Just got off the phone with Mike from Freedom RV. I've been waiting 2.5 months for the clear title on the rig I paid $19K cash on. I was supposed to have my title within a week or so, but instead I'm getting the run around. I'm stuck in Texas waiting to register my rig, and I can't go anywhere because they have dropped the ball on getting the title to me. They sent my title to the wrong place after I made an extra trip to sign paperwork to change where it should be sent. I'm trapped here because they won't get it together and figure out how to expedite my title. At this point, I can't recommend sending your business here. Really hoping they will help me out and get on it. Update || 6.16.17 || Well, I just received my title in the mail after four months!! Relieved to have it in hand. Mike was helpful throughout the process, despite it testing all of our patience and frustrations sometimes making their way through. Tara, the woman who originally sent my title to the California DMV wound up being relatively unhelpful. There was a point I called her six times over the course of two weeks leaving voicemails, and I didn't hear back from her. I'm not sure what her situation is, but having sent my title to the wrong place and then not making the effort to call back and help get it sorted through didn't leave me with a great impression. Perhaps she has other things going on that made it a challenge. I wound up having to send in a request of release to the California DMV instructing them to call me for a mailing address, and they sent it to me. All in all, I really appreciated Mike's help. I wish the title had been sent to the correct address in the first place, but what're you gonna do? If I'd received better service from Tara, I would make this a five star review. But the fact remains that the error was made, I was given justifications instead of apologies, and left much of the time to sort out someone else's error on my own. read more

I would not recommend. Sales process was mishandled every step of the way. After that you can forget about getting service done there. They are clear when you call that they are always booked out at least a month. They give the impression that they could care less with a very dismissive attitude on every call. I purchased a brand new travel trailer that needed a repair and was also told it would be a month. I will go elsewhere for service and for my next purchase. read more

Freedom RV sold the unit that I was negotiating for while I was test driving it. I had traveled from western WA to see this unit with the understanding that I did not need to pay a deposit on it first. This is a dog eat dog business. The "manager" was unapologetic. Also Freedom RV charges a high price for PDI. For class C RVs, it was $2150, which is twice what other dealers charge. read more

Stay away from this place at all costs...I had friends that spent 100,000 for a motorhome that was supposed be new. Ok they should have looked closer but the people that work there are really smooth at lying...It was driven 2800 miles to their location. Had scratches on the sides. Everything Freedom said they would take care of, they didn't. My friends drove it once to a nearby campground. While on the way the refrigerator door swung open and wouldn't close. The upper front bed would not work.. They wanted their money back after a month. The people who worked there were very nasty to them at that point. Bottom line for using it once they lost 30,000 at the end to get rid of the lemon. DO NOT go to this ripoff joint. There are so many other RV places around. read more

We were traveling from California to North Idaho in our Newmar motor coach, and the water pump to our household malfunctioned so we really needed help because we'd planned to dry camp in several locations. Freedom worked us into their service schedule for the coming week, and took care of the repair in one day. We took a day sightseeing in Spokane while the repairs were made, and were back on the road by the early afternoon. Freedom service folks treated us like family. Bonus review: We stayed the previous night at the Elks' lodge RV site which which was a ten minute drive. Elk RV sites are available members, and we recommend the Spokane Valley Elks as well. Spokane's a lovely city by the way. read more

The repair shop in this dealership is really disappointing! They have had our Winnie Drop trailer for 1-month to repair the hitch and we have heard nothing. The first time we called about it-last week-they did not even know about it, no paperwork, nothing! Additionally, when we bought the RV in May, we were told that we would get an all expense paid trip to LasVegas, but once we signed the paperwork to purchase it we have heard nothing more about this!!! Very poor customer once you buy an RV! So sad!!! As of Sept. 13,: We were immediately contacted about our trailer after my yelp review. Within a week, a brand new hitch was put on our trailer. It appears to work well, plus we were given explicit instructions about how the hitch works. We are satisfied, however we are still waiting to get the Las Vegas trip we were promised when we bought the trailer. But we have our trailer back tho! read more

