    I have been looking for a Buick dealer in the suburbs north of Detroit since I moved back with no luck. I was use to a wonderful dealer in Monroe that helped me keep my 2001 Saturn going. Only fixed what is needed and get me a car while they do it. Since I moved to Farmington and needed a sensor replaced, I decided to try here. When I called to make the appointment on a day I took off, I told them I would need a ride home and maybe a loaner if it can't be fixed that day. I was told I would be put down for a loaner with no questions. When I dropped off the car, I added that I wanted them to check the brakes since the car is 6 years old. I got a loaner and was told if they had been out, I would have been put in a rental car for just a $50 deposit that would be refunded. It did take until the next day for the car to be looked at because they were backed up. The brakes were fine. They checked the different fluids and other systems. Since I understand about basic maintenance which I have done since I got the car almost 2 years ago. I agreed to all except the spark plugs because I thought it was high and for that price I might even do it myself since my 4 banger isn't hard. I was told that I could just pick up my car the next day after work. When I picked up the car, it was still clean inside and they even washed the car. For everything I had done, the price fair. I have found a dealer I can trust. They passed my " check the brakes" test. They said they were fine. Other dealers might have just fixed them anyway. Honest ones don't.

    This was the best dealer experience we have ever had. Dominic went above and beyond. So did Diane and the whole team. Over the week I was trying to get some financial things lined up, I didn't feel rushed or pushed to get the deal done. I had communication on every step of the process and was even offered help. I am greatly appreciative of Fox Buick. We love our new Buick and will definitely be coming back when this lease is up. It was nice for a change to get exceptional service.

During the first visit, they replaced the door seal and told me the leak had been fixed. Unfortunately, after a few months, the leak returned every time it rained. When I took the vehicle back, I was initially given a hard time because my warranty had expired. After I contacted Stellantis Customer Care, they approved the repair, and the dealership kept my vehicle for 10 days. When I picked up my vehicle, I was shocked by the quality of the work. They had applied glue all over the door in a very sloppy manner and added foam tape along the top. It looked completely unprofessional. The very next day, it rained, and the driver's side was filled with water again. The original problem had not been fixed. I contacted the dealership, and the manager told me there wasn't much they could do and instructed me to take the vehicle to their collision shop in Walled Lake. I went there, but after inspecting the repairs, the collision shop manager told me they would not touch the vehicle because of the poor workmanship from the Farmington Hills dealership. I immediately called the dealership manager, explained what the collision shop manager had told me, and even texted him the collision manager's business card so they could speak directly. He told me he would reach out to the collision shop manager and get back to me. I never received a follow-up call, text, or any update. When I contacted him again, I was told there was still nothing they could do except remove the glue and that I would have to take my vehicle somewhere else for repairs. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected professional repairs, especially after Stellantis Customer Care approved the repair, but instead I received poor workmanship, no lasting solution, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

She sent me the Carfax right away by email! I don't know what other reviewers were talking about no pre-inspection allowed. Jeannie was more than happy to accommodate me in allowing me to take the vehicle to my own mechanic before I ever signed a thing! Most dealers will not let you do this. After I got the "ok" from my mechanic, I let Jeannie know the A/C wasn't working, she would not let me take delivery until it was fixed. I was impressed, this is not your typical lot. When I arrived the next morning, all my paperwork was ready and I was explained everything while Jeannie signed me out. I got the one year unlimited mile, power train warranty and great financing that fit my budget exactly. I told her where my payments needed to be with the money I has to put down and she got it for me. Very impressed- this is a great place to get a used vehicle without the stress of worrying if you are getting scammed or not. Quattro Motors in Farmington on Grand River is the real deal! I want to thank Jeannie especially for such a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone.

I have an AI certification and there are places to use AI. Customer service like this is not the place. I would think the dealership would want to forge your relationship with their customer base.     If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. But let me explain why…read more.. When it comes to dealerships, I'm extremely skeptical. I live in NC so when I located the car I had searched the internet for (color/gadgets/miles/price point) on their lot, I proceeded with caution as I gathered as much information as I could. I spoke with Joe the first time I called and he was very straightforward, matter of fact, and to the point. This was a plus but not enough to win my confidence. We agreed on a price and I must have called them 3 more times to flesh out questions I had as I thought of them. Each time they patiently answered my questions and helped me problem solve to overcome the challenges of a cross country purchase. When all was said and done, I got the car I wanted for the price we agreed on and not a penny more. The transaction was as straightforward as Joe was the first time we talked. I flew up to Detroit earlier than expected to expedite the purchase so the car was a little dusty when I showed up, but Joe hooked me up with some pocket change to get a nice car wash before hitting the road back to NC. A small gesture but it was consistent with the kind of customer service I'd been receiving from them long before they could tell if I was a serious buyer. Although I would advise any consumer to proceed with caution whenever buying a new/used vehicle, my experience with Sky Auto sales was an unexpected and refreshing reminder that legitimate businesses run by honest businessmen still do exist. If you look up their reviews on google, they have a ridiculously high rating, and again, I was skeptical about that at first, but I've come to realize that these guys do right and have earned every last 5 star review they've received. Great work Joe & Fred, thanks for a great buying experience.
