When I questioned at the end of it was typical for the massage to last less than an hour, I was told they give 15 minutes to you to change at the beginning and end. This is not standard, and additionally I didn't even get a 45 minute massage, I received a 40 minute massage because he was late. Third: the massage itself was not worth repeating. Fourth: immediately after my massage when I should have been in a relaxed state, I not only had to figure out what happened to the missing tip money, the woman at the front desk tried to upsell me as if anything about the experience would make me want to return.
