Once again, awful service at this dealership. Inoperable caliper causing excessive brake wear on the passenger side missed for the second time. Even after I told them exactly what it was doing they were unable to find it. Then lied to me about it, Very easy to see if you take the time to actually look for it. A salesman by the name of Scott Korody was called to assist me. Scott was friendly and attentive to the vehicle I was looking for. Inquired about a vehicle on Cars.com and scheduled a test drive/inspection. The entire process was hands down one of the friendliest, and least pushy, experiences I've had with a dealer. I decided that I wasn't ultimately interested in the vehicle after driving it and they were very understanding after talking with me briefly and did not try to push me into it. I worked with Nate who was very helpful and had the car running and warmed up for me when I arrived for my test drive. He also had another worker evaluate my current vehicle for its approximate trade value while I was out on the road. Came in for a oil change. Sat in the "lounge" that oddly has a column in the middle of it that will cause a obstruction for some to view the TV. The showroom was quiet except for the ginger haired cafeteria lady talking on the phone loudly about her activities after work. The oil change was done quickly. read more

Their collision center repaired and repainted the front bumper on my car in June. The work was outstanding--could not tell this was a repaired bumper. It looked like they put a new bumper from the factory on the car. they handled all of the insurance paperwork and even helped me return the rental car to Enterprise. read more

Bought sierra Denali early December and ordered key less keypad option. Good experience with Diana Livernois. Setup appointment to have it installed before Christmas. Should be a half hour install. After day 2 in the service department told them I needed my truck back. Scheduled to have it installed on January 17. Dropped off truck at 7 a.m.. Wed afternoon was told technician was turnip all day on another vehicle. Didn't hear anything from service coordinator Sean Martin on Thursday. It is now Friday and I still don't have my truck. Unbelievably poor customer service. BTW I texted them Thurs afternoon and received reply from Kelsey that they strive for a better level of service and I would be hearing from the service department. That was BS. still have not received any word from them. read more

Visiting the service department feels like being at a fast food restaurant. Nobody has time to listen to you, everything has to be quick, nobody really wants to talk to you. So I wasn't surprised that when I picked up the car that nothing was repaired. My service advisor Larry wasn't interested in the documentation I collected, he wasn't interested in looking at the video I recorded, he wasn't interested in me demonstrating the problem to him. He only said that it is normal for GM cars to make rattling noises while driving and if I didn't believe him I should take my Cadillac ATS to the Cadillac dealer for a second opinion. I am so glad I followed his advise! Broken passenger leg extension diagnosed and fixed immediately, my car is finally quiet and doesn't rattle anymore. Seller's definitely lost a customer. read more

I am in a need a vehicle So after shopping around I was matched up w/a dealer near me. That dealership subsequently ran my credit and got me an approval fairly quickly w/o having met me and w/o my permission. However I found a few cars that caught my attention at Sellers. I contacted them 3 times with the vin#s and the contact info of the finance mgr at the other dealership. I have heard nothing. Unfortunately I am still shopping for a car. I am sad to say I will not be getting my next car for this dealership; and they are right down the street from me. So potential buyer beware. read more

My experience was actually pretty awful. I brought my car in on Wednesday, April 25 in the morning at 8:15 am (I had an appointment). I didn't get the car back until Thursday, May 3. The only thing wrong was the air conditioning. I had actually brought the car in in January for a recall and for them to fix the A/C. They fixed the recall issue (I assume) and they told me that they fixed the A/C. When we got down to Florida at the beginning of April, we realized the A/C was not fixed. When I had the car there in January, they told me that it was probably the compressor and that everyone was having problems with it on my car make and model so I wasn't going to have to pay for it. I didn't pay anything in January. When I just brought it in they confirmed that it was the compressor and I had to pay over $500 to get it fixed. 8 days to replace the compressor is ridiculous. Not to mention the fact that it broke when the car was 2 years old. On top of that, I had to fix a major problem with the brakes last year which caused an accident and cost me thousands of dollars to replace. I'm very displeased with GM. read more

Our overall experience with Sellers was completely excellent! Tim Egan was patient, kind, friendly, and honest which made us feel comfortable. We were not sure if we wanted to lease or buy, and Tim gave us valuable information about both options and learned more about us so he could help fit our needs best. What I liked is that we never felt that we were a nuisance to Tim, he took the time to show us the different GMC vehicles we were interested in, and was patient while we decided. We had visited another dealership to look at other vehicles Seller's didn't offer, but the sales professional didn't make the experience personal, he knew we were just gathering information for our budget, and thought he wasn't getting a sale. He was just going through the basic procedure and we didn't feel comfortable going through their dealership. We walked in "cold" on a Saturday, having just come from a competitors dealership and where we had all but signed a purchase agreement. Dennis Cummings approached us, immediately understood our search parameters, came up with better terms for a lease than we had been willing to sign at the competitor for a lesser vehicle, set us up with a demo to drive, and pretty much "soft sold" us on the spot. We went in Monday night and spent about an hour negotiating the final terms and filling out paperwork. I came back Tuesday afternoon to find the paperwork was done, Dennis had contacted our insurance agency and obtained a proof of insurance, and the vehicle was prepped. Less than a half-hour later I was driving off in a great new Buick. And that included ten minutes of showing me how to use all the cool electronics! A great experience all the way around. read more

I went to Sellers to have my oil changed for my Buick Encore. I arrived on time for my 8:00 appointment. It took them 1 1/2 hours!!!!! Everyone who came in at the same time as me and a bit after were done and out of there at least a half hour before. When I asked someone to check on my car, he said he would and then never came back with an update as to what was taking so long. Finally, I went searching to find my car. I was told that "well...the technicians work on two cars at a time." No apologies or anything. The only thing I can think of is that I was still receiving free oil changes. So they didn't feel the need to do anything promptly. From now on, I'll go someplace else and pay for the oil change as it is not worth the time. (Maybe they count on that.) read more
