I never leave bad reviews, but this was probably one of the worst Lashlifts I've ever had. I asked for a medium shield. She definitely did not do a medium shield. By the looks of it she did a medium rod so now my lashes are inverted. It's been a few weeks since my lash lift and now my lashes are going all different ways. Her personality was a little weird too, she was talking bad about Orange County. She has a business in Los Angeles as well and had to move because of the fires. She doesn't seem very happy about the move probably not a good idea to talk bad about the area you're working in to a client who lives in that area lol definitely definitely will not be going back P.s I've been getting lash lifts every six weeks for five years. I loved every minute of my appointments with Nicolette. She is so kind and skilled at what she does. I went to her for microblading and alerted her in advance that I had an allergy to lidocane. She suggested we do the powder/ombre brow instead which came out beautifully. I returned the following month for a touch-up and I'm so happy with my healed brows. We also did a lip blush, but due to some inflammation on my sensitive skin, we weren't able to go over with the lip coloring enough. I have no idea how she matched the shade so perfectly with my eyebrow color but my skinny over-plucked early 2000s brows are now so full and natural looking.
