We were hoping to support a local business but this place was a complete disappointment. I had my daughter make an appointment for herself to get her fingers and toes done (prom). She showed up on time with a friend and potential customer but from the start it seemed they weren't happy they were minors. Right away her friend decided not to have anything done based how they were being treated. Issues encountered during the visit: 1) They allowed her friend to sit near her while she was being serviced. After a few minutes they made her friend move. This is when they stopped her services and demanded she pay half way through. She was like what? Why am I being asked to pay now? They then tried upselling and charging her more if she wanted the work completed. She brought her own polish and they said it would cost more if they used her gel