The ladies in the service department are more helpful and have more knowledge than him. He can't even put a sentence together when talking about rv problems. I drove 1400 miles round trip to look at a truck camper that Connor said just had cosmetic issues. When I got there many things did not even work. The slide-out, the water heater, the jacks and numerous things were either missing, broke or Jerry rigged together. On top of that I felt I was being belittled when texting with them. We recently purchased our second rv from them and they were very professional and helpful. CJ (Carl) was our salesman and went out of his way to make it a smooth transaction even sending video explanations. He spent a lot of time going through the rv with us to get us familiar with all the bells/whistles. I'm not trying to discount the negative experiences but ours was a good one. This dealership has horrible business practices. We purchased a trailer in March 2025 and to this date, we haven't received a title to the trailer. We did get the temporary registration for 30 days but when the paperwork hadn't come through we requested another and was told by their office that they couldn't issue another. First, we found out that this trailer was on consignment and they never got the power of attorney from the owner to sell the trailer in the first place. Then they told us that they will be expediting the process. We waited and nothing. We then contacted the corporate office and the regional manager did issue us another 30 day registration and he would be handling this issue. Now as of July 1st no one has contacted us and will not return phone calls and the current registration is now up. This isn't good business practices but then they got their money and now they feel that they could ignore the issues we are experiencing. The older blonde female in the office and the older male [her husband?] really went out of their way to make our delivery of THEIR Companies trailer the hardest thing I ever witnessed - that chick literally woke up and chose MEAN! My husband delivers Rv for a living we've criss crossed this country as well as Canada/Newfoundland and we've never experienced that much hatred but they are by far the rudest, nastiest, and completely unprofessional company we've met. My husband asked to use their printer to print 2 pages of authorization forms for release-the older male told him no and to leave-but he could drop the trailer and come back for the paperwork after he printed it out somewhere else. My husband being the gentleman didn't argue simply replied "okay then-but the trailers coming with me". The male said "oh no you can leave it" so my husband took it and drove a couple miles down the road -printed it - and returned for inspection and sign-off. After a month we went back out to get more trailers for delivery and around 5:45pm we picked up our last trailer and to our dismay it was to be delivered here again (heavy eye roll). We stayed the night in Boise and got up around 6am to start our drive. We printed the paperwork-felt good like we had all the T's dotted and I's crossed ;) so we get there and hubby goes to the office with the paperwork he started to hand the other lady in the office the paperwork but the mean female child comes stomping in snatches the paperwork and SCREAMS "NO" at my husband. Then this chick says "don't you see the note that says call 24hrs in advance for scheduled delivery". My husband responded "we haven't had the trailer for 24 hrs we got it last nigh at 5:30-6pm". So then she had the audacity to say "well if you would have called I would've answered the phone!" To which he stood there thinking 'you wouldn't even print 2 pages of paperwork but I'm supposed to believe you would've answered the phone (baa hahahaha!!!) mmm hmm right. The C U Next Tuesday female says "you'll have to come back on Monday to get it inspected because you didn't call before or you can drop it but I won't assume responsibility for it until Monday". We took pictures of every square inch of the exterior because we had to be in Indiana in 2 days. We dropped the trailer outside their fences that said "EMPLOYEES ONLY" went to lunch and I told him we should go back. 30 minutes later we went back and the trailer was now missing from where we parked and dropped it and was now sitting down the street behind their fence at another property. Just when you think maybe she was just having a bad day....nope, she held the paperwork for 4 days preventing my husband from getting paid-even after they took possession of the RV. So in closing please don't buy anything from this location! The "week" long inspection they perform is not real-seriously they are lying all inspections on the inside are performed prior to it leaving fabrication, fab ensures things like toilets, pipes, valves, and hinges all work. The only thing they should be fixing are small scratches or scrapes NOTHING to do with electrical, water, heat or air should ever be touched by them-typically that supposed work they're telling you they're doing could easily void a warranty. If this location wants to employ those 2 very rude mean nasty people who continually display such a low (basically non-existent) moral conscious with no understanding of decency or professionalism - shouldn't be employed under Blue Dog Rv. You call there, no one seems to know ANYTHING, no managers can tell you a thing, NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING... I would be very careful about buying anything from Blue Dog. We have a fifth wheel and when it was in storage, our breakaway cable was stolen. We went to Blue Dog, explained the situation, gave the salesman all of our rig's information and he walked over, picked up a breakaway cable and handed it to us. We had already lost all four of our