The home warranty in company sent out Mark when I had issues with my AC unit. It was a very hot day with more heat on the way; I was suffering from the heat and so was my dogs. Mark was very patient with me from the time he came through my door. He not only informed me what was going on, but he had me get down to show me everything. He took his time and explained everything to me, and I do mean everything with no sales pitch involved. I already knew my system was probably at the end of its life, but he gave me all options, which I appreciated. Will and Robbie were able to come out the next morning to install a new system. They were prompt, explained to me what they were going to do and didn't mind stopping to answer any of my questions. When they left, they went over everything they had done, made sure everything was working properly, and cleaned up everything. Home warranty sent this company out to fix my furnace. He cleaned off my sensor which is pretty minor. Had it done previously. He told me I needed a new system. The one I had was poor quality and the warranty company would not replace it. He tried to tell me I needed a new one because it would happen again and told me the best deal I could get was that week . It was a week before Xmas! Absolute terrible company. If you want a used car salesman, contact this place. They were called by home warranty to come out and look at my HVAC unit. As soon as they came the first time. I needed to pay for a new unit. I said 'No" that's what home warranty is for. They stated that home warranty would never replace it. They were there 5 min. Added borderline refrigerant. Left and said "see ya in a couple weeks. Horrible attitude because i didn't want to replace unit. He left and it didn't cool like it had prior. I had a leak around indoor unit. Called warranty company. They send same company. These used car salesmen again. Came in, said couldn't get front cover off furnace. Said coils were leaking and had to replace. Better to replace Inside and outside units. $6800. Or could just do inside.$4800. Never even looked inside anything. I called someone I trusted on my own. Got the front plate off in 5 minutes. It was a PVC drain issue. Adjusted drain. No leaks anywhere. Charged outside with refrigerant and working better than ever. Never needed one part. If I had listened to these used car salesman, I would have been out $6800 and still had the issue with drain. Absolutely ridiculous four seasons was sent out by our home warranty company for a bad blower motor that almost burned down my house that morning while my wife and 5 year old were sleeping., the "salesman" Mark pretended to be so nice and worried about me and my family but it was all a scam just a front to make me comfortable so he could try to force me to buy a new furnace and AC unit. After being told repeatedly for days that we could not afford a new setup at the moment and we just wanted the blower motor replaced and some other issues mark had said supposedly were wrong like a carbon monoxide leak. He never mentioned the leak to the warranty company or anything because he wanted us to pay out of pocket because he said his company only makes $300 off the sale and installation of a new furnace through the warranty company and he doesn't get his commission. It has been a week and still haven't had the part replaced because he wants the commission of a new sale. He basically refuses to only fix the problem so he can make more money. He also got a call from his office while at my house asking him how he wants to receive his commission this check, obviously he only cares about his money from his commission and not about what the customer needs and can afford. After calling the warranty company and explaining to them and proving to them what he said and did/did not do they were unhappy as well with him and the company and promised they are removing four seasons from their contractors list and will not be using them anymore for their services. That does not fix our problem but hopefully will prevent them from putting other families through what we've went through and keep them from trying to take advantage of desperate people just trying to survive and stay warm through the winter unlike my family has been able to do because mark and four seasons wants to make as much as possible instead of doing what is needed and can be afforded. Never again will I EVER EVER EVER ALLOW FOUR SEASONS BACK IN MY HOUSE OR ON MY PROPERTY. Terrible service and the customer service is a damn joke. read more

I had great experience with Four Seasons. They installed my new HVAC unit, but the ducting in my house was not compatible with the new system. As a result, the vents and the inside unit were running so loud, turning the house into an unlivable space. David quickly figured out the problem and sent his technician (Will) to adjust the blower speed and they expanded my existing return air pathway (+ added a new one). These actions drastically alleviated the problem and I'm happy that I chose this contractor. Their labor price is reasonable. read more

