My husband love the Pho with beef. My friend and I got Fried rice and added chicken. The chicken had a lot of fat and grissle in it and there was hardly any actual chicken meat. So we were not a fan, especially for the additional price. We ate in and I gotta say, it needs a good cleaning with hot water, especially in the little cubbies that have the sauces. The hiracha sauce bottle was covered in slim/grease. Sorry but we won't go back. read more

The owner/chef was on site and very personable. Made sure wait staff was very attentive. Food was beyond expectation. I'm still dreaming about the wonton in chili oil. You could tell everything was made fresh in house with love. The pho was in the top tier! My vietnamese wife was impressed with the authenticity of the cuisine. Only thing I could say that wasn't overwhelmingly positive is that it was kind of a small venue in a strip of stores (it deserves a stand alone), it didn't appear to have a liquor license yet because I saw no adult beverages served. I just wish I had a delivery option so I could have that chili oil and wontons every time I thought of them! Will be back. Highly recommend. read more

We went there hoping it would be up to the reputation of the old ft worth store. Well, it's a ways from that. They've been open a week, and have kinks to work out. We went there in early evening and were the only diners. The place is clean with 7 or 8 booths and a few tables but it's a small joint. It has no Vietnamese type decor. Each table has a three jar set up with hoisin sauce, chili paste, and chili oil. I know this is traditional but really, in this day, it's simply unsanitary and naive. There are no handles so the wooden jar lids are touched by everyone. They are messy and nasty. Put the sauces in squeeze bottles. Big markdown for that. Another negative is the loud pop music. It's simply jarring when one is eating in a place hoping for a calming meal. It was so irritating with it bouncing off the hard surfaces we nearly left. To the menu. It's very limited compared to most Vietnamese joints. And several of the dishes listed are hyped with "Coming Soon!" Huh? And a couple of other dishes were 86'd. Service was cheerful but a bit disorganized. The floor manager was a bit loud with her training on the floor; she needs to do that on her time. We got egg rolls. They were very good, crunchy and tasty. Wife got the grilled pork noodles which had Vietnamese meatballs which were very tasty, and the lemongrass pork was tasty. I got the shaken beef; it was well seasoned and the lettuce and onions very tasty. The fried rice was a $2.50 add and added nothing. It's just rice. Nothing in it. Would not have ordered it. The layout is going to be challenging down the road as there will still be not a good way of handling it takeout. Overall it's fine. We no longer live in Mansfield. There are better Vietnamese joints with far more variety and offerings. They will have challenges in a crowded market. read more

Food was great we had the mama shrimp, wings, egg rolls, fried rice, shaken beef, and grilled pork chop. Server was attentive and the owner even came and spoke to us to ask about the food and service. Definitely will be back. read more

Good service; great food! We ordered the spring rolls, wings & shrimp to share off the appetizer menu; all were delicious. We also ordered the shaken beef & it was great as well. Servers were good about giving tips on how to best enjoy the sauces & lime that came with our orders. We were just passing through & chose this place because of reviews but we will drive over an hour back to eat here again. Wish I would have taken pictures; presentation was also on point. read more

Third time here. First time I thought - beginner's luck, all good. Second time was like - what the heck, still damn good. Third time - now am a believer. Habanero chicken wings was oh my good. Service is extremely slow. We waited 45mins with only 2 other couples dining. The space is small. I dont recommend dining here.

1st time dining there. Wonderful food and experience. Christina was our server and she was very knowledgable and the owner brought my pork vermicelli bowl to me...very delicious. Food was okay but nothing great or a place to recommend to people. The crab fried rice was pretty good but the pho was flavorless and lacked seasoning. The chili wontons were okay, they had a little weird taste to the sauce. They don't have the full menu yet but understandable as they are new. The ambience was nice but it really threw me off when you could HEAR the manager or assistant manager lady training out loud and telling her servers out loud to do something. It was like micromanagement and really bothering to customers as she could've told them something in the back or whisper it to them. read more

This was good. We went by expecting Sprouts, but they've moved or closed. We saw it was Vietnamese and figured they had pho so we gave it a shot. We all Got the brisket pho. It was super yummy on a cold, rainy night. They only have beef broth pho, which is fine. This was some of the best broth I think I've ever tasted the portions were similar to what I'm used to, however, there were only three slices of brisket. It was kind of small, but I didn't feel like it lacked value. The staff was friendly and busy. I will be back to try other things. Good job! read more