Updated (Since I can't reply): Mr. Lane, as my review started "After being lied to, many times", I can see there is no end to your [company's] dishonesty. You stated "you were working a deal with our staff for 4 days". No, I wasn't. I called emailed once and called the salesman about 5 times while I was getting the cashier's check ready. I spent 3 hours there on-site Saturday, and 15 mins on Monday. You didn't sell this RV, you quit negotiating. I highly suggest you get some education and training on negotiating. Also, your position requires a lot of patience and tact, unless of course you're only in it for the quick big-bucks. I knew you were frustrated when you began to negotiate up (through your salesman). I was also surprised you wouldn't negotiate yourself. You'd think a sales manager is capable to do it. I feel pity for anyone who buys an RV from this dealership. You also stated "... 2019 model year that we offered you at a discounted price ...". No one offered me any discount on anything at any time. That's just another lie (it's a constant pattern here). Lastly, we were only about $275 away from each other after you were given the cashier's check, and I was ready to make the deal (I'd pay $275 more to close the deal). It's amazing Freedom RV put someone in sales management that can't handle a good negotiator, then again with the low ethics I consistently encountered (including your response), I'm really not too surprised. Anyone else reading this, save your time and money and go to another dealership (unless you like to over-pay). We'll never go back here again. Ever... read more

Super bad service after the sale. Had to argue and fight to get repairs done on a $40,000 toy hauler. Then the problems were not fixed correctly. Currently having repairs done elsewhere at our expense. These people at Freedom RV are typical used cars salesmen. This was our experience, hopefully yours was better. We have had an abysmal time with Freedom RV of Liberty Lake, WA. We inked the deal 68 days ago and we still don't have the trailer. It needed some repairs and a couple of upgrades. That took 5 weeks. Even then not all the repairs were made. We got it home only to discover that it leaks in the rain. We took it back and after nearly two weeks they still haven't started repairing it. They say, very indirectly, that they are too busy getting new units out the door to work on warranty repairs. read more

Visiting in the area from Texas, attended their RV show and came away with a new motor coach, very pleased. They let us stay on location for five days while we moved our personal items from our fifth wheel over to our new home on wheels. We like to see what's new or available in case we would someday upgrade our motorhome. But we just got chased out of Freedom RV for browsing. The young gentleman who greeted us did his best and answered the very few questions we had, but we generally don't have many questions and prefer to have the freedom to browse first and then figure out if we have questions. When we came out of only the second motorhome we viewed, we were approached by a scruffy older man who pretty much yelled at us for browsing and not letting the other man do his job. We tried to discuss the situation with him but in the end he said they did not want us there. We agreed that we did not want to be there and be treated like that. We will never return. Freedom RV just lost a potential future sale. read more

If I could give Freedom RV Liberty Lake a -10 Stars I would. My wife and I were shopping for a different RV and told them we were only shopping for what was available. The blond-haired saleswoman who helped us was new and she told her she was. She was very helpful initially and then we experienced the bait and switch buy her and someone who said he was her father-in-law. We also told him we were only shopping and gave him a price range and he kept trying to up-sell us to a more expensive RV. We even told him how much we were comfortable with had a monthly payment and he said " you look like someone who could afford a $600 payment ". When the bait-and-switch occurred my wife and I were both appalled that this tactic still occurs. We would never ever go back here nor would we ever tell any of her friends to go here. read more

My husband and I bought a Tiffin RV from Freedom RV in Liberty Lake, WA. The entire Freedom team was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We were treated like royalty. We are first time RV owners so we had a ton of questions and they were very patient. They are also going to drive the RV to our storage unit for us since we are new and currently have snow on the ground. They will also give us a driving lesson. They went above and beyond to help us find a storage unit and even negotiated a discount on the first months rent for us. If you are in the market for an RV I would highly recommend going to see them! read more

If you want a trailer or other type of RV, do not come here. They tried selling us a damaged 2019 trailer brand new and never used and it was damage. They did not disclose this to us and it wasn't until the walk through we found the damage and then they claim they knew anything about it. They claim the water under the beds was because of the detailers but after we closed up the trailer, it was beyond obvious it had been damaged and it could not be closed properly to seal because of this, hence the water in the trailer. The finance man was pushing and rude. Going anywhere but here. Ethics and moral is something they do not know about. Loved the tech, Troy, though he was amazing. read more

