They were here with the same crew every day (Braulio- Forman, Manuel, Angel, Lalow & Juan). They cleaned up at the end of every day and despite the heat they worked from 9 am - 6 pm. No matter how many questions I had Braulio was patient and explained everything. They created the yard that looked identical to the 3D rendering. I am also impressed that since the job has been completed Mike (supervisor) keeps in touch and also comes by routinely to check one the condition of the plants and grass. This is definately a company that has great customer service and when I had a drainage issue they were VERY responsive. They came out right away. After the storm on July 3 I had several pines tipped over due to the wind, they came out first thing Monday morning after the holiday weekend to fix everything. I have never had a contractor so responsive and care so much about what the consumer experiences. I highly recommend this company for any yard work or service you may need!

Well, the majority of the plastic edging around the sidewalk has become exposed due to the freeze/thaw cycle. The installers did not use nearly enough long spikes to adequately secure the edging, nor did they plant the edging deep enough. Plus, there is a low spot on the walkway that doesn't drain and collects water and dirt. I contacted Green-Up, reported the problem, and they told me that I would have to dig up all the edging and reinstall it. Poor installation and POOR customer service. But most disappointing is the fact that they broke their word.

Our project was delayed due to city work on our block but the team at Grow Earth was able to come out right before the first snow and get things squared away. They were quick, respectful of our property, and cleaned as they went. Manu kept us informed of the progress and checked in to see if we had questions or concerns. The completed backyard is beautiful work and we have had no water problems since the install. They were reasonably priced, professional and easy to work with. We were treated like family and were given honest advice. We are so pleased with the outcome and highly recommended them for your landscaping needs.

They were able to quote very quickly, and since our back yard was unusable (all dirt!) after another construction project, they fit us in quickly so we could get back to enjoying the results. The project hit a few hiccups - namely a massive buried tree stump and the need to lay some drainage after discovering water pooling - but Manu and his team were able to accommodate and adjust to keep things moving. Everything we've purchased from here has thrived and always ends up looking beautiful! Come to find out the office screwed up,said one of the managers will call,3 names mentioned but no calls,no apologies, only the technician apologized. Apparently without my consent or confirmation email, which I explicitly asked for before starting services. I was put on a list without those things. When called to clear the confusion, I was put in a hostile situation, where they said we have recording of you saying yes to becoming our customer. I don't deny saying that, BUT funny part is they only recorded the part where I said I would be happy to be a customer, and not the other part where I asked for an quote to be emailed to me and me calling them back next day to confirm if i want that services.
