Here's where it goes down south; The chicken tenders tasted okay, a bit dry and it was in the same fryer as the catfish with the cornmeal batter. I'd suggest using a different fryer for the chicken ONLY. The saving grace is the gravy which tasted quite good with a good note of black pepper on it! The baby carrots were a bit of a turnoff for me! It's pretty soft, almost to the point of being mushy, and tasted a bit spoiled! That is NOT what I want on my carrots! I wanted freshly cooked and buttery baby carrots, not this mushy junk... The broccolis were steamed okay. It wasn't fork-tender, but it wasn't crunchy at all. Personally, I'd prefer it freshly steamed until fork-tender. That is my kind of steamed broccolis!