Called again, came out after several days of sweltering heat. Told it was compressor. Must wait a week to get Then schedule appointment. Or buy another unit for $3500! Never came in!! Why were we told it was fine??? Called again ...was treated rudely. Called Drexler, came within hour. Said it was low on freon. Filled it. Nothing wrong with compressor!! I'm not going to say they don't know what they're doing. But even on the call when he was coming, when Mark asked what the problem was with my a/c, he only listened while I described one problem and said, "bye" while I was still talking. This was representational of his whole visit. He was in a rush, he was dismissive of what I was trying to say, he almost ran out of here. He did fix one problem. I told him the other problem and he said that wasn't something they did. I had to call the company for another reason and said, "Oh, by the way, I wish you'd asked me to describe the problem so you could have told me you don't do that. And Mark was in too much of a rush and didn't fully explain things." So Mark calls me a minute later and starts yelling at me for complaining about him. He described the one repair job he did as though it was charity work and he deserved a cookie. I mean, seriously. I complained and he called and yelled at me. Not an exaggeration. So then I called the office again and told them about him doing that, and the woman I was talking to got testy with me too. I'm amazed they're still in business. I notice that every review said they were using them because of a home warranty. I wasn't, I just called them because they are close. We have a warranty on our house & was not sure at first what kind of service I would receive. I called monday morning that our a/c was not working & by 1:30 that same day David Bohm was on his way to see what was wrong which was a wonderful surprise as I had an appointment originally scheduled for later. Uuugh. That sums up my experience with Four Seasons. A/C went out May 2nd. I called the warranty folks who put me in touch with them that night and called them as soon as they opened May 3rd. IT WAS DERBY WEEKEND. I had 6 people coming to my house, so it was a sticky situation to be stuck in. Literally. The timing of my predicament - definitely not their fault. The timing of getting one little part replaced - totally their fault. Today is now May 29th. Yup, it took 26 days to get my A/C back on. Sure it saved me some money to only have to pay the deductible by going through the AC guys of my Warranty's choice. But to be quite honest, it couldn't possibly be worth it. I would have rather paid 500 bucks out of pocket to have it done by one of the companies that said they could overnight the part. Just to add to it, I called many times in these 3 1/2 weeks. The "after hours" person pretty much just says she can't help me. Can I not please reach their voice mail? That would be more helpful and free. And she was not thrilled to have me call by any means. I'm sorry, I'm not thrilled either and I've already paid my deductible, so you know you're getting paid. I very much felt like I was being given the run around because I was far from a high-priority. No word on the part having come in. Then finally I get someone on the phone and it is "Oh it came in today." 10 days after it was ordered. Did you get it on $2.12 snail mail? And she was rude about me wanting someone to come as soon as possible. 4 more days til my appt and I was given a 4 hour time slot. Awesome. Can they call me on their way so I don't have to take off work. Sure. I give her both our cell numbers just in case. And then I wait. And wait. And low and behold the day is over and no one shows. After hours, so no leaving a message. I call the next day and she is rude. Again. And I am a pretty polite person, esp on the phone. I try to be as nice as possible, but at this point am basically frustrated almost to tears. She says I didn't answer my phone. I tell her I have no missed calls. Neither does Alex. No apologies and the next appt is 5 days after my initial one. Okay, it is the weekend and I'll be out of town. Yes, let's do another 4 hour time slot of 11-3. So this morning I call to make sure they will be calling me. And that they have my number. For the love of god, I don't want to go another 5+ days. She tells me that my appt is 1-5. AAAHH. No it isn't. I put it in my calendar during our last conversation. Fine. I don't care when it is. I just want to have a peaceful, pleasant night sleep in my own house. So we hang up. I go back to work. And then the guy calls at 10:30, saying that he is running a little early for my 11 o'clock but will be there in 20. I laugh hysterically at my mixture of exaltation and furiousity (so maybe that's not a word, but that is where I was at!) I rush home. He arrives about 45 minutes or so later. He replaces the part in 10 minutes. They can do the job. Just don't expect any HVAC to be fixed ASAP. read more

