So I've tried this place 3times actually and thought that maybe I'm just unlucky. That some nail person is definitely better and worse than others. This salon is TERRIBLE!! They rushed soooo bad doing your nail. It's like they are competing to be the fastest not the best quality. They never pushed and cleaned your cuticles on your hands nor your feet. So there is always a space. And then it's kinda thick. But not even good thick is like easily lifted thick. And the acrylic is also uneven. Urgh I can go on and on about how bad they are. They are also messy! Like when they are done doing my nails I have nail polish everywhere and kinda glue under my nails that's stuck to my skin. Oh and to top it off, my nails literally came off day 3. Again I did try this place 3times before writing this review. So disappointed read more

They did a great job on my nails. The pedicure was terrible. They barely massaged and I still had calluses on my feet. I know my feet are rough but I have never had them this bad after just getting a pedicure. They are usually atleast soft this was not at all. I was charged $130 for everything which would have been okay except I had to go elsewhere to get another pedicure within 2 days. read more

25 year walk-in customer with no particular cracked, day or time (other than avoiding expected high volume / peak time frame. The quality of service and attentiveness from the time you enter the shop has always been reliable and consistently above the status quo. read more

So I was visiting FW & had some down time and really needed to get my nails done. I checked YELP and found a couple... 4 Seasons was able to get me in! It was odd...LOL I felt like I was walking into an episode of Golden Girls BUT I loved it!!! They did an amazing job - were so friendly - great prices. This has to be a joke. I went in there and I showed them the picture of the design I wanted, and asked if they could do it. They said they could. I asked multiple times to make them skinnier or more pointy but she didn't understand and she struggled multiple times to do a French tip. If you know you can't do it then just tell me. read more

I was in the area shopping, and happened to see this small salon and thought I would give it a chance because I've been disappointed with the price gouging and low quality at my usual salon. I'm new to the area so I've really been trying to find a reliable nail salon! I was skeptical because this place isn't flashy, nor does it have drinks which a lot of the newer salons have. Honestly though, I couldn't care less because the people are wonderful, the prices are very reasonable and the quality of service is 10/10. I got my usual dip and a pedicure and my nails look WONDERFUL. They didn't rush but got everything done in a timely manner. The nail techs are obviously very experienced and SO kind. This salon is small and unassuming but I really think more people should know about it. I think I found my regular place, thank you guys so much for the awesome service read more

My nails chipped within an hour of me getting home. My toes didn't last as long as they usually do, either. Usually my toes last for a month or longer and these only lasted a few weeks. Not the cleanest place I've been to. Kind of grimey with supplies stream about everywhere. I prefer it when things are kept tidy. If they don't keep their work area clean, it can lead to a higher risk of infection! Pretty sure they made fun of me, too. Not really the worst thing but pointing and laughing at someone directly to their face is...not a way to get customers back. read more

I am having the worst luck on Yelp lately. A 22 minute start to finish deluxe pedicure, really?! There seemed to be plenty of regulars here. Perhaps their service was better than mine. My nails were barely trimmed. Leg and foot massage was average more like rubbing than a massage. She didn't even put a top clear coat or prep for the polish. Polish put on quickly and then she disappeared, so much for a long relaxing experience. She didn't even offer me something to drink. The gentleman was offered something to drink, but I was not! $27.00 for a deluxe pedicure that was more like a basic and I will have to have one again in 2 weeks because she barely trimmed my nails. Not happy! I was looking for a good deal but got a ripoff! As I am sitting here I realize she didn't even give me those stupid free flip flops and she is in the back. Guess I came in at break time for her! Grrrrrr!! read more

My nails look really good!! I had the pedicure and had my nails filled, shaped and painted. I feel like the pedicure was reasonably priced but the gel polish was an extra 15 dollars which I found a little unreasonable. However the job done on my nails was so good it almost made it worth the price. I'm still gonna shop around to find the perfect salon but I'll keep this one in rotation read more

Gel chipped in 4 hours. Worst nail experience ever. I got a gel manicure and the technician painfully pulled at my cuticles and was rough around the nail. The gel wasn't set long enough between coats, is rubbery, and chipped by the night of the same day. The gel drying machine was covered in polish. Very poor experience. read more

