Like I said before, best pizza in Mansfield. But last two times I ordered the a large "Pepperoni Lovers" for delivery. I received regular pepperoni pizza. This seems to be a issue when I order delivery service. I paid the up charge for the extra pepperoni. I'm feeling a litte ripped off right now. The pizza I received today looked like a regular cheese pizza with a few pepperoni under the cheese. The Pepperoni Lover should have pepperoni stack on top the cheese as well. When I order for pick up from the store, the "Pepperoni Lovers" is not a issue. Comes stacked with pepperoni. I'm starting to have trust issues with this location. From now on, I will only do pick up orders. It is ashame that they skimp ingredients on delivery orders. read more

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I placed a delivery order by phone and waited two hours, only to have the food never arrive. I ultimately had to go to the restaurant myself, where I discovered that the order was incorrect and the pizza toppings were not what we had requested. After such a long wait, I was told the pizza would be remade. Unfortunately, the replacement pizza did not taste or appear freshly made. Completely disappointed. First time here, waited 20 minutes for them to bring me a burnt pizza. Asked for a refund. I wasn't willing to wait another 20 minutes for a replacement when your quality control looked at that pizza and decided it was ok to serve. This was a $24.00 pizza because we built our own. I didn't want anything else, I just wanted to find something edible to eat. Hangry and disappointed is not a good combination. I won't go back. If they thought it was ok to serve this, it says alot. Based on the reviews, I just knew this pizza was about to be a win. The top looked absolutely amazing -- cheese melted just right, toppings looking picture-perfect. I was ready. But the moment I picked up a slice? Immediate letdown. The bottom of the pizza was mushy and super wet. I'm guessing the pineapples weren't drained before being added, because the crust just couldn't hold up. And nobody wants a soggy slice. A little slice of paradise Zio Al's Mansfield is finally open. I love their pizza. It's one of my favorites in the DFW area. I've been to multiple locations, and glad we finally have one in my area. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the lady in the front. I want to say the manager came out and introduced himself to everybody who was inside at the time. He asked if anybody had any questions about the menu, pizza, etc. The hospitality was very welcoming. Inside was clean, only a few chairs. Not exactly a dine in place in my opinion like the other locations. More of a grab and go location. I ordered one of my favorites. 1 Small 10" Half/Half speciality. Pepperoni Alfredo/Spinach Alfredo. Regular hand tossed, about 6 slices. Hot and fresh! I ordered online and it was ready for pick up in less than 15 mins. I'll be back. read more

I'm sorry, but the pizza I ordered last night was almost inedible due to the amount of grease. It wasn't just oily, the entire pizza was practically swimming in it. Stars (see key for details): 2.5 Pros: Food tasted good even though there was a faint incense taste. Cons: Price, size of wings, and incense smell. General comments: Pizza could be good; however, it was tainted by incense and was way over priced. It would take a lot to justify $20 for a medium pizza, and this wasn't it (even without the incense impact). The hot wings had a great flavor; however, they were tiny. The pictures showing them roughly the size of a baby carrot is spot on. Lastly, the location stinks of incense. I got nauseous and a headache waiting for my food. My clothes still smell after a couple of hours and I was really concerned the food would taste like it (it did a little bit). I'm not sure if they were covering up smoking weed or what, but if I order again, it will have to be delivery...it's too strong to go back into the shop. Key for star rating: 5 stars: Travel worthy - it's a dinning experience worth investing in. I'm already making plans to come back! 4 stars: No tears - your not going to cry (good or bad tears), but you won't be disappointed. This might be my new favorite pizza. The crust is crispy on the bottom, but soft when you bite into it. (Hand tossed) They were very busy yesterday and one of the customers became upset. 01-31-26 Saturday I called the store about 10:00 to find out if they could handle a 5 pizza order to place around 2 pm and have it ready to pick up at 3:45. We asked 14 people to be in our clubhouse by 4:00 when we returned, so pizza would be HOT. The man on the phone said they definitely could do that. I placed our pizza order ($112.00) online at 2:26 pm and scheduled it for a 3:45 pickup. We arrived at 3:38. The girl behind the counter did not greet us or smile when we walked in, she just asked for our name. She went to the back and when she returned, she said it wasn't ready and it would be 8-10 more minutes. At that point, it wasn't a big deal because we arrived early. Other ppl arrived and were treated the same way and told the same thing. Time ticked by other ppl came in and she made several trips to the kitchen. She never once offered any kind of update on our order. Finally at 4:00 she brought the boxes out and sat them down on the counter. She never expressed any concern or offered any apologies for the late order. We put the boxes into foil-lined bags and made the 11 minute drive to our party. The pizzas were not very hot and a bit soggy. So, I guessing that all 5 were not all ready at the same time and had to sit in the kitchen waiting for the whole order to be done. Three of the pizzas were deep dish (extra$): the 14" supreme was good but nothing stellar. The 14" meat lovers was overcooked. The 12" 50%cheese/50% pepperoni lovers was VERY overcooked and just had the standard amount of pepperoni not the (extra$) pepperoni lovers. One was 12" Hawaiian with hand tossed which was good but a bit soggy. The last one was thin and crispy (extra$) and was NOT crispy. I will not be ordering from there and would not recommend them. Poor service and products. Note, we almost opted for the delivery service (added 28.00) but we decided we could get it home faster (hotter) ourselves. So glad we didn't, it probably would have been much worse. read more

They got the toppings wrong on our delivery order. They only gave the options of a refund or they would make a new pizza, but we had to come and pick it up. They would not deliver a new pizza.
