We paid the fees, got the truck home, and it still wasn't repaired. They tried to put in cheap parts in our brand new truck. Then they charged us another $1,100 for a tail light . They took advantage of us and should have done the quote right the first time. To top it all off the main service guy STOLE personal belongings from our vehicle. We found out because when we went back to his office OUR belongings were on his desk. Shame on him. The management here is awful and can't be trusted. Hargey the owner needs to get his team and company back in line to provide better customer service.

The coolant leak is from an auxiliary radiator. I drive a CTS-V, so its not your basic cooling system. They were honest with me and said they have never changed that system on a V and wouldn't feel comfortable doing so. They could have easily just winged it just to get my money. But, they were honest about it and didn't even charge me for diagnosing the issue since they couldn't work on it. Definitely taking my other cars here when they need something.

They are honest and, in my opinion, absolutely number one. They have always been more than fair in pricing, but even more than that, they have always been straightforward with my vehicles have never pressured me to do anything that I didn't feel was necessary. They've always been good to give me a plan for what might need attention down the road, but never tried to sell me on service I didn't need. Never once have I ever felt like I've been taken advantage of. That goes the same for my wife. I have a classic 1997 Ford F150 and about four years ago I got some brake-work done by another mechanic in town. When I got the vehicle back, the brakes were worse than before! After going back multiple times to make it right, I finally washed my hands and walked away. I went to TWO other recommended mechanics after that to tried to get the situation correctly diagnosed and resolved. Both places said nothing was wrong even after a test drive with me in the vehicle each time. I started to think that it was just the fact that my truck was older. But after going to honest-1 for other things like oil changes and some engine work, I told them about my brakes situation. They took a look and found the problem in no time. And in just a few hours, they had me back on the road and now my brakes work beautifully!! Smooth and controlled! Just like they're supposed to be. Anthony and the team at Honest-1 are phenomenal. The receptionist was very helpful in explaining the different services and why they were important. The prices were reasonable - this was stated several times in customer reviews . I had one critical service performed and will have the second critical service done before Xmas . I will keep tabs on the wait and watch items. I am very satisfied customer!!

Since then, I always have a burning oil smell after they change my oil. Also, when my starter was going out, they thought it was because my battery was too weak so they changed my battery to a more expensive gel battery and didn't give me credit for my perfectly fine battery that they removed until I later complained. (They then only gave me a $20 credit). Later, the gel battery they installed gave out after only 1 year and 3 months of service. I was stranded out of town when it happened and Corb's would not give me any kind of credit for bringing the battery back. I will no longer recommend anyone to go here after these continued bad experiences.