From Customer Service who answered the phone, to the Office Manager and to Dave, the owner, the telephone experience alone was MORE than enough to keep me from using this company. Our a/c is out, the warranty company sent the claim to this company. In talking with the cust. service person, I mentioned that I have recently been sick, have a fever, and tested NEGATIVE for covid twice. Was told she'd have to "clear" it with owner before scheduling- that the tech doesn't want to get Covid. Hello? I said I don't have it! But even if I did, I should be forced to swelter in my home? I'm a nurse.. I don't discriminate against any patients. But evidently, if you own an HVAC company, discrimination is fair game. Owner calls and tells me it will be next Wednesday or Thursday before they can come out. I will be paying another company who I have already called and they will be here by 8PM today. Had 2 total systems installed in an older house that turned out to be a larger project than anticipated. We had a full crew working on the house and they had us up and running in no time. The workers were knowledgable and kind to my family includeing my dog and 16 month old we were understandably curious. They provided everything we agreed on and ensured we understood our new system, taking the time to point out changes in the house as they went along. Shady McShades. This is who 2-10 warranty sent, he flipped my breaker and charged me $100 while giving me a sales pitch for a $5800 unit that would "pay for itself in a couple of years with energy savings". Didn't even take the cover off the unit to see what caused the breaker to flip in the first place. So, a few weeks later the unit went out again and the guy replaced a wire on the unit that was fried, and charged me another $100 saying that it was a different issue, which it probably wasn't, but since he didn't bother to actually look at the unit the first time, he can bone my checking account on a technicality. All the while still telling me to get a $5800 unit for 6 months same as cash. AND, as he left he chuckled out, "Tell your husband I'm sorry to take more money from him" Sure, I'm sure you are. Basically this guy's shady and his goal is to make as much money as possible for as little work as possible. We called a contractor not affiliated with the warranty company and he completely fixed the unit for $180, because, shocker, Four Seasons still hadn't fully addressed the issue. The new guy showed us that the unit was hooked up to the wrong circuit breaker and that's why it burned out the wires and caused the breaker to keep flipping. It was hooked up to a 40 instead of a 30. He checked the pressure of the refrigerant and found it was off so he drained out the unit and refilled it to get out air bubbles, and replaced a few old coverings. He said the unit could last several more years and I'd only save about $250 a year in energy costs by upgrading. Basically it would take 23 years for a 5800 unit to pay for itself, not exactly paying for itself in a couple years... I wish I had done research first and found my own contractor in the first place, I would've saved a little money for better service and information. read more

I was without heat from February 20th to March the 1st because I went through my home warranty company which was a total nightmare and the business they sent had diagnosed the problem as a broken filter. However after getting nothing done with my warranty company and the business that they sent out I took it upon myself to reach out to the same people who had installed my furnace 3 years prior, Four Seasons. Over the phone they told me that the filter probably just needed to be cleaned and they will be able to come out to my house that day. They arrived to my house approximately 2 hours later and called me 20 minutes prior to arriving which was very helpful because I had to leave work. It took Mark all of three minutes to take out the filter and clean it and turn back on my heat. He stayed around and conversated for another 30 to 40 minutes just to make sure that the heat would continue to run. I was so livid with my home warranty, which was new and I do not recommend them as well as the business they sent out to diagnose the problem which was not the problem at all. I could have had heat on February 20th if the business that came out would have just looked at the filter and cleaned it. Overall, Four Seasons was very prompt with getting out to my house and fixing the problem. Mark was very friendly and informative about educating me about other simple fixes around the house. I cannot rave enough about how convenient they were and helpful, especially the representative Mark that came out to fix the problem. I I have a five-year-old and we have been staying in the house the entire time and this was not a priority for the other heating company nor the home warranty company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... First thing first they sent someone to my home who wasn't ready to fix my air.... they was sent through my home warranty. We have been waiting for someone for two weeks to reach out to us. When the man came I explained to him that where my furnace was and he took one look and sad " Yeah, I can't do anything about this today I don't have