He walked me through the lot discussing pros and cons of the various trailers and when it was time to ring me up, I asked for a tongue lock, he gave me the correct one. He ensured I had a spare tire which they mounted for me, and a wrench in case a tire situation arose and explained how everything worked. He let me test and play with everything until I was comfortable how it all worked. Even post sale, I got home and discovered some things I didn't know about and he spent hours texting and explaining things to me. Sent me websites to learn more and didn't let go until I was confident I could use this trailer the right way. I assumed they were all the same and judging from the reviews, many have had a similar experience here. But... We were on a two-week RV trip and on the first day, one of the rooftop vents blew apart because it had turned so brittle. On our way through Spokane, we stopped and I talked to Jacob in the service dept. He helped me find the correct one and then got on the roof and installed it with me so we could get on our way and stay dry. I also asked him about the quick-connect hose for our outdoor shower. We never got one when we bought the trailer (brand new) and our local store said they don't come with one -- you have to buy it separate. They also couldn't help me find the right one to buy. They just left me to figure it out. Jacob's attitude was, "Give me a minute to look around and see what I can find." Within a few minutes he came back with the right hose and sent me on my way. KUDOS to Jacob. At least SOMEONE at Camping World knows how customer service is supposed to work!