Staying at a hotel 2 mi away and found this place ! Called and made appt for 11:30. We actually got here a half hr early and I got sat down right away! John waited just a Minute to get his pedi. He got the Margarita pedi. He had a little lady that didn't speak English very well but boy she did some grating!! Lol his feet defiantly needed attention. My GenX (dip) nails were $40.00. My first time in, I will be back. She did a great job. Only complaint would be how busy it was when I went, but that's good for them. I had an appointment and didn't wait. Although, another girl came shortly after me and she had to wait awhile. I am not sure if she had an appointment or not. In terms of my nails though, she did a great job and was funny to talk with! I did feel rushed to pick out a color, like I would lose my appointment time if I didn't decide soon enough. It was my first time there and it seemed like they have some regulars who "know the drill" so it's a more fast paced nail place that seems to be very popular. SUMMARY: If your wanting to get in and out quickly and have good looking nails I would go here. Well folks, I have found my nail spot!!! The words I'd use to describe the staff are, kind, welcoming, polite, and great listeners! Customer service is KEY!!! The place is small and quaint, sometimes too flashy is TROUBLE!!! $20 for a Pedicure and the avg in the DFW is $30! If I want my feet rubbed with the foods I eat! lol. Seriously, you will NOT go wrong with the nail salon. There are still great services out there, and they have proved it! They even did my daughter's feet for $0. She is 2. Good, clean service with reasonable prices. I came by on a Monday after work, was seated immediately and got a nice pedicure. They have a menu of deluxe options you can choose from if you like -- Margarita, Sunkist, Tea Time, Cappuccino, and Cucumber Pedicures, each with some special add-on. I went for the Deluxe ($25) and received a decent massage with hot towels. My friend swears by their manicures. read more

This place was amazing, i love it and recommend it to anyone and everyone! I've been to other nail places around Fort Worth and I like this place best. Although truthfully I'd like to keep this as my own hidden gem, Katie, the owner is so sweet and the whole staff is so friendly and accommodating that I have to share how great their service is. I came in with two broken nails and Jenny recommended I do dip on my nails while they are repairing - she did a great job helping my poor fingernails and her dip job has lasted over 3 weeks with only one chip!! (Of course my nails grew but the polish has stayed in tact and still looks beautiful!) Highly recommend this place! read more

I just moved to Fort Worth and have been in search of a nail salon. I read the reviews for Four Season Nails and gave it a shot. This has now become my go to spot for my nails. The customer service is truly amazing and the ladies always make me feel so welcome when I walk in. The past 2 times I've been I have gotten Jenny and she is AWESOME. My nails always look amazing. Stopped in spontaneously during a weekend vacation and received such LOVELY, relaxing service for a mani pedi. The hot stone foot massage was awesome, the staff brought me TWO cans of Diet Coke, and my nails look wonderful. I probably shouldn't move to Fort Worth just to make this my regular nail spot, but... When I moved to Fort Worth, I tried out at least 5 different salons, multiple times. I ended up with RUINED nails, they were thinner than paper. I received POOR quality manicures with bad service for ridiculous prices. Then I found Four Season. It is NOT elaborate or fancy inside, but it IS clean. Their staff is amazing when it comes to mani's and pedi's (specifically shellac). They ARE BUSY and I would suggest making an appointment. I absolutely will not let anyone do my shellac except Four Season. They are professionals, and perfectionist. They will get a color for you if they do not have it. No more needs to be said - this is your place! OH - I almost forgot the best part: you will NOT find a more inexpensive spot - I don't care where you are! $25 for a shellac manicure?! UNHEARD OF! read more

They really know how to make you feel special. when Katie welcomes you in by name (she never forgets a name) it's like she is welcoming you into her home. very gracious. The staff is courtious and professional again making you feel right at home. I have been to many higher priced "exclusive" spas and this is the one I send my friends to. Finding a nail place is tedious. You have to have chemistry with it and feel comfortable with the staff and environment while visiting. I just moved to Ft. Worth and was dreading looking for a new place, but I'm so happy I found this one on my first attempt after reading their positive reviews. I went the morning of my brother's wedding and the staff was so friendly and great. Staff members asked my name and made small talk, but didn't try to pressure me into services I didn't request. All I got was a basic manicure (which lasted about a week) and nobody tried to upsell me a pedicure/wax/gel manicure in the process. It was so refreshing. The rest of the women in the salon (mostly regulars) were laughing and joking around with the staff and updating them about their lives. That made me happy. I work in customer service, so seeing great customer service makes all the difference for me. As for the actual salon, it was cute and cleaned up. I don't get my nails done regularly, but still, this is my new spot for whenever I need to. What a relief! read more

I brought my mother to this nail shop based on positive reviews. While I didn't have anything done, my mother was extremely happy with what she had done (Deluxe pedicure and manicure, plus they gave her a neck and shoulder massage). Katie was a nail tech that everyone asked for. She seemed to be the manager. She was extremely nice. She asked me where I heard of the salon from and gave me a small bottle of massage lotion as a gift. All I did was pay for my mother's nails! All in all, this is a great little shop that's clean and fairly busy. I'm planning on coming back for myself. UPDATE: Since my first review, I've been back 3 times. This place is the best nail shop I've ever been to in Texas. I drive from Arlington to Fort Worth for them because they're worth it. I'm changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars because of it. read more

