I needed temporary couches to use (for a couple of months) before my special order ones from Macy's come in. Thankfully, I got some free couches a parent (at my school) no longer needed. The couches were in very good shape but needed to be deep cleaned from normal soil. I tried to do it myself with OxyClean but it still needed a more thorough cleaning. First of all, one of the best things about Magic Solutions is scheduling with Corrina, Morgan's wife. From start to finish, she goes above and beyond with her personable communication through emails. I wish every business had the level of customer service that Corrina provides! On the appointed day, Morgan came right on time. He cleaned these couches so good, that most of the stains are gone. I've never used a professional upholstery cleaner before so I was a bit hesitant to reach out. I described the issue on my couch from HD Buttercup. If you've heard about that company then you'll know why I was worried with simply using anyone. I received a few responses and quotes. Most came back with generic responses which didn't address my problem specifically, along with pricing. Morgan's initial response was asking for more details on what had happened and how I tried to fix it myself. After some back and forth he explained how he will attempt to fix it along with an estimate. After a few days he returned with the results. Admittedly he was not able to return it back to original condition. But he was upfront, noting it might not work. Furthermore, after he brought it back, he didn't downplay the condition it is in. To be honest, I would've been happy if it didn't get worse. But getting it back to 90% of how it used to look was a pleasant surprise. Cost was reasonable given how much my couch was. You'll have to make your own judgement comparing how much you value what's being cleaned vs. the cost. For me I won't hesitate to give him a call again, nor shy away from recommendating his services to others. read more

I had an amazing experience with Magic Solution Cleaning, there us no reason why you shouldn't have the same! I was looking to clean my rug and light arm chairs. Morgan came in to take a look at the job and gave me a reasonable quote! That was a first good sign I should try this service. Then, Morgan came in, did the job pretty well and came back a week later to fix a problem area on the arm chair. The thing is, it is impossible to know whether a stain is gone from some fabric. When certain fabrics get wet, they change their color which makes it hard to know if the stain is gone. Morgan takes his job seriously and tried a variety of solutions on the fabric until it wad gone! I've also received a discount as do all of their first-time clients.
