We liked the dish, but longed for a bit more yogurt to temper its natural dryness. For our entrées, my wife decided on the Baingan Masala and I opted for the vegetable biryani. It's nice that Spice offers a mild, medium or hot spice level. Indian cuisine is all about the spices and they are explained in detail on a wall poster above the buffet unit. Pretty cool. Mt wife ordered mild heat for her dish (stewed eggplant with onions, tomatoes, and spices), and I chose medium. The spiciness was right on. Both dishes were tasty, but nothing we would order again.