This is a very painful review to write. If I can give Freedom RV--ZERO stars I will do that otherwise it will be one star. We signed a sales agreement March 16, 2018. It is now April 20. We do not have our vehicle yet. We were understanding when they had to do some repairs to this used vehicle. They also had to order some parts - but they did NOT come from Siberia by pack animal. Now we are not even getting callbacks from them. My husband retired the end of February. We have had a long planned road trip planned to spend May, 2018, on the road to a family wedding and a family reunion on the east coast. We figured whatever we bought we would spend some time familiarizing ourselves with it before hitting the road. That time no longer exists for us. Even if, a miracle which will never happen, it showed up today we would have no ability to correct problems we may find as we prepare to leave. And we don't even live here! Montana is home. Six hour drive each way. Which adds to the whole inconvenience factor. Don't go here for your RV. If you do, act fast to get them moving. read more

We bought a 21 foot trailer from Freedom RV. It was a 50th Anniversary gift to ourselves to take a trip to Alaska and it was the worst experience we have had in our 50 years of Marriage. Our trip never happened because Freedom RV had it more then we did. First they sold us the trailer then called us back in because they wrote it as a 2017 and it was a 2016. That should have been our first clue. I had pointed out to the salesman Scott that the door over the bed was broke. He assured me the service department would go through the trailer and fix everything, well he didn't follow through and it wasn't fixed. It didn't have a generator so we ask if they could put one in they said yes, then informed us they couldn't. So we ask about solar they said they could and they did. Then we took it back because the inverter was bad and wouldn't run the Refrigerator. All most all the doors split in the trailer because they applied to much pressure when they installed the latches. They said they fixed the Inverter problem but as we were packing up and ready to go to Alaska the Inverter wasn't working. When we opened the outside door the wire to the inverter fall off, It was never crimped in the crimp. We finally decided after a trip to California to go camping with our son and daughter and had to run the Generator we bought and carried in the back of the truck to keep our Refrigerator going. We decided we would just get rid of it because we couldn't trust it. We bought an extended warranty and now Freedom is dragging their feet about returning the portion of the warranty due to us. In the year we had this trailer Freedom RV had it more then we did. Stay away from Freedom RV. They said they would give a Military discount but didn't because they said they gave us a discount on the solar. The only reason we bought the Solar is because they couldn't install the generator. We purchased a 2008 Class A motor Home from Freedom RV in July to replace our 2002 Class C for a winter out in Arizona. What was described as a completely babied unit with just 12,000 miles on it has turned out to be a total nightmare. It has been three months sense we picked up the unit and have only managed 200 miles between repairs. Four windshield reinstallations and one complete removal and refitting as every time it rains the water poured in and onto the dash. Now the overhead console is soaked and the mold from previous problems has been found. The slide out table in front of the passenger seat has swollen to where it will not go in nor out, it's stuck part way out. The bathroom has been saturated by a leak in the roof and the photo paper on the walls is all wrinkling off its backing, more mold was found there as well. The front TV turns itself on at random and it's very annoying at 3 in the morning. The heat ducts were squashed and torn that lead to the front cabin and the hot air was being blown to the outside of the RV. The front floor vent blows cold air rather than warm due to no insulation on the ducting. That would explain why the previous owners had replaced the carpet and blocked off the front vent to stop the cold air from entering the cabin. We have purchased a 70 quart dehumidifier to help stop the condensation problems in the unit when the heat is turned on especially on rainy days and it helps. The ceiling and walls are dry now but the windows are still completely fogged immediately when the heat comes on. It is now December and after just 200 miles and thousands of dollars in repair, after missing our vacation in Arizona, these Snowbirds are heading back to Alaska for the winter. We only say that this has been a vacation we will never forget. PS. We will be getting rid of this thing come spring and our RVing life has come to an end. Take a cruise, it's cheaper, far less frustrating and way more enjoyable. They actually deliver on their promises. read more

So made a deal in late August on trailer that was supposed to be coming off the manufacturer's line on Sept. 1 Was told would arrive at dealer on Sept. 10 no show. Called to check status it's coming should be here soon. no show. Last week was told shipped on 9/22 should be in later in week. Talked with head sales manager he was checking with area rep and the moving company. Was told it would be in their lot around 3:00 on Friday. Called and texted head sales manager and my salesman on Saturday to see if unit arrived. No response! Called head sales manager again on Monday Oct. 2 to find out if unit made it. Now he says it hasn't shipped! He'll check on it! What the H----!??? IT is now 30 days since the unit was suppose to come off the line and three weeks past the date I was told it would arrive at dealer. If I did that in my business I wouldn't have any clients! Seems there wasn't a unit coming off the line like was told! They have been using my money all this time while I wait for a unit that I was supposed to be able to use three weeks ago. What a joke!!!!! read more