a latter nor do I have the man power." I looked at him and asked how soon would they be able to get back with us because it's going to be 80-90 degrees outside the next up coming day, could they come back at a later time the same day and fix he? He said NOPE!! we will be in touch. I called the front desk lady and told her what was going on and asked if there was anyway they could come out today or tomorrow and of course she said no and when I asked to talk to the manager she started laughing stating she was that manager. I explained to her what was going on and all she said was well let me reach out the the owner of the businesses in a very rude and very nasty way. He called me already on defense mode trying to bat make it right at all and told me that it's not their problem anymore and nobody will come to me faster then they would. They didn't even have freezone....... They didn't come ready to fix shit. Basically telling me in shit out of luck. They are nasty and I don't recommend anyone use them they will not have the tools to do the job and they will not try to help you out at all. They are very evil. Completely Unprofessional - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Our AC was not cooling to the desired temperature, so we called this place. They gave us a 9 hour window for when they would get here, but said they would give us a half hour notice. They ended up giving us 10 minutes notice, and when we weren't here when they arrived, the repair person proceeded to yell at my pregnant wife. We had a neighbor let them in and they spent 5 minutes here to tell us that the AC unit was running fine, but that it was just hot outside. My wife called the repair man back to ask a couple questions and he answered his phone by saying "What". He then said quit calling me I'm busy and hung up on her. My wife called the office and they lady there was just as rude as the repair man. So they spent 5 minutes here, charged me $85.00 to tell me something they could have diagnosed over the phone and yelled at my wife. STAY AWAY! read more

My AC went out and this is the company my home warranty sent to evaluate and repair it. First off, they tried to sell me all kinds of stuff outside the warranty. Tried to sell me a coil, that was later replaced under warranty. I halfway expected that and that's ok. As someone who has been in the maintenance career field for 20 years, I know how much work is involved in things and how much approximately one would expect to pay. I was told there was a $600 fee that warranty wouldn't cover, for "modifications". The technician that replaced the coil, had the exact same coil from the manufacturer and these "modifications" were all part of the removal and installation and consisted of the cutting, replacing, and brazing of about 5 inches of 2 sections of copper tubing and replacing a very small section of PVC. That's an absolutely outrageous charge for the 20 minutes that was part of a routine replacement of a part. I highly recommend not using this company, and if your warranty says they are coming, attempting to reschedule with a different company. read more

Scheduling happens at least a week out every time and then the company never seems to want to do the actual work. Customer service representatives are rude, as well. Terrible experience. This company was thru my warranty company. A tech came out to fix my a/c and told me I needed to buy a completely new air conditioner. They told me I could do a couple of things that seemed shady to go around the warranty company. Say they did work that they didn't do. When I told them I was going to get a second opinion they said they would come back free of charge to look at my a/c again. They changed their story and said I needed new parts. I only gave 1 star because that was required to start the review. There was not a choice for no star..... Purchased the annual service and every year I have to call them and remind them. On this occasion I requested service and possible repair of furnace. When we called to confirm the tech was coming out they confirmed yes. After the cutoff and the tech did not arrive, they said the office clerk made an error and confused us with another family named Wening. Not clear how that happens as there is not another within 100 miles. Thanks to a really good friend of ours, we finally had heat that evening. When the tech did finally show up the next day and after the cutoff time for the service I purchased, when he learned the heat was working, he never entered the house and explained it was because he did not have his tools to perform the required maintenance........ don't get me started on the last visit where they unplugged my sump pump to use power and then my basement flooded because they failed to plug back in...... My home warranty company chose this HVAC company to make repairs to my air conditioning. Throughout the entire process of the repairs I was not very pleased with their service. If I could describe this company with a few words it would be unprofessional, understaffed, and uncaring. The next time I have an issue I might just bypass my warranty company all together. The first person that came out to my house did not look professional at all. He was wearing a Tshirt and Gym shorts. He called me and said he was 30 minutes away then showed up two hours later. He did a few things to my air conditioner, called the warranty company and said that he couldn't fix what was wrong that day and he would have to come back a week later. It seemed like a pretty easy test to do. I think it had something to do with the fact that he kept telling me "I still have six more calls today!" He didn't have hardly any tools in his truck to do anything. He wasn't prepared. I called later after he left to schedule the next appointment and we got it worked out. Monday between 11 and 2. And they told me that they would bring out a window unit just in case the issue was bigger and it would take a while to fix. Monday rolls around and I leave work early to meet the worker there, now it's 1:30 so I call the company, "well you were supposed to call us to schedule service and you never did.." He also informed me that they don't loan out window units.. After explaining to him that I did call he found a STICKY NOTE with my scheduled appointment on it.. Two hours later a worker shows up (again in very unprofessional attire) and fixes my air in an hour and a half. As he's leaving he suggests that I don't need an invoice for what he did! Just because I'm not paying for the service doesn't mean that I don't need a record of the work! read more

This is THE WORST!!!!! Absolute worst! My Home Warranty company sent these folks out. The man came and told us the coils needed to changed out but he could only give us a freon charge. If we felt it was still not helping, then we'll need to call our warranty company back and have a second look at it?!? Hold up what?! So we did... not happily, but we did. Then after a few weeks we still couldn't get the house 'cold' in 90+ degree weather; so we called home warranty again, they sent out the same company. Told us we needed new coils & it would be a 3-4 hour job. New coils arrived and the appointment we planned 3 weeks prior was FINALLY HERE!! A call in the morning said between 0900-1700 but nobody came till 1700. THE LAST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY!!!?? Knowing it would be a 3-4 hour job, ARE YOU KIDDING??! Our rep arrived, brought in the coils that were ordered... and after disconnecting the coils we had already, he realized this was the wrong replacement coil that was ordered. Um mind you we had AIR it only got down to 72, but now... in 91 degree weather, we now have NONE!!! It's now 20:30 HRS and my main floor is sitting at 85 degrees... and will remain till 'hopefully the right coil can be brought tomorrow' Day 2 Our rep has has called to say he should be here at 11:30 with the correct coil. YEAH!! It's now 12:20 and he has finally arrived... he was here till 15:45 and Cold air should be blowing shortly.... with that said now all of a sudden our second unit just DIED?!? Really!? I REFUSE to believe that it coincidentally bit the dust just immediately after my rep departed my house. Called the rep... no answer Called the office..... office manager coped an attitude said well the owner isn't here today...but he can call you tomorrow... Um we went with out air on the main floor last night & now you expect the floor with all the bedrooms to go with out tonight?! I THINK NOT! What ever scamtastic plan these people have, I see right thru it! I pray NOBODY uses you all ever again! Worst customer service! Worst work period. And FYI, OWNER NEVER called. The company was assigned to us from our home warranty company. After waiting around all day (10-5 window) they came into my home and said the reason my air wasn't working was because my filter needed to be changed. I questioned why that would freeze the line on the outside of the house. They went out to check the outside unit and had to add over 2lbs of Freon. My husband got home from work at that time and met them outside and asked why they would have to replace Freon and he told my husband the same thing. We needed to replace our filter then they left. Well a quick google search later confirms that a dirty filter will not cause us to lose Freon obviously. So that was a waste of money and time because we will be right back here again as soon as it leaks out enough Freon. Very frustrated and will be contacting my home warranty company. read more