I really liked it here. I didn't mind waiting because the staff was friendly. They have a nice variety of Dip colors. I only got a mani with tip but I'll be back to get a pedi soon. AND the technician didn't dip my nail 7000 times to make them super thick, which I hate!!! As tired as she was, you couldn't tell and I appreciate that. read more

Nice clean nail salon, this was my first visit but probably not my last finding a decent nail salon is like being hit by lightning people tell you it will never happen then when it does WHAM boy are you surprised. Decided to come here with my mom to get mani-pedis and it was a really good experience. It was very hard to make set an appointment, therefore I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5. I called over ten times just to get the phone to ring, it sounded busy for such a long time! Once someone answered it was very easy to set up the appointment, the lady never asked for my name she just said it was set. That's when I decided to call back because I found that to be odd. The place is very clean, it's small but cozy. They did such a great job! Both ladies we had were super friendly and they took their time. We went at 10:30am so they were starting to get busy and they didn't seem to rush with us. The prices are reasonable as well. I'm not sure if they have alcohol considering I went early in the morning. Something I would look into for my future visit. If your looking for a nail place, this is your spot! Nothing like rolling into a nail salon that has three customers and four workers standing around talking and they ask what you need... you say "manicure and pedicure, please" it's 6 o'clock and they close at eight... and the girl looks you up and down and says "sorry were busy tonight, can't do it".... ummm ok. Don't waste your time with this strip mall dump. read more

I love this salon! Cindy and CiCi are wonderful! Everyone here knows me by name and they are always so nice to me! They are very accommodating as far getting me in whenever I need or staying open late if I get off work late!! They always provide quality work and will correct Anything I'm not 100% satisfied with. I actually had to take SIX WEEKS off of having anything on my nails so that I could grow them back out. That's how bad of shape my nails were left in. My biggest complaint is that, after coming here for over a year regularly, Jimmy didn't even know my name. He stamped my final punch card entry and it seemed like he had this moment of realization that he had no idea what my name is. Not going to lie - it stung! I got my bridal nails done here! I have mild palmoplantar psoriasis--a non-contagious skin condition and without any flair ups --and instead of making me feel welcomed, the staff made me feel judged the entire time. The pedicure was rushed and barely addressed my calluses/extra skin (which is the entire reason I get pedicures! Is to keep the extra skin I produce off). No callus softener was used, and when I asked for more effort, it was done, but met with an energy as if I was crazy for asking that, again, it's literally the ONLY thing I look forward to and need. The neon yellow polish I chose was applied without a white base, making it look dull and sloppy. Then I was asked if it was ok - which kind of confused me, because shouldn't an experienced nail tech know that a white base is required for neon colors to pop properly? It looked horrible and I had to have her remove it. For my manicure, I asked for dip powder, but the tech convinced me into some "new gel technique" that burned my nails every time she put them under the light and smelled horrible. The result was so bad, it literally oozed onto my skin, and didn't stick to my nails because I couldn't cure the gel due to the burning sensation under the light. Felt like I was placing resin on my nails. When I mentioned the details I was experiencing and in as kind of a manner as I could and that it was ok I could just go to my usual place, I was met with an exchange of words in Vietnamese, which frustrated me even more and semi attitude from some of the staff. I really didn't mean to make anything difficult and I even mentioned paying for what I could and that I'd just happily leave. I finally was able to get up to leave and go straight to my usual salon to have everything redone. To add the cherry on top - I still paid $70 for this service. Beautiful inside and the salon and I really liked the way they displayed the colors they have, that was actually really nice. Their follow-up message basically blamed my skin condition instead of acknowledging their lack of care and professionalism. For anyone with even the slightest skin issue or who expects basic customer service: stay far away. EDIT AFTER REVIEW RESPONSE: Your response only confirms my frustration. Let me be crystal clear: I didn't come to your salon for medical treatment - I came for a basic pedicure and manicure like I've had at countless other salons without issue. What I received was rushed, low-effort service and a lack of care. My feet weren't properly prepped, my calluses weren't addressed, and the neon polish was applied without a base coat - resulting in a dull, sloppy finish. On my hands, I was pressured into a gel service I didn't even want, which burned my nails and smelled awful. I left embarrassed, uncomfortable, and $70 lighter... only to immediately go to my usual salon to have everything redone the right way. Your continued focus on my skin condition as a scapegoat is both dismissive and tone-deaf. This wasn't a health issue. This was a quality and professionalism issue. Own that. Do better.

When it was all done, there was still dust and residue all over my nails and cuticles--zero cleanup. I left with sore hands and nails that didn't even come close to what I asked for. Definitely won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend Vincent if you want good service or basic professionalism.
