Coffee - Welcome to amateur hour. I asked for a Hario V60 Pour Over. The girl at the counter looked at me to question my order but then the barista lightbulb went off. She fumbled around trying to get the Hario to fit on the wrong size cup and then opted for a paper cup. She clearly doesn't understand extraction, temperature, or bloom. Overall taste was less than stellar. A good place to go if you don't care about how your coffee tastes and don't know anything except for K-Cups. 3. Price - Still trying to pay off all those fancy atmospheric upgrades? Yeah I think so. Considering my pour over cost $4.50 and so did my wife's Cafe Latte. Might need to reconsider your pricing structure or upgrade the overall quality of your product if charging that much. Going back? Maybe to study if there are no other options. read more

This is a frequent early morning stop for me before I head into the office. I enjoy their delicious coffee that they roast themselves. It's a comfortable place to read, study, work, or visit with friends. They have comfortable seating outside and inside. They offer baked goods, but I haven't tried them yet. Stop by for a delicious beverage prepared by a knowledgeable barista and drink in the relaxed atmosphere while you're there. read more

Always a great experience. Their coffee is not for any amateurs. It is bold and flavorful. It gives me the boost of energy I need for my day. I tried the peppermint mocha cappuccino. It was so good. Like I said, very strong... But definitely gives you the jolt you need to start your long work day. I find it impressive that even when I order my cappuccino to go, the baristas still take the time to do the pretty/fancy foam designs. I always try to catch them before they put the lid on to take a pic of how pretty they make it. Now that DG Donuts are brought here in the morning to be sold (limited quantities available), this is a one-stop shop. The donuts are beautiful and actually taste the way they smell - AMAZING!!! Their creative flavors and designs are changed weekly. The donuts are made fresh daily by some pretty talented people if you ask me!!! read more

This is not your average coffee shop. They have a limited menu and their pastry selection was worse. I went here one evening after seeing the pictures and thought it would be worth a try. I was wrong. I ordered an iced coffee as their selections were not the greatest. I prefer a white chocolate mocha and they did not have this. I actually debated about leaving. The pictures of the pastries they had none except something that looked like a day old. This was my first trip here so maybe they were running low on stock, but with the coffee selection I won't be giving them another chance. read more

I love my Altamonte location ! I work in Lake Mary, so I made the trip especially for this opening . Someone cut in line in front of me ( not Foxtails problem ) but then I figured out why...he was friend with the barista behind the counter . She took his order and fussed over him for a minute. When I approached the counter I was passed up by many many staff. When I was just about to give up She asked me what I would like. I ordered a cold brew with non fat milk; she even repeated it back to me !! She handed me my cold brew with no milk in it !! Opening day you should be on point and making new fans of Foxtail. This is my favorite coffee shop. The coffee is so delicious, the pastries are all (and I mean ALL) so good, and the service is unmatched. This shop gives a great personalized experience with a great product. They are what St*rbucks is trying to be! Was passing through Orlando on I-4 and craving a nice local coffee. Found Foxtail Coffee on Yelp. Called ahead and asked if they did pour-overs. They did. Made a quick stop and had a lovely medium bodied Colombian pour-over. Barista nailed the time on the scale. Really enjoyed the coffee. Place has a cool modern vibe. Very clean. Friendly staff. This is a brand new store and the Grand Opening is tomorrow. Unfortunately, they have some work to do. I ordered a Café con leche which tasted like warm milk. There are plenty of great Cuban restaurants in Orlando that serve awesome Café con leches. The Foxtail baristas need to take some lessons. The facilities are beautiful and there is great potential but some improvement is needed by the baristas. read more

I visited foxtail 4 times in one weekend on a visit to see family and friends. Their lattes were delicious, as well as there chai. I obsess over their chai because it's spicy and with oat milk, even more yummy. My mom also tried their strawberry rosé tea, iced, with simple syrup, and she liked it. The only reason I give this place 4 stars is because they are rather pricey for a coffee shop, but I guess that's alright if you just visit for a treat and not everyday. read more