I bought a BRAND NEW trailer from Freedom RV in May (weekend before memorial day). We used it for memorial weekend and found several issues. We were somewhat warned that sometimes there are issues with travel trailers and if we find anything, just let them know and they will repair it. Well, we turned in the issues the week after memorial weekend - issues that make it not usable for us - and here we are in the middle of September still waiting for the issues to get fix. The only time I get updates is if I call and demand to be given an update. The service person is not friendly at all and he never checks his email. When he does email me, he says he will check on things, and then never gets back to me. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever had. EVER. read more

We went shopping for a 5th wheel on Memorial Day weekend only to find most RV dealers closed. Freedom was open (I'll have to give them credit for that) and Ken led us to almost the exact unit we had been searching for. That's where our positive experience ended. Despite many promises, it took almost three weeks and several trips to the dealership for them to get the unit ready for use. Eventually the microwave was replaced and a new inverter was installed. We had a weekend trip planned and still no trailer so we insisted that we pick it up the day before we were to leave on our trip. That was the same day they replaced the microwave and the inverter (we didn't give them an option as we sat in the trailer for a couple of hours while they worked on it). So as it stands now, I had to replace the battery while on our first trip, the fireplace still does not work, the TV cable connections in the living room and the bedroom do not work, the first time we hooked the trailer to city water it flooded the storage compartment, and the surround sound system does not work. We never did have a walk through the trailer so we are still trying to figure out a few things. We will definitely not let Freedom RV have the another chance to make the necessary repairs as we have absolutely no confidence in their ability or desire to provide competent service. One more thing, Joe claims to be the General Manager and make all kinds of claims and promises. We learned very quickly the Joe may be a great salesman but doesn't know anything about managing a business. All of his assurances that he would address all of our complaints were forgotten as soon as we walked out of his office. read more

We prefer not giving FREEDOM RV even a one star but didn't have a choice. The salesman who sold us the Big Country 5th wheel was a very nice gentleman but he was not there to finalize the deal. We had to work with someone whom I would never recommend to any of our friends. The day we came to pick up the 5th wheel, the salesman we had worked with to close the deal ( I think was a manager) was standing a few feet away talking to coworkers and looked directly at us but would not acknowledge we were even there. He made us feel like he got his money so he doesn't have to be nice to us anymore. Another saleman had to get him to help us. He never suggested insurance or any other thing to help us with our new purchase. We took the 5th wheel back only one time for repairs. When my husband got home he found the repairs were NOT done right so he had to fix them himself. While traveling on our 3rd trip with our new 5th wheel to Arizona from Washington; camping in Utah, our livingroom slide broke. We had to have it welded. Then the motor to the rear stabilizer stopped working at another campsite, we now operate it manually. To our surprise no one would back up their product! Then at another stop our slides stopped working all together. We found the batteries were dead. We took them to a store to be tested and found that FREEDOM RV had put in old batteries; dated a few years earlier than the 5th wheel's age. So we had to buy two new batteries. I have talked to other people who have dealt with this company and they to would NOT recommend them to their friends. read more

Overall, a wonderful experience despite noticing a few missing parts after bringing it home but the staff took care of the matter expeditiously. Nothing but a bunch of crooks and thieves, deceptive practices! Stay CLEAR of this business, they will attempt to rip you off in any way they can! Put down a "holding" fee of $1000, had it refunded 24 hours later as we could not negotiate a price, finally did come to a final price 2 days later. Freedom RV backdated contract to reflect the $1000 "holding fee" as a down payment. Accepted negotiated price in cash, paid in full (receive the title 30 days later). Get a phone call 3 months later stating they want the $1000 "down payment" they fraudulently put on the contract or we were going to collections! Why would we put down a "down payment" for a cash purchase THE SAME DAY! Very deceptive and has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Go to Camping World NEXT DOOR! read more

