I'm still amazed, the crust is so flacky and fresh, not heavy and hard to chew, the Chicken Garlic, is the best, I'm saying the best, coming from someone that has tried all the pizza places in maple valley, covington, kent, I won't mention all their names, but engine have went to them all. We were excited to try Italian Fresh Pizza, but we were very disappointed. We ordered the garlic cheese breadsticks and the all meat pizza. The cheese breadsticks had almost no cheese. The all meat was supposed to have pepperoni, salami, sliced meatballs and sausage. It only had sausage. It's possible they got our order wrong but we ordered online and ours was the only order there when we picked it up. Won't be back. read more

I have gotten pizza to go here 3x and today he was promoting baklava made in house - I got "2" and they were gigantic, sams size as four at another restaurant. Anyway I love their pizza. Have only tried the Hawaiian and the Chicken-Basil-Artichoke. Both good. Menu says fresh basil and it's more like a pesto in a jar type sauce but this is mid winter not basil season and was still good. There's a small credit card fee but none for debit cards (however their machine didn't communicate with my BECU debit card). Service when I went at an off hour was quite fast. Barely 15 minutes wait out in the cad for a hot out of the oven pizza. They still also have Indian curry dishes which I'll have to try. And to my surprise the pizza was HUGE!! I was so excited to try it because all the reviews were very positive. And the owner, who helped us cash out was very friendly and inviting. Really made me feel good about buying from a small business. And the pizza didn't disappoint!! The crust and cheese / sauce ratio were perfect. The crust was a little thinner than normal but I love thin crust pizza so I really enjoyed it. You could easily fold a slice and eat it New York style. In fact, that's what this pizza reminded me of. Was really excited about this place, mostly to do with all the rest of the reviews. Got the Italian combo pizza, biggest size at the recommendation of the owner. He said it's a favorite. It was the most expensive so I'm not sure of that's true or not but nonetheless we got. There was flies buzzing all around the little shack and that was kind of a turn off, I was ready to turn around right then, but my parents were ready to stick it out, I guess. The kitchen was wide open and it looked clean. We also got the chicken curry and garlic naan, at the recommendation of the reviews because I didn't see a single curry like item on the menu, just pizza? Anyways, he said it would be a 25 minute wait so we went down to the tiny Black Diamond shopping strip and checked out the antique shop while we waited. Once we got back the food was ready right on time. It smelled BEAUTIFUL. Pizza burned our hands through the box but by the time we got home it was a little more than luke warm. Despite that, it was delicious. The pizza was VERY fresh, good veggies, and wonderful ratio on the pizza. D thought it was pretty good and J got stuffed on the curry. Lemme tell you. This curry is the BOMB. It is super good, so glad we got this. Though the naan didn't have any garlic hint, it was still the best naan I've had, though I have had few. But don't let that slight inexperience deter you. I am well educated in curries. And this was a good one. Yum yum yum. J is very picky and even though, J LOVED EVERYTHING Highly recommend the curry. Oh man P.S. The heat levels are actually translated to your food. We ordered medium and GOT a medium. So many establishments take medium as bland and sad. While we didn't wanna go overboard on our first try, this curry was flavorful, delicious, and had the proper amount of spice. I will go for more heat next time though, because I like the extra kick. I feel good buying from him knowing he's the true owner and a family man and doesn't have middle men preparing his veggies and meats and dough, he takes the time to do everything himself. There is pretty much no seats here though, two tables outside, and one very small one inside, so if your looking for a place to have the pizza there and eat it, this place probably is not where you want to go. But, if you're just taking it home- then I would MOST certainly recommend this place! Both our pizza's were perfectly cooked, and had a good amount of toppings on it! I hate a pizza place like Dominoes or Pizza Hut that are very skimpy on the topping! Here is not! My ONLY regret? Not getting a bigger pizza! The pizza here is simply perfect. Just the right balance of cheese and toppings with the dough. The dough is so good, almost like a naan like breading. The crust on their pizzas are the only pizza crusts that my three kids will eat. We ordered a large combination and their traditional daily special, a pepperoni for only $5.99. Not only is the price of their pizzas low, it taste great and is fresh. Another huge plus is the incredibly pleasant owner, an overall good person in which you want to keep doing business with. I already reviewed this, but I ate the Chicken Curry today and I gotta review it again. The chicken curry was GOOD. Really good. Unless you're a serious eater, there's plenty for two meals. I ordered medium, I'll probably go for hot next time but that's just me. You have a choice of various items to add to your rice, but I didn't add a thing. The chicken curry is fantastic, terrific, delicious, but that isn't even what really had me raving. It comes with garlic naan. And if you think the pizza crusts here are the best you've ever (and they ARE) you HAVE GOT TO HAVE THE NAAN. Put a piece of the chicken on it. Dump some chicken and rice on it and fold it over. Dip it in the curry. Ohhhh myyyy gosh I don't care what you do with it, but the stuff is amazing. I could have eaten myself sick on that chicken curry together with the naan, but I had to save half the naan (you get a lot of that too!) for tomorrow. I've had meals at nice restaurants, expensive restaurants, that weren't a quarter as good as this guy's chicken curry in take home styrofoam with that foil wrapped naan. It's 8.50, but it's beyond worth it, and you do get plenty. They won't let me do two reviews, so I have to say - THE PIZZA IS ALSO ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! I haven't had better pizza anywhere, and I mean anywhere, in my life. Fresh crust. Fresh spices. My son, who is arguably the pickiest eater on earth, eats every last bit of crust on every piece of pizza he can grab. I've never seen him eat pizza crust from anywhere else at all, but he devours this. It's about the same price as other takeout or delivery. He usually has a special going - a large cheese or pepperoni - for under $10. This place is just flat out awesome. It's a hole in the wall restaurant, no seating, but just try it once.
