I like their pizza. But call can't order a special you see when Google them. Have to place on website. Go on website that loads slow and 15 mins later no place to order the special. Finally gave up and called and ordered from competition. Why so annoying. Loved here two years and now recall why only ordered from them about 4 times. Shame. Pizza was good and decent price. Employees were very rude and whispering about us not leaving a tip on card when we placed the order.

Idk if they've changed hands since the negative reviews or just improved over time; but I've never had a bad experience with them. We get Fox's about once a week. They usually deliver on time; or call us if they know they're going to be a little behind. The food is great, and we've tried just about everything on the menu. My only complaint is that in the store they sell chicken at the counter; but you're not able to order that through the website for delivery. I think it's because it's one of those 2-in-1 restaurant deals but I'm not sure. Another thing I like is if you order at the store, you can wait in your car and they'll bring your food out to you so you don't have to stand around inside. This and Fat Bottom are my favorite places to eat in Keyser. read more

Don't order unless you want to wait two hours for your food and deal with rude employees

By far the cleanest place in town to eat. These folks care about their food temperature, proper cleaning and really adhere to all regulations. Their fox tails are delicious but if you go here do not leave without asking for Trina's Chili Cheese Fries! OMG you won't regret it. She makes the best chili in the region. This Foxes is one of the largest employers I would say of teenagers and college students for our small community so sometimes you may find an error on your order or have to deal with a young person learning to enter your order on their computers but with a little understanding and patience, these kids do great and the food is so worth the wait! Oh and on a side note, this is the only pizza place that the sauce does NOT give me heartburn, I am and avid heartburn sufferer so if you have that issue, you may not have to give up all pizza, try them first. read more

Horrible customer service...the owner, Kirk, is the biggest jerk I've ever had to deal with. I called in for a pizza and paid for it for my daughter at the college...I gave them her number and they said they'd call her when they leave....no one did because the guy wrote down the wrong phone number...not my problem...then my daughter called and asked where it was after waiting for 45 min...and she was told another 1/2 hour ..so this time she went outside and waited for a half hour...nothing. So I call them...since it's been a whole hour and half later with no pizza, and told them to refund the pizza since it was now 2 hours old and the "owner" is yelling at me about he's going to call the college and report my daughter for jilting them, and put her on the "list". Go or it KIRK! LOL, go right ahead...because seriously, they always order from Dominoes anyways and NEVER had such horrible customer service from such a MAJOR JERK!!!! You're attitude and the way you run your pizza place isn't going to be missed read more

I love Fox's sauce and cheese, and I can honestly say this is my favorite pizza joint. That being said, I only get to come here about once a year which is probably why I'm obsessed with it. My 2 brothers always gather here when we are in town and order a Champ. There are never any leftovers. Fox's is a chain, but the quality of pizza varies. I did prefer it's old location. read more

I sometimes travel thru this area (Keyser, WV) and this had always been one of my favorite stops. Don't know what happened with new ownership -- while the food is still good, today the service sucked, not one teenager behind the counter was helpful, and they forgot to make part of our order. Part of our order was brought 15 minutes before hand and they were finished before two more of us received ours. Then as mentioned before, forgot the last part. Also, the appetizers, while good was so chintzy wasn't worth even half the price. I would stop one more time and give it a shot--because I have for a long time enjoyed this restaurant.... hopefully someone untrained was having a horrible day..... read more
