We ended up going with a tree-trimming, and cabling of our large white birch tree. The company did an excellent job, trimming the tree down to protect our roof line, as was our main concern, were respectful of ours and our neighbors property, and did not leave any debris behind. I was assured that this would not be an issue with Lush Lawns, and that your crews take care to properly clean and blow off all surfaces after application. Before the first treatment, I also confirmed this directly with the technician on-site, and he again assured me that everything would be properly cleaned. Unfortunately, after the application, I found fertilizer left on both my driveway and patio. Compounding the issue, it was raining, which increases the risk of staining and damage to these surfaces. This was particularly frustrating given that it was the exact concern I had raised multiple times prior to starting service.

Well, the majority of the plastic edging around the sidewalk has become exposed due to the freeze/thaw cycle. The installers did not use nearly enough long spikes to adequately secure the edging, nor did they plant the edging deep enough. Plus, there is a low spot on the walkway that doesn't drain and collects water and dirt. I contacted Green-Up, reported the problem, and they told me that I would have to dig up all the edging and reinstall it. Poor installation and POOR customer service. But most disappointing is the fact that they broke their word.