batteries because of not having the cable and spent $800 on new ones. We installed the new cable and thought we were good to go. We got our rig home to prepare for a trip and nothing would work. We had no way of moving it anywhere. We had no choice but to call Dependable Mobile RV Repair to come to our house. Lo and behold, Blue Dog had sold us the wrong breakaway cable. We reached out to Blue Dog and pretty much got ignored. Their mistake cost us $400!!! I've wasted enough time and energy with their service department, Lance in specific, that I'll try to make this short and sweet. I strongly recommend not ever, ever bringing your RV in for service here! Diagnosing issues competently seems to be an issue, they're incredibly expensive ($210/hr), 30-day labor warranty (as Lance told me....wow, with a shop rate like $210/hr, you only have a 30-day labor warranty?! - what a confidence booster), and lack of effectively listening to a customer's issue(s) and accurately understanding and translating that information to the technician. Lance, I do like you, but a little less of the "Lance-giggle", and the "don't worry, we'll take care of ya" or "we'll make it right", and more listening and understanding of the customer's issues in the beginning, might actually get you folks some positive reviews. As well Lance, don't believe for a second that I believed some of the bullshit you told me. The fuse panel was not replaced, nor is it one-piece with the converter (at least in this case, and confirmed by the manufacturer). Along with all the other old parts left in a box in the trailer, even down to the broken 30 amp circuit and old battery jumper cables, how did the "one-piece" to the converter fuse panel not make it in the box of old parts? The old converter is there in the box, but where's the "one-peice, connected fuse panel?" Like "Brian B." said here in another review of them, and I completely agree, "as a result, I adamantly refuse to purchase anything or seek services at the Post Falls location. Our Brand New RV has been at Post Falls for 5 months. Differing excuses make me wonder if they have been lying to us. What do you think? No return phone calls when promised. No emails when promised. Multiple times I've been asked if I bought it there? No I didn't. I asked what's the difference. It's warranty work. They get paid for the work. But 5 months???? They say there's a process. I've been patient until today when I was lied to again. Called him out on it and he told me to come pick it up today if I didn't like it. He called it arguing. Well I'll be contacting the Manufacturer myself. And the dealer we bought it from and the additional insurance 5000.00 policy we bought to have it fixed anywhere. First, we just want to say that we love our Starcraft travel trailer. It's spacious, great cabinets for storage, well built, and very nice looking. The RV itself is great, which is why I gave this three stars instead of one. That is where it ends. The service details and inspection department is terrible. They keep it for an entire week after you purchase your RV, so the service department can go through it, inspect and adjust or fix anything the needs repairing, right? Well, I don't know what they did during that week, but the septic tank came to us plugged. Their suggestion was to use the tablets, which did work eventually, but had they done the check system in the first place, we wouldn't have had to deal with it. The pipes under the sink have been leaking since we brought it home. They are now fixed (by us), but again had they done the check system in the first place, we wouldn't have had to deal with it. The shower was leaking under the sink in the close out area. It's fixed now by us but, had they done the check system in the first place, we wouldn't have had to deal with it. This RV was not even two years old when we bought it and there were just too many issues that should have been caught and repaired by the service department during the week they kept it for "inspection." IF you purchase from this Blue Dog location, possibly bring someone along who knows the ins and outs of RVs to check over their work. Don't just trust that they are doing their job with the inspection/repairs. Finally, we paid cash for this, which they weren't thrilled about. Then their sales department tried pressure and push us to buy the three year warranty. Now I see why. We didn't purchase the warranty and we are glad we didn't. Their RVs can be good, the service department, not so much! read more

We took our RV in last year to have a sky light replaced and and a motor for the HVAC unit replaced. they had the RV for 6 months stating that they couldn't get the motor. They told us this numerous times. When I finally decided to go it alone, I went to pick up the RV. When I went inside the area inside the skylight was trashed. I asked why it as not complete I was told that the service manager was no longer there, and that the service tech couldn't find or get the right Skylight. He was told to just put one in off of another brand. I spent $1,400 to get a inferior product, Not to mention no one ever bothered to call me, to see if we were ok with a sky light that was not designed for the RV. I now have an RV that look like crap on the inside. Never again! I drive to Liberty lake for any I might need in the future. read more

