Today was my first visit to Four Seasons. It is a very clean place with a lot of space. I was greeted the moment I walked through the door. I went in for a gel manicure and Tony took me right away. He did a great job and took his time, I didn't feel like I was being rushed. The only complaint I have is the other employees there today were very loud while chatting with one another. I am okay with conversation, but it was like they were trying to talk over the television and radio. read more

I when in on Sunday for a pedicure and a gel manicure. Sunday afternoon i started to noticed that my nails had cracks running through them, and they started to chip from those cracks. I called them Sunday afternoon and i was told to come in and they would take a look and fix them. I have been calling everyday to speak with them because i was unable to make it till tuesday. She "fix" them, but i have cracks running threw them again ( same day they were fixed) and its already starting to peel off of the corners. My pedicure was okay. And that was done by someone else. But i did pay 62 or 68 (i don't remember) plus tip. I would expect them not to be peeling off on the day i got them done. At this point i don't think im going to go back for them to "fix" them again. I would not go to them for a gel manicure. Its been about three days since they were "fixed" and i already have no gel on three of my nails. read more

My review is for eyebrow wax only. Walked in without appt on a busy Friday mid- afternoon. Waited a whole 3 minutes and the gal who was attending a client came to greet me, asking to walk to the back room, stopping to wash/dry her hands. She was not conversational (to which I like), I can tell she was busy and wanted to get me done. Finishing less than 5 minutes- I was very pleased! Told her I read the positive reviews on yelp, decided to try this place and that I had an $8 eyebrow wax coupon. She appreciated the feedback about yelp and gladly acknowledged the coupon. I rarely give a 5-star rating, however given the no-nonsense experience and results I will be a returning customer. I think she said her name was Jeanie(sp?) , I wasn't quite sure since she had a mask covering her lower face the entire time. In all I liked this salon because 1) it appeared clean, and I especially appreciated the hand washing before touching me, 2) I was not asked repeatedly if I wanted my nails done as I have been asked at other nail salons 3) I was in and out! AND, given that I got this service for $8, the regular price is $10, which is still great! read more

Have gone to Four Seasons in the past and had an excellent experience which is why we decided to go back. This shop has turned into a shop to race to see how many clients they can fit in a day. Whatever happened to customer service? My girlfriend and I went today for a pedicure, we had an appointment first thing in the morning. We both like the gel on our toes, so we got the gel polish with our pedicure. All was fine until a couple non-appointments came in and it felt like it was a competition between our nail technicians to see who can get done first. Entire pedicure, with gel was 28 minutes...total! Worst pedicure EVER, for both of us! Basically a polish change is what it was like. My toe nails were trimmed but not filed. I had requested 2 different colors and all my toes were painted the same color. The gel polish was totally left off the very edge of each of my toe nails on both sides, almost looks like a racing stripe. My girlfriend got a red gel polish and you can see the 2 different coats of gel polish. The bottom layer the whole nail was covered, the 2nd coat, just part of the toes were covered so it looks like she got 2 different colors. We both paid an extra $5 because we were told me need the callus treatment, they put a clear gel on the heel of our feet and barely even touched our feet with a scrubber. The massage, which for me and most people, the massage is the best part. Literally less than 3 minutes. Oil was put on my leg, it was rubbed in once and then my foot was rubbed, not even massaged and that was it. We both addressed the concern about our polish and we were looked at like we were being difficult, no offer of fixing, nothing. They both asked us to pay and then went straight to the next person. I will never again go back to Four Seasons. Biggest waste of $47! Trust me, I don't mind paying that for a pedicure but expect a tad more than what we experienced. NEVER AGAIN will I step foot into that salon! Stating that I am extremely disappointed is an under statement. read more

I have never reviewed a business until this one but my experience at this place was borderline traumatizing. If I can prevent just 1 person from dealing with what ive had to since that day then Im ok with that. So basically I didn't really have any bad experiences with this place before but then again I had only been there maybe twice for pedicures with my mom but I decided to go get a fill done and I wanted coffin style (which costs extra) which I didnt have before so usually that would just mean removing the nail polish and any acrylic which was no longer adhered to the nail however upon removing the gel coat with the filing tool (which knicked me several times) he took nail clippers and cut off the tip also which caused him to have to redo everything. When I first sat in the chair I told the guy please be gentle I have sensitive nails theyre brittle and he assured me hed go easy but when he started sliding that file under my nail to pop off the acrylic I suddenly felt a sharp pain which made me cry out and gasp cuz it freakin hurt and took my breath away. The guy stops and holds my finger between his thumb and first finger and looked at me like I scared him n says sorry sorry. But does nothing different other than move his file slower and look at me for my reaction incase it was hurting me. After ten more minutes of that wound up soaking my nails to soften em so he could file the acrylic off with that stupid motorized tool and noticed it was burning the skin under my nail. He filed the acrylic PLUS MY ACTUAL NAIL almost all the way off. The next people that tried removing the acrylic had to leave most on to protect my skin underneath. They said theyve never seen anything like it. Four seasons employees seem to pay little attention to detail and appeared to talk about me in their language when I couldn't help but cry over the pain I was being subjected to. And my coffin style turned out uneven and the paint was globbed on n made my nails look bulky. Never again. read more

