I love how they always have a special going on. I usually get gel manicure and if I have a picture of a certain style I want, they are always willing to try to recreate it. It's a nice space and friendly staff. There is a bit of a language barrier but nothing that a touch of patience can't overcome. They do a good job but their customer service sucks. I've came here before and it's the same thing every time. This last time I went, will be the last. I had a picture of what I wanted and one guy started with me, he has all the colors ready for me. He then had a conversation with another employee and he had me go over to another lady. I showed her the picture and her reaction seemed irritated. It was supposed to be a Coffin with Acrylic with a simple design on it and she just assumed it was a manicure with just paint on my nails. I told her no and explained what I wanted. She looked at me with a blank face and said that gel would be better for me because my nails are short. And again I told her no I want them to be a little long like the picture. She continued to tell me that she won't do acrylic because of my nails. I didn't have all day to explain it again so I said whatever is better. She ended up just doing regular nail polish on it with a clear gel coat like I didn't noticed that?! And she still charged me for a gel set?? It was not worth it at all and my nails didn't even come out the way I wanted! read more

The salon is big & beautiful so I waited to write this review until after 3 visits.. to be sure. The interior is the only nice thing. They literally say "5 minutes", "pick a color" when you get there but every time I'm there I've waited at least 15 minutes & as many as 35! I've watched them do this to everyone who comes in. My polish chips, nails break & when they don't want to do the pedicure you want they say it's discontinued. I get gel polish and it only has lasted 5-6 days all 3 times. I used to love this place but when went there for a pedicure a couple weeks ago I was not impressed. They offered me a glass of water so I accepted. They make their own ice cubes with fruit. I was very disappointed with my nails. I had already had a bad experience there before and I had said to myself I would never return. I went back a couple of weeks ago, because I was in town. I figured i would give them another chance, but i totally regret it! I got my toes and nails done. I specifically told Chi le Dang that I wanted my toes and nails done and I wanted them to match. so I picked the color and she started doing my nails. When she was done I noticed that my hand and toes did not match. I told Chi Le Dang and all she said, was Yes they match. I said no they don't, my hand color was a brighter red than my toes which looked burgundy. She totally ignored me and went about her business. She didn't even offer to redo. I will definitely never return to this place and I will definitely not refer anyone. $38 dollars wasted on this place, not worth it. Oh and by the way the nails didn't even last a week, the polish started peeling the next day. STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD JOB DONE. read more

Took my mom to Four Seasons on Tuesday night for a birthday pedi/mani. Don't let the location or surrounding shops fool you, this is a nice salon. It was $30 for my mani/pedi (basic) and $48 for my mom's shellac manicure & basic pedicure. Not bad! Rose worked on me and she gave a great massage on my legs and arms. She was very detailed and spent quite a while on my feet and hands. I think she started around 7 and I was done a little after 8. I felt very relaxed and I love the job she did. I don't recall the girl's name that worked on my mom but she spent a lot of time on her pedicure and even longer on her shellac manicure. I think we finally left the place around 830. I like that they did not rush us out like other salons in Tracy I have been to. I would definitely go back there again. read more

So I've gotten my nails done at a few different places before and never been really happy with the results. This place does a great job. My nails don't chip the next day. :) Also I normally just pluck my own brows a little bit, but the woman convinced me to have them waxed. I don't have thick eyebrows at ALL so the thought of waxing already thin eyebrows scares me. She did a really great job. Love this place!! I've been going to Four Seasons since they opened. The place gets a lot of customers but they always accommodate you. I never had to make an appointment here. Jenny, the owner, is great and very friendly. The salon is nicely decorated and very clean. They also have so many options to choose from if you want a specialty manicure or pedicure. I really like how the lady's do the pedicures. I had a man give me my last pedicure. I think they were very busy so he had to fill in. The cuticles were not clean and the polish did not have the professional quality. I would have preferred to wait. Terrible terrible service. Went to get my nails done for prom and asked for almond shaped acrylic nails. The nails were shaped like uneven rocks, i had to tell the lady to do an extra coat of the polish and even then she left them streaky they looked ombré when they were supposed to be one simple color.when i went back i asked for a refund or have them fix it and they were very rude and argued with me. They made me pay AGAIN for a new set which they still managed to ruin. Absolutely horrible nails and even worse service. read more

