Horrible customer service. I simply asked for one of the toppings that goes in their specialty soup to be placed on the side (crispy onions, don't like them soggy) and their response was "you either want or you don't, we don't put on the side." Problem is I drove 15 minutes to order their food and spend my money, and they knew this, but no sympathy from them! So irritated right now, such a simple request, what happened to the customer is right. I am going to tell everyone about their horrible attitude where I work, we order from them all the time, right up the block. I hope you read this 4 seasons, choose your battles correctly! read more

Very good Chinese and Thai food.. reasonable prices . I would definitely recommend the Thai basil chicken , spicy sesame shrimp dumplings , shrimp pad Thai .. Service is good I recommend calling in your order .. The only minor complaint I had was and I have ordered from this place about 6 times is the shrimp in the pad Thai doesn't taste as fresh as it should be. This is our local "go-to" spot for Chinese take out. We have dinner from here nearly once a week. They always do a great job. The food is prepared quickly and we haven't had a bad meal. We usually ask for extras (extra pork in the Won Ton soup or extra spicy or extra steak) and they always deliver for a modest up charge. Some of our favorites include noodle soup, bbq ribs, Phenix and Dragon, Pineapple rice, and many more. As I said before - never a bad meal. They also do deliver locally! So if you're on your way home and don't feel like cooking stop by or call in for delivery. You won't be disappointed. read more

I was a big fan of this place. This was my go to place for Chinese food in a West Islip. They had the freshest, most delicious food in town (after Long River fell from grace a few years ago). However, the quality here has post COVID dropped immensely. We always ordered a large amount when we had family over and the last two times we have ordered, all of us were disappointed. The last time we ordered, we all agreed, that this would be the last time we ordered from this place. It is a shame and it makes me sad. They used to be so good. read more

We only moved to West Islip a little over a year ago, so finding our go-to places has taken some time, however after eating at Four Season Kitchen it was a no-brainer! Great food, but rude service. I went in for lunch and only had my credit card on me and my total was under 10$. The woman behind the counter said "sorry no can do". I had to practically beg for her to add on a dollar so I didn't go starving. I understand the 10$min, but she completely refused my order until i insisted she charge me more. read more

best chinese food in wi! my favorite is the crab rangoon's. best crab rangoon's i've ever had. not too much cheese, crab is there in taste but no chunks, barely noticeable (i don't like crab.) the noodle bowls are such a great meal when it's cold out. it's a meal itself and sometimes i can't even finish them, so filling. i get the pork chicken dumpling with udon noodles. chicken and broccoli is also another one of my favorites. something about how they make their brown sauce is just so tasteful. everyone should def try the noodle bowls tho!! read more

Used to order from Bo Hings, which had very good food. Then one time I called, and realized it wasn't Bo Hings any more, but now it was Four Season Kitchen. I ordered what we usually get, and it arrived quickly, nice and hot and delicious. Looked over the menu and ordered a few of the Thai foods last time, the basil chicken and pineapple chicken, delicious. We will definitely be ordering over and over again. read more

This is a great chinese food place. It is not the type of place you would want to sit down and eat in as it gets very hot in the summer and has limited seating but they have great take out and delivery. They have a great lunch special that goes until 3pm. I ordered the Sesame chicken lunch special and it was only $6.25 and it came with fried rice and wonton soup. It was a great deal and I wasn't even able to finish it all in one sitting. My boyfriend ordered shrimp Chow mein lunch special but they gave him the shrimp vegetable one instead, he was a little disappointed but what they gave him still tasted amazing, and was a great deal. With quite a few Chinese take-out restaurants in the area to choose from, Four Season Kitchen is the only one we order from. Nice family run restaurant. Dishes are prepared with care and not overdone. The noodle soups are fantastic. Good pork buns too. read more

Live close. Always went to long River right up the street. This place has really stepped up its game. The strip mall it is in has been remodeled & so has this place. The chicken & broccoli & the boneless ribs & egg rolls were excellent. It's a take out resturaunt so it's nothing fancy. But, the food was on point. The staff was very friendly as well. Pork lo mein was also lacking pork or lo mein (seemed to be filled with mostly vegetables). Ordered sesame chicken and general tso's chicken and both were chewy and dry! I order from this place all the time but today my friends and I tried ordering but the first two times i was told it was the wrong place. We called a third time and they finally let us order. Then they called us and asked for a phone number they could use and they wouldn't accept anything but a house phone number. We ask them politely when our food would be ready because we had to go somewhere and they cancelled our order saying they wouldn't deliver if we were in a rush. We continually told them we would be at home when the food was going to be delivered and would pay when the food came and they would still not deliver. As of now our order is cancelled because they thought we were "rushing" them. read more