Gave the service department an extra week to get out brand new trailer ready for pickup. showed up nothing had been done. They did a quick check over, didn't verify that all the systems worked. Didn't notice things that were broken. Said they would order broken parts and give us a call when they had them ordered to set up a date to get the stuff fixed. that was two months ago. No calls, they don't answer the phone when you call, don't return your calls when you leave a message. I had to pay over 200 dollars to get two things fixed so we could actually use it. Try reading reviews since they changed hands in 2021. Anyway, here we go: Briefy - We brought a used RV. As per our agreement, it was supposed to be serviced and cleaned before we got it. We picked it up. NOTHING done. Wasn't even barely cleaned. Stains, marks, mold. They didn't put batteries in the smoke detector and carbon alarm. (Major safety risk - good job I checked them). Propane detector alarm was supposed to have been changed. (It wasn't). Rude service people. Shirley and a teenager who rolled her eyes several times when we wanted to reschedule our walk through and collection of the RV. The only reason we needed to reschedule it was because the Blue Dog person didn't showed to up to do it. They wouldn't delegate it to anyone else. (too busy). I asked Shirley if I could have water to fill the RV (our water at home wasn't turned on yet) she actually said NO! I had just payed $60k for an RV and they wouldn't let me come and put water in it. Also, our back up camera wasn't working. I called the makers, they asked who installed it. I said 'Blue Dog' The guy just said 'Oh God'. ............Turns out Blue Dog had forgot to put the arial on it. The only good thing is the sales people. I feel sorry for them that their hard work making customer relationships is ruined by the service dept. The owners don't care. I even submitted a video of leaking issues and a constructive, itemized email of some of the issues i had. They didn't have the professional courtesy to respond. and in closing, just after we brought our RV, in one week we had 3 local people either roll their eyes when you mentioned Blue Dog, or they had their own bad words to say. ...Don't take my word for it. There are so many bad reviews everywhere you look about their service department you would think they would do something about it. They will also tell you the forever warranty annual maintenance is $99 but when you drop off your RV they will charge you $250 so beware. I had a great experience here. It resulted in purchasing a new travel trailer. I was greeted promptly by Jeromy . I really liked his demeanor. Jeromy provided all the information I asked for. Everything was very smooth with him. He got all the paperwork in order and trailer scheduled for delivery. Matt upstairs made finalizing paper work Super smooth and pleasant . Cody in the service department had all the documents and service manuals for everything organized and went over each piece 1 by 1 for appliances and features front to back. Cody left me with no questions everything that was agreed upon verbal and in writing was delivered 100%. We spent our whole day at Blue Dog on July 11th running our credit, getting our paystubs and finding a bank, but we figured it was worth it because we had our down payment and payment plan set and signed the paperwork. Only problem was we had to wait for our trailer to come in. About a month later we receive a call that it was finally in. We go into Blue Dog today to get our trailer and do a walkthrough. My husband talked to Matt the service writer to see if they have time to check the problem. When they were done with the AC they decide to check our control panel and got it fixed also. Yesterday we asked to see the new entegra the young salesperson in the corner was instantly annoyed. We kept trying to get him to cheer up but it was obvious he was bothered by our request to see the 124,000 Rv. He offered no details about the rig- only answering a few questions asked- after ten minutes he said he had to head back inside to answer a call- this was apparently delivered psychically He said he would be back- after 15 minutes of waiting- another salesperson popped his head in -we asked if we could see another model- he said yes but - he had to head back in because he was helping another couple- we pointed out we were abandoned by the other salesperson. We went ahead and toured 2 more vehicles...again expected someone to come and offer info- gave up on waiting. Inside we could see that both young salesman were on their phones on Facebook or looking at the internet. Worst shopping ever! But I guess we owe them- we went Appleway- had great service and instead of spending 130g we got a great deal at just under 100. What a mess! I wanted a light weight travel trailer for dry camping and was led to believe in writing and via text messages from sales that the "dry weight" was a certain number when in reality it was 300 lbs heavier. Pretty important to me as I have a small SUV! I informed Sales within 48 hours of the weight discrepancy and BD RV has refused to provide any resolution. I wanted them to take back the travel trailer so I could purchase another travel trailer from another RV dealer that actually met my needs. I've called the sales manager who told me to get a bigger SUV! As if I should pay for a bigger SUV to cover their mistake!, Also called the regional sales manager and their corporate office and they have refuse to call me back. BD RV has been ignoring me for about 3 months. So I've had to ask the BBB for assistance and the state Attorney General consumer protection department of both WA state and Idaho as well. So far BD RV has ignored BBB and has yet to reply to the WA AG (it's been 3 weeks). What? Is going on? I think you can guess my recommendation for BD RV. read more

Summarization was not done we learned on our first camping trip so my husband had to do it. When we called to make an appointment to winterize he told them what happened and asked that they winterize for free since we paid for a service that didn't happen, they said sorry that was too long ago.... it was three months ago and they had our trailer for a month and didn't even do the work.