Me and my 15 year old daughter had a terrible experience. While cleaning my daughters feet, the girl was apparently in lala land and rubbed a hole in her foot. I had gel manicure, they had to apply about 7 coats just to cover correctly. They didn't offer any discounts or free anything to make up hurting my daughter. The bill was 117.00. My first time coming to this place for a pedi, iam not exactly sure who help me but she's was nice and did a good job, I told her that I was going to work right after. She said don't worry if messes up come back tomorrow I will fix for no charge. Then while been there I decided I wanted to get my eyebrow wax. An older lady she wears glasses and was wearing white shorts wax my eyebrow she completely messed up my eyebrow almost half way. She got wax all over my hair. Please lady's do not get your eyebrow done their by her she is so unprofessional. I walked in and asked the owner ( I don't know her name ) how much it was she told me it was $38 for just an acrylic french tip with gel . I said no way I can get a full color (gel) plus silver line on top at Tammys for $40 .. So I left and she literally chased me out to my car and got me to come back on and pay the price . While she was filing she cut me maybe three times and hurt me so bad . She put my thumb nail on crooked and I told her put she said once she shaped it , it would look fine . When I got home my nails were killing me all throbbing from how much she filed . Never have I experienced this before . They hurt so bad I had to get them off . Never , ever will I go back here . I've switched to Four Seasons because I've been there three times now and have received quality service. I think their prices are a little higher than other salons in town, but you get what you pay for in this case. Also, the decor is relaxing and spa-like...a salon in Tracy that finally gets it. We've needed a salon like this for some time. It's still somewhat "undiscovered" and my only hope is that when the client volume increases that the service level doesn't decrease. This salon used to be my go to for the longest time. I liked how the nail techs always took their time and they never rushed me out like a lot of other salons. Recently the owner has hired a lot of new people that don't know what their doing! New tech totally messed up my nails and gave me the wrong shape. When I let the owner know if someone else can re-shape them she gave me attitude and asked if I was clear on what I wanted. Really??? I'm pretty sure I'm always VERY CLEAR on what I want. I have been going here for about a year now. I would say about every 2 weeks I'm in for a fill, pedi, ect. I have never really had a complaint. Every once in a while I don't like my nails, but I feel it's more me being stubborn.. I'm not one to complain. Recently I went in and I was seated with a new lady. I had recently taken off my tips and had gel on my natural nails, but found they are too weak for me and my active baseball mom life style, so new lady was to put on a fresh new set. I walked out for the first time incredibly un-happy. I called and spoke to Jenny, whom I believe is the head in there. She said to come back the next day and she would fix me. She did. She went above and beyond and did not charge, and would not take my tip. A few days later I broke a nail. I, being picky, decided I would get that nail fixed, and while I'm at it, change the color and cut them down, they were a little long and to square for my liking. I was a walk in, jenny did my nails again.. I know she didn't charge me what should've been charged. I was expecting full charge since it was me being picky.. Kenny did my Manicure & Pedicure and did an aweful job on both. He barely let my fingers soak before doing my cuticles. Missed a lot of skin and polish job didn't even get complete nails. Pedicure few toes are darker as he did more Coats on certain nails. I will never go back to this salon worst experience. Worst nail shop i've ever been to. The lady doing my nails had NO idea what she was doing . My nails were uneven and very thick they were soooo ugly . I asked her to fix them several times and told her to please file them correctly , she didnt . I had to pick up the nail file myself and show her what she wasnt doing .