Had a leak with my AC, guy came out fixed it and proceeded to tell me ALL the issues that were wrong with my unit, basically illegal stuff?? Tried to get us to buy a new $6,000 ac unit with 6 mos sac?!?! Said my home warranty wouldn't approve the repairs? I have yet to see the report they gave to the home warranty. Our heater wouldn't work, again home warranty sent us this company. Guy came out and thru deduction said our control panel/board was bad. He ordered one and another crew came out the next day to put it in. So it's been a bit warm and we keep our heat on 66-68. Our thermostat says the house is at 70 degrees. Well the heat keeps kicking on even though the thermostat is sitting on 64 and it is reading 70 in the house? Tonight I heard the furnace kick on and then kick off....three second later it did the same thing? I go get my husband and he comes downstairs and you can see the ORANGE GLOW thru the vents !!!!! WTH! I run upstairs and turn it off. Yes I know that the glow is from the pilot light and is usually normal. This was NOT a normal small glow! I call Four Seasons at 9:30am, tell the lady what is going on. She puts me on hold and comes back saying I would have to call my home warranty company, get a new work order and they wouldn't be able to get to me until Monday! They were just there not 6 days prior putting in a new board! I called my home warranty and demanded a new HVAC company. Four Seasons was called out to handle my home warranty claim back in June of 2013. The first guy who showed up didn't have the tools to complete the job and asked if I had a monkey wrench. He called up a coworker and told him to swing by later in the day and that the unit just needed refrigerant added. A few hours after the second guy added refrigerant, it became apparent that nothing had changed and the unit still wasn't working. I called the warranty company back and they said someone could and would be out in the morning. Four Seasons even said they'd be out in the morning, then they called Saturday morning to say they would be out Monday. I explained that I have a job and couldn't just be there whenever it was convenient for them, so they said they'd work on it without me present. Monday evening it appeared nobody had been out and nothing had changed, so I called back and it was explained that I should have left the unit running for at least 24 hours as it could take that long to cool the house. He asked me to call back the next day if it was still not cooling and of course it was not cooling. Finally, they came out and gave me their verdict: the unit was simply insufficient for the house and would never be able to cool it. If they were professionals, they would have brought the right tools the first time and seen that it was insufficient without making me suffer more days in a sauna. When I manage to raise enough money to finally get the central air unit replaced, since the home warranty company rejected me and I can't get any money out of the jerks that sold me the house, I definitely will not be calling Four Seasons. read more

I Have a home warranty and Four Seasons are the ones who were assigned the claim. The lady who called to schedule the appt had to be the most rude and insensitive person I've ever spoken to. My heat went out and its going to be 13 degrees tonight. I asked her if I could have some one come out tonight because it was just my daughter and I and we didn't have anywhere else to stay. She couldn't have cared less. Didn't show any empathy at all. told me that tomorrow was the earliest that they could come out. I told her my lunch was at 1 and if there was anyway I could get a window of 1-2 and I could just move my lunch back if need she told me "no, it had to be 1-3." I understand if thats the only appointment she had but I will never recommend this company to anyone. She didn't even apologize or give me any suggestions that I could try so I wasn't w/o heat. I am also filing a complaint with my home warranty to have them removed, I sure they don't want a company like this representing them. I ended up calling my home warranty back and getting them to assign a company that could get it fixed tonight so that I didn't have to have a night w/o heat, this was just the most uncaring rep for a company I've ever encountered. read more

The most unprofessional and untrusting company I've ever encountered. I was forced to use them by my Home Warranty company. I requested a quote for a new AC unit & furnace. They did not even come into my home and look at existing unit before giving me a quote. I even stated "my furnace is very old and is a unique aqua therm unit, please come in and look at it before quoting me." The guy laughs at me and tells me he's been doing this for years and doesn't need to see new unit. He quotes me around 5 grand. The day they get here to install, the tech is like "we can't replace this furnace because we don't have those type of units, we can only do the outdoor AC unit." I ask him multiple times if it is ok to put a new AC unit on a really old furnace and they say yes it is. They charge me $2,200 for the AC unit & labor. Fast forward to winter and my heat isn't working. According to another very professional & trusting HVAC company, the new AC unit blew up the coils in the outdated furnace and now I have to buy a new furnace for $4,400. Gradually I noticed my floor surrounding the closet of my AC/Furnace, whatever you call it, damp then drenched over a week or so. Discovered it was the AC causing the issue. We just bought the house within a year so our home warranty should cover it. They sent Four Seasons out. Four days went by mind you. When the lady called to schedule she had to be the most bland person ever. She asked if I wanted a call before