Best nail salon in Tracy. I have been going here since opening day. People are complaining that they have issues. They are not perfect but that's your own fault if you don't speak up. How are they supposed to know you are bothered or don't like the service unless you speak up. I have told the owner of times an employee does a bad job and she corrects them. They have raffles every month and also do raffles for people that purchase gift cards for the holidays. I purchased 2 $50 gift cards at Christmas and won the raffle so one gift card was free. I went to this salon on Thursday 6/11/15 after reading the reviews on yelp. My daughter and I went at 6:30 the staff fit us right in they were closing at 7pm. The manicurist took her time. I am a few weeks late on doing this review. The last time I went, I had One, she did a great job. Really nice. (gel) Although my previous nail job by One was good. It did start chipping early. I feel these shops are watering down the polishes to stretch them. The last time I asked for One, but she was unavailable. I should have waited. I got the older lady whom 'looks' as if she's maybe the manager. I don't remember her name and she said she had only been there a few weeks. She's the heavy of the others. Everyone else looks size one or two. Anywho, she did a horrible job. I decided to remove the gel and just do a mani. I tell you what, don't let her do your nails. My nails are lumpy and uneven. She probably damaged my normally very healthy nails. She rushed me out and my nails were messed up before I could drive off. I was too tired to have them redone. I work long hours, so on Wednesdays, which was that day, I get off at 12pm and go home and take a nap. Now, I must wait out the repair of my nails that are weak and constantly breaking. UPDATE....April 7, 2017 My nails still haven't grown back. If you go here, be cautious. Now, I feel I need a full set to help growth. Note, I've never had to wear a full set, nor had one. My nails keep breaking. Personally, the best shop I've found in Tracy is Top Ten Nails. I'm not a regular to get nails done because I don't like to "waste", an hour or more in shops. This place is just awesome! The place is clean, the service is great and everyone is so friendly. Temperatures checked on arrival prior to entering the store and everything is just spot on. When I first moved to Tracy, Ca from San Leandro I tried a lot of different nail salons. None of them met my expectations Four Seasons is within walking distance from home I decided to try it and I would recommend this shop to EVERYONE. The employees are professional and try their very best to remember to speak english ( so we dont think they are talking smack about us... the clientele.. although Im sure sometimes we deserve it!) I respect them for trying so hard to make us feel comfortable and our business appreciated. It can't be easy to think in one language and then speak in another... all day long! As far as the end product...... Love my GELS!!!!!! It may cost a little bit more, but this salon has the most extensive color collection and highest quality. My mani and pedi gels have never chipped and only need to be redone because MY nails are growing out. This consisted of: fresh water pearls miles into a powder, which contain 18 amino acids and dozens of minerals. This has skin brightening, anti aging and deep moisturizing benefits. It includes a wonderful got stone massage. Very relaxing. She offers you beverage when you are settled in a massage chair. It was my first time here, and I Really enjoyed the service and relaxing time. She is also open late, for when you get off of work. I made an appointment, which I suggest. This use to be my favorite place dnt take me wrong customers service is the best and the owner shes a sweetheart but after comming here for pedi and mani I have been jumping from techs around and every single one charges diffrent???? At first I ddnt catch on but then I was charged the same even when I handed out a coupon that said 27 for pedi and mani fir some weird reason my charge was 54 and it was jst a regular pedi n mani no fancy stuff . Not only that but the girl who did my service did a nasty job all my toe nails were clip uneven and the nail polish chipped the next day .I had to come bsck to get the nail polish re done and when I did the girl who did my re do was mad and rude she didnt even greed me . I jst think they have to be consistent of their prices but most importantly they have to make sure they do their job right. Another reason I wont be going back is because the tech who was using toe instruments also use them for my pedi so when she was about to clip my hand nails I asked her and said yes why?? We only use one set for customer. .Woooooow that was gross. .I asked her in the nicest way to please get s different set for my hands ..she looked at me super mad and started to argue with me telling me that why was I giving her a hard time and to jst use the same instruments I refuse too and as I was getting up she got up extremely mad amd started talking in her language to her other co-workers and everyone turn and looked at me so I knw she must had said something bad. This place leaves a lot to be desired. I received one of the worst pedicures I've ever had in my life. First, I waited 20 minutes (not exaggerating) in lukewarm water. Then during my pedicure the lady stopped halfway and walked away for 10 minutes. The interruptions went on; I suppose something more important than a customer came up. She was super rough on my feet and used a file that fell on the ground; I was mildly horrified. I seriously question their process... The lady also started trimming the bottom of my big toe for some reason and now i have hard dry skin that won't heal and keeps peeling. Won't be returning. read more

