I was going to get like a regular coffee until my friend ordered a seasonal coffee with flavor (it was November). I didn't know that was an option! So I ordered the same. Love supporting a growing local chain! Foxtail is a delightfully charming cafe with lovely coffee. My friend and I stopped here for a quick pick-me-up before our evening out. For COVID safety measures, staff wear masks. Rather hipster, quaint decor, with a modestly sized menu. I figure they focus more on quality than quantity. Our drinks came out within 5 mins. ICED VANILLA LATTE (w/oat milk): Sweetened just right! My drink was mixed well, with a healthy dose of espresso. Their vanilla syrup isn't too sweet, and tasted a little more sophisticated, like vanilla bean, better than straight syrup. I am so happy I went to try out this coffee at Foxtail. It was delicious and such a great way to kick off my Orlando vacation. This Foxtail is in a great location in a strip plaza and close to the Dr Phillips Publix. The decor is woody, industrial but with a contemporary splash of color on the walls. Many different seating options from lounge to bar styles. There limited ordering options but I do like the simplicity of the design, sticking to what they know best. Customer service was on point! A bit expensive but comparable to Starbucks. Overall great experience. read more

Super cute location!!! Love the interior designs of their chains, similar but slightly different. Decided to work outside today and i love that there are outside seats. Inside is a little tight but very cozy. I'm not a coffee drinker so i wish they had more tea and latte options. Price points comparable to Starbucks. Everything is higher now a days. Good coffee and a cute shop - not much more that can go better together than that. This is the old sbux location on Sand Lake but Foxtail uniquely made it their space. Foxtail Coffee has some of the best coffees in central Florida. Each location is cozy and has the perfect vibes for you to get a lot of work done while sipping on a tasty drink. The staff is always great and they always go above and beyond to make your drink just right. The seasonal Salted Caramel Mocha Latte is my favorite drink they have on the menu! Eh it's okay. Their latte was not hot. They didn't remake it when told about the temperature because "it wouldn't be any different". They gave us a gift card for when we returned for a free drink but too bad that didn't happen as we were visiting and after that interaction were not going back. Limited seating inside. Ordered the following: - 2 cortaditos - 1 oatmilk flat white The cortaditos was exactly what I needed. Enough milk, the right about of sugar and as strong ad I imagined it. Would I go here again? I grew up in a hipster city so I know hipster coffee when I see it. Foxtail is a hipster coffee shop. Don't worry that's a good thing. And what's better about this coffee shop is that the ones from back west will be political and I really don't want to see politics when I'm drinking coffee. I want to be chill. The service is also really great. Talk about people who want to work and like where they work. I think my only two complaints is I wish it was closer to where I live because 30 minutes is a far walk and at the moment I don't have a car. Also the prices could be a little better but still cheaper than my old city that's for sure. read more

I have been to 3 locations and this is by far the worst for service. I can't believe how we were treated. Just shocked. And there were 7 of us. I asked for a café au lait he didn't have coffee so he made espresso but just told me I needed to deal with it. I said no that's not what I ordered. Then I ordered an iced steamer and he gave me a latte. I said I didn't order that either. He told me I would have to wait till we got everyone else's coffee after us to get my order. I said that was not really acceptable. I said if you don't have coffee, you tell someone and you give them their money back. He said I would have to wait because they had a rush just after us. And I said no I have places to go. I had to calm him down. I said, listen it's not my fault you messed up. I am not sure why your blaming me and treating me like this. I then asked for a manger. We were visiting Orlando from North Dakota. We love coffee very much and decided to try foxtail. It quickly became our one and only favorite coffee joint while we were visiting... The interior of the coffee house is beautiful with a triple stacked tiled ceiling, wood, and Edison lightbulbs. This made for a relaxing environment. The staff is relaxed and very polite. My favorite barista had long dark red hair and green nails &she wore an oat milk enamel pin. You guys made our Florida trip that much more enjoyable with your kindness and delicious coffee. My favorite drink is the iced honey rose latte!! The next time we come to town we, without hesitation, are choosing this location again. Came here from out of state! Heard of good things here and decided to try a basic pumpkin spice latte and it was good flavor! I like the Starbucks one but this one tastes a bit different in a good way. I also had the maple latte and that was not so great, the taste was there but tasted a bit watered down. read more

The overall layout and vibe of this place is great and I remember when they first opened they hired efficient people. I went today and am was in need of a quick lunch, and the entirety of the staff was like on slow motion. There was even someone who came in on their phone, no uniform on and didn't pay attention to the customers or remove herself from view for professionalism. Super good coffee! I had the vanilla-caramel cold brew with banana cold foam-- I know it sounds weird but it was amazing (it was an alteration of a summer special they had). They also made a delicious cortado for me. They also had a gluten free oatmeal cookie sandwich thing which was yum. I brought my kids and husband back the next day, so they could get some ice cream and I could get some more cold brew. The barista was nice and helpful. Nice seating options. I sat and worked for a few minutes yesterday, and we enjoyed sitting at the counter today while my girls ate ice cream. read more

Love the one on Sandhill, the coffee was made perfectly every time we went and they asked if we wanted sugar or condensed milk for our Cafe Con Leche. The one on Vineland, not so much. The girl that helped us looked like a deer headlights and a little out of it, when we asked for condensed milk she told us it doesn't come with it, it's sugar. When we received it, it barely had anything in it. So we had to spruce it up ourselves. read more

I love this chains coffee!!! However this is the worst location I've ever been to service wise. I'll stick to my preferred locations after this experience. I go in and place my order with an addition to my drink. I then go stand by the bar area and wait. I watched the employee mess up the same drink 4 separate times for a mobile order while loudly talking about her personal issues - there was one other patron in the building. I was still standing at the bar fiddling on my phone waiting for my order and I heard her ask a clarifying question about my order, I attempted to clarify what I wanted for her to rudely answer me and shut me down. Then I watched her dump a thick layer of cinnamon on top of my coffee before handing it to me, my clarification was I wanted the pumpkin pie flavor added to my coffee no spice. Had she listened instead of getting rude with me there wouldn't have been an issue. I asked her for a spoon for her to get sarcastic with me. Then after realizing she messed up wants to fix the issue. She did offer to fix it however no thank you ma'am you were already rude to me, just give me a spoon, I'll scoop it out and move on with life. After today I won't be visiting this location again, if I'm in the area I'll find something else but I will visit the other locations where the staff is friendly and nice. Also note the coffee was overwhelmed with the cinnamon flavor and 85% of it ended up in the trash because I couldn't drink it. Maybe I should have let her remake it but after her attitude I just wanted to leave. read more
