Prices are outrageous, service is non-existent (I stupidly gave them 1 more chance with a foster/new adoption why I don't know because I was still shocked from how Louie played out?) but no problem charging for it. Go anywhere else. How about a catalog being shoved in your face during your beloved pet's last 10 minutes alive that you are trying to say good-bye and comfort him but NO - here pick out his urn and oh you are getting a plaster foot print (piece of junk a 5 year old could have done better, WITH no way of hanging/displaying it AND TOO LATE NOW (I find out after the fact i had to ask for that highly doubtful they forgot) for $68 for this piece of crap really, chunks of excess plaster chipping off that the lettering is all cockeyed- it's a joke, my friends and family outraged when they saw what i received and how i was treated while Louie was dying, OH BUT IT GETS BETTER - the icing on the cake what i thought would be a pendent because there was no size listed (she made a GESTURE with her fingers-YUP that's a measurement), a minuscule chip of sterling silver trinket smaller than a dime you had to take a picture of and blow it up to see what was on it for $388 that i find out sells all over etsy (identical) for $65. Outrageous comes to mind. AND i gave them a chance to make it right and that phony pet crematorium because House Calls suddenly wouldn't stand behind their farce overpriced low-end quality products i had to contact their farce crematorium about these pieces of junk... And THAT BULLY admitted the plaster cast was poor quality with NO remedy and attempted to try to stand behind that 6x overpriced "chip" farce. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

They assured me I was not a "bad" cat mom when I was in denial about my indoor cat having a flea infestation. They worked to find a food she would eat when she suddenly decided only treats would satisfy her and she started losing weight. And last week they were compassionate and helpful in discussing our options when our sweet senior, now 21 years old, passed away. I would highly recommend House Calls to anyone in the area.

I am writing to express my frustration and concern regarding the inadequate treatment my puppy…read morereceived at your hospital. We recently brought him in for roundworms, and he was only administered a single dose of dewormer during the visit. To my shock, no additional medication was provided for at-home care, leaving us with no clear plan to address his ongoing condition. Over the next several days, my puppy continued to experience persistent diarrhea. I made numerous phone calls to your team, seeking guidance and an explanation. Despite my concerns, the only response I received was to administer antidiarrheal medication, which did not address the underlying issue. It was incredibly disheartening to see my puppy's health worsen despite my repeated efforts to seek proper care. When I called again, the vet tech asked what medication my puppy had been sent home with--a clear indication that there was a miscommunication, as no medication was provided. In search of answers, I took my puppy to another veterinary clinic where he was immediately re-treated for roundworms. Upon reviewing his case, multiple veterinarians agreed that the dosage of dewormer he received at Banfield was inadequate to properly treat the condition. This is unacceptable, as it directly impacted my puppy's health and prolonged his discomfort.

Door-to-door service to keep clients safely apart during this scary time. Excellent job!…read more I called from the parking lot and they transferred me to the practice manager, who got my cat registered over the phone and then came out to pick her up from my car. When they finished, they called, I paid over the phone and the manager came back with my cat and put her back in the front seat. Thank you so much for being a wonderful clinic! I don't regret changing.
