I was always wary of Vincent's because I was told the grease was outrageous, and honestly, it was greasy but not nearly as bad as I was "preparing" for. The toppings were generous and the pizza was delicious! I ordered takeout (they are cash only - FYI) and it was ready in about 20 minutes. I did eat it a little later after it had cooled and I think that was the right move because I was able to eat it just fine with a fork and knife.