Everytime i go there's only 2-3 people working , i have only gone to get a pedicure and get my upper lip waxed. When i went to go get the pedicure the lady wasn't even focus on doing my toes and she was watching tv and doing it at the same time. The inside looks luxurious but they service is bad. When i go to get my upper lip waxed usually everyone's busy, once this lady rushed me and was telling me i need to hurry because she has people waiting. She waxed me so quick and had a bad attitude. The time i went today there was only one guy and i had to come back later. The lady today was very unsanitary, she was doing a lady's feet then went straight to waxing my upper lip, didn't even get everything. I was visiting family in Tracy and decided to give this place a try. I brought my 12-year-old little sister along for her very first manicure and wanted to make sure she had a good experience. This place seemed to have pretty good reviews and their website was advertising a promo for $28 mani/pedi and 20% off for students which caught my eye, so I made an appointment. As soon as I got started with my mani/pedi, I mentioned the promo I saw and pulled up the website on my phone. The girl told me that I needed a coupon to get that special price. Really? Your website didn't mention ANYTHING about a coupon. It was advertised as a PROMOTION. Whatever, not worth the argument. Meanwhile, they had my little sister wait for about 15 minutes before she was helped, even though I had made the appointment for both of us. The girl doing my nails said something to a guy that came out from the back, I'm assuming she told him to do my sister's manicure. He looked at my sister with a disappointed expression and proceeded to start her manicure. He didn't greet her or anything! Maybe he thought he wasn't going to make any money off of such a young kid, but I was prepared to tip generously to whoever treated my younger sister well. After a couple of minutes of him muttering under his breath to the girl doing my pedicure, he stopped doing my sister's manicure and suggested that they switch places! So now this guy was doing my pedicure and the girl was doing my sister's manicure. RUDE!!!! Now this guy was already on my bad side, and after a couple of minutes he got up and brought me a booklet full of their special treatments and tried persuading me into getting a more expensive treatment. I had to refuse at least 5 times before he finally dropped it. I couldn't believe how persistent he was!!! And after he realized he wasn't going to make any extra money off of me, he half assed the massage. Now, at every other nail salon I've ever went to (and I've been to a lot) they always have two people working on you if you're doing a mani/pedi, so you save time and get both your nails and your toes done at the same time. But with just this one guy working on me, my mani/pedi took almost TWO HOURS. Ridiculous! And all the while I was tortured into having to engage in small talk and listen to him disapprove about how I was too young to be married and all that. I couldn't wait to get out of there!! When it was finally time to pay, a lady came up to me and told me that they would honor the promotion I had mentioned. That at least made me a little happy. I think they may have even undercharged me a bit, because I ended up paying only $40 for my mediocre mani/pedi and my sister's manicure which was very pretty with sparkles and designs on each ring finger. My review is only on the 2 times I've been here. 1st time : Okay, well I've been all around Tracy looking for nail places. Either the prices went up, over pricey, or the service just sucks! So I tried this place last December 2012 for my birthday. I wanted something nice done since I had a trip planned and wanted my nails to look nice since its my day. So I walked in to this salon around 5pm, wanted to get a mani and pedi. they were fairly empty and took me right away which was great. While I was sitting at the spa, there were a couple other people who walked in. So the lady who was supposed to help me, said "can you wait a couple minute she had appointment." I said okay. So I was waiting, waiting, waiting. I was waiting so long that the water had turned cold and my feet were practically pruned by the time someone came to help me. I was little upset by their customer service at this point. And once they were completely done with my feet is when I went over to the other lady to get my nails done. Oh my geeezus it took her atleast another hour to get that done. I guess since the gel polish takes just as long as acrylics do, but still I was just ready to get out of this damn place! It was almost 8pm when I left there. I was satified with the work they gave me, but customer service was a total fail !!!! 2nd time: Alright this was yesterday, so around 3:30 I made an appointment for a fill and pedicure at 5:30pm. ( I only decided to go back here cause I had a gift certificate ) So I reach the salon around 5:20pm, and these guys are packed! So I get helped and directed to the spa again, and directly the lady started working on my feet. She did a good amount of scubbing and what not and made them look good. But as for my fill, again I get asked "are you in hurry or can u wait" I said I want them done around the same time not too long. The ladies started mummbling among themselves and someone finally came to start my nails. They kept looking at my nails as if it were demented or they havent seen glitter tip nails before, which I thought was really odd. Anyway, the ladies continued to do the job, toes came out perfect. Fingers weren't the best it felt like they were rushed and the lady only did them cause no one else was there to help me even though I made an appointment. All in all, I wont be going back here for sure. Was a little too pricey when all I got was white tip and not even glitter how are you going to charge the same amount???? Didn't make any sense to me. 3 stars for nice work on my toes, quality and lasts long as for polish. and the interior decorations and all the spa seating is good too. They have instituted a fee for using credit cards. Aside from it being a violation of their merchant agreement with credit card companies its annoying (especially since the signage is such that you don't see it until you are checking out). I will not be returning. read more

I probably wont be going back. $25 for a very basic pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was nice but she did hurt my big toe really bad. What turned me off is when I went to pay, the lady at the register told me my card declined. When I went to tell her that is impossible, she talked over me and kept saying very loudly that it was declined. Finally, I said please swipe it again. I know I have more than enough on the card. She swiped it as credit and surprise surprise, it worked! She did not apologize all she was "I guess your card can only do credit" I said no, it is a debt and credit card. it's your stupid machine.