they came, I said yeah a few hours would be nice, she says "well we only have time to give you an hour notice" lol OK, why ask then. Some guy comes out. I forgot his name. Said he was the owners brother. He messed around for a little bit, said he fixed it, then said no he didn't but he would fix it temporarily until the part came in from warranty company. Needless to say the temporary fix was terrible because now my floor became soooaakkked. Anyway, whatever that might not have been him right? The next day a lady calls me and instructs me the part and labor was covered by home warranty but that there was $350 charge that wasn't. WHAT! Ok, well tell me what I am being charged for please? $50 for modifications, cool with that. $150 for flow switch, a bit high ok cool with that. $200 for Freon disposal. So I call my good buddy up that would be our HVAC go to if it weren't for the warranty just to make sure it all sounds ok. He instructs me to ask about Freon disposal. So I call the lady back and she says, and I quote "well the Freon disposal goes through a rigorous disposal process because it's bad for the environment." I say, "OK well we just want to use the same Freon." she states, "well yours was contaminated so we can't reuse it." I ask "did they test it" she says "well I am sure they did, but with this kind of repair it always contaminates it" I say "oh ok so you all would be ok with showing the test results right?" she says "oh yeah no problem, it's an acid test and we will test it before we start the work to show" ---So I call my buddy back and explain the deal. He comes over personally and tests the coolant for me. Guess what-not contaminated-and the whole story about the repair causing contamination is BS. Also puts the flow switch on for half the price. Anyway. Monday rolls around and a guy calls me back this time proceeds to tell me the charges and I said yeah we just want to use the same Freon and I tell him I tested it myself and it was fine. NOW the story changes. "Oh no maam that's for the disposal of the coil" here we go---"I was specifically told that the Freon was already tested and either way the repair would contaminate" he says "Well I have the lady right here that you spoke to let me get her side of the story" pause "well I think you're mistaken maam what she was trying to say was the disposal of the coil has Freon in it and that's what we meant" dude whatever! I was super nice and cordial with this scammer. But I was over it-I say "how am I suppose to trust what you're saying when I talked to the lady that represents you on three phone calls about the same thing trying to clarify the charge" I am texting my buddy at this point and he says there is usually no disposal fee as the part is metal and scrapped but regardless part of the job. So I ask the guy how he can make the situation right as I am not trusting now. He states "You can get a buy out from your warranty company" really this is your way of making it right. I did call my warranty company and presumably took a huge loss by doing so as they only gave me half of what the repair would cost. Keep in mind this was basically my only option, either this or let them repair my coil. I wasn't letting them back in my house. Even if that meant I had to pay $500 out of my own pocket. I was sick. So my buddy comes out to figure out what to order and to assess it. He literally reset my coil, basically moved it where it exactly needed to be and bam. Fixed! A freaking muscle movement fixed it. Home warranty or not, this was a joke. A big huge scam of trying to get even more money on top of their already ridiculous assessment. So I can only chalk up to they're incompetent AND greedy? You tell me. WOULD NEVER EVER USE THEM!!! read more

If no stars were available that's what they would get. My unit wasn't blowing cool air but it was still running so I called my home warranty to get someone to fix the problem. My home warranty sent them to my home to fix my air. All they did was fill up the Freon. Two weeks later the air stop working again. They send the same guy out he proceeds to say that I need a new coil. Then it turns out to be a $450 fix so I'm like just get it fix then they call back saying the price went up to $525. We agreed on the $450 then they want to up the price. I call and asked what's going on just so Cindy could tell me I was making up numbers because she has always told me $525. On top of that the guy who said I need a coil to fix the problem said I would be put on the bottom of the list to get it fixed because it's a hard job to do. Cindy made EXCUSES for the guy saying they have a mouth they say what they want, and that he's a big guy you need a smaller guy to do the job that needs to be done. Don't waste your time or money with this company. They are rude and shady. If you're home warranty sets you up with them then go the other way. read more

Great service and my 15 year old AC is running great! Very responsive when i called and i signed up for bi-yearly service. Definitely will keep going back to these guys! And they stand behind their service. read more
