I noticed a fairly new salon closer to me and decided to give it a try. My first time, Carmen did my nails and they were great. My second time, unfortunately, Carmen was on vacation and they assigned me Nancy-- big mistake. She did not know how to file or polish nails. I had a doctor's appointment afterwards and left with messed up nails. The next day, I contacted Nicki, the manager, who did my nails over, no charge which I found to be very generous. Today, I had an appointment with Carmen. Upon my arrival, I checked in and was about to be seated. A young lady asked my name and asked me to check in. She then proceeded to seat me in a manicurist chair and someone, not Carmen, sat in front of me. I told her no, my appointment is with Carmen. I looked around and Carmen is doing someone else's manicure and it looks like she's not near finish. Needless to say, I left and will not be returning. read more

I came across this business either on yelp or social media. I finally had the time to book an appointment. It was very easy on their website but the only thing is when I had to cancel it (I accidentally booked it on the wrong day lol) there was no way for me to cancel it online I had to call them on the phone. When I finally had my appointment, I was greeted right away and you have to check in on the tablet at the front desk. I had scheduled two pedis and one mani for me and my brother. They offered us drinks and we ordered two Vietnamese coffees, they were actually very delicious! Carmen and another older lady (I don't think she had a name tag) did our services on 3/27. We ordered the foxe glow pedis. They gave me a color book for me to choose my colors but they didn't have the colors I wanted and was able to offer me other colors that I ended up choosing and loved. In the past I have not received the best services and this was my first pedi in at least five years. I had the most amazing time today and my brother enjoyed it very much as well. If you pay with cash you get a 5% discount but next time I will make sure to bring cash. Thank you ladies for the service today I can't wait to come back!! read more