The sales experience was great. We purchased a 2016 Destination and have had nothing but problems with it and the service department is less than helpful. First issue was a door that was to be replaced by warrantee. We bought the trailer in February and the door still has not been replaced. When contacting the service department, they don't know where it is. I talked to the parts department last week and the guy took my number said he saw the door was ordered and would call me. Nothing. I have attempted to solve this for 6 months. Second issue is they agreed to install a dryer vent on during the purchase. They have yet to get this done. Third issue is that the trailer has an alignment issue and one of the tires is almost bald after about 1,500 miles. I called and they said to take the trailer to a tire shop. I mentioned we bought every warrantee they offered and that it should be covered and they said they don't have the equipment to deal with it. I would think that the alignment issue would be covered by the factory warrantee or the extended warrantee we purchased. I think the extra warrantee we purchased came to about $8,000.00. Fourth issue is our daughter bought a trailer the same weekend we did and they have never finished off the checklist of repairs on her trailer that they promised. I was in last week and they said they had the parts, but they have yet to call her. I don't feel we should have to chase them down to get service. The service department is full of people who need to learn how to schedule and make phone calls. I'm very upset at this place of business and recommend you find another dealership. read more

We drove from Alaska to purchase a new Vintage Cruiser 23RSS travel trailer from Freedom RV in May 7-2017. We do like the trailer, but have had problems with the water system smelling & tasting so bad. Even after cleansing the system four times. Called them back about it, no one seemed to care at all. Seems like when you buy from them, take it off the lot, it is all your problem after that. Our salesman was Mike Mohondro, the worst salesman ever. He never greeted us until we said something, never made sure our trailer was ready to go, simply never paid us any courtesy or attention to our purchase, did not give us the time of day. Basically down right rude. I guess we did not spend enough money to have to care about. $26, 000. is chump change evidently!! I mean we drove from Alaska for gods sake to buy from them & it cost us two more days in a hotel waiting for our trailer to get detailed & ready to take off the lot. However, i do compliment Andy in parts, he was great, Ryan & Martin were also very helpful in aquainting us with the trailer+ fixing some small issues on the trailer. We have had to address some things that i am sure in travel trailers, but i do know the quality of who makes them is important to take the time to read reviews & specs. Would not buy anything from Gulf Stream again, cheap interiors & thrown together sloppy. Trim inside & walls seem to be quite thin. Hard time keeping warm in this trailer, makes me wonder how much insulation is in the walls?? read more

we have been looking for a used pop-up camper for awhile now and found one at a great price online at Freedom RV. While the camper we found is what we wanted, the salesman employed used car-sales tactics. At every step of the way. There were unreturned phone calls and promises about having someone to come out and give us an estimate on repair for a tear in the window...never happened. They had left the trailer up in the wind and snow and it had been damaged the night before and the mattress soaked through. The man said, 'oh we'll have to replace that'. They didn't--just dried it out. We spoke to the sales manager who said he'd gather facts and call us back, never did. We spoke to the General Manager who basically stood by their business practices. It was a nice trailer at a fair price so we purchased it but the misleading, dishonest customer service (or lack thereof) left us with a sour taste in our mouths. Buyers beware! read more

two faced liars. we stopped in to see what they had and the (used car salesman) plopped in a chair in every unit we looked at and said are you ready to write it up after ignoring his pushy attitude we did decide on a unit. we made negotiations on the price and came to an agreement but told them there were some things to fix and they agreed and put it in writing when we came back the next week to pick up the trailer we noticed that the repairs had not been done and they had taken parts off the trailer the main one was the trail air pin box telling us that it was not compatible with the slide hitch we needed for our short bed dodge after rushing to put the hitch in and having one of the most uninformed people do our walk through i.e.. this is the stove where you would cook things, yes that is what he told us and I asked him if all three propane bottles were connected he didn't even know there were three bottles so after being there for seven hours while they were supposed to be fixing the problems we had brought a friend to look at another fifth wheel they like others I have now found out would not give us the time of day they had gotten their money and had no more use for us and like the other person I would not even give them one star if it would let me so if anyone reads this know they do have a good selection of rv's but DO NOT TRUST A SINGLE THING THEY SAY and if you are not taking possession of it that day take pictures so you can document what is missing read more
