shelves and they didn't even bother to clean the bathroom cistern. During the quotation, they said all these are included in their move-in clean price. Now I know why their price is more attractive than the others... I'm paying the price for going with a low-priced bad service company. read more

Had a move-in clean recently and was very disappointed with the cleaning done. It seems in two and half hours they spent most of their time vacuuming. After calling them back to point out some major things they had missed (which they did come back very quickly with no hesitation and I appreciate that). But I literally had to walk around and point out every little thing (cupboards, drawers, mcrowave, baseboards) and I found out once they left the second time, that only the things I mentioned got cleaned instead of the entire house which should be included in a move in clean. I don't feel I should have to dictate a cleaning service on how to clean, especially because we hired them because we had no time and two small kids. Unfortunately I was very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere next time. read more

Four Seasons Cleaning service was horrible, requested a crew of 3 for a new tenant move-in. Arrived late, had to ask them to re-clean areas because they were still dirty, the supervisor came and she even had them to re-clean & re-vacuum areas they claimed were cleaned initially.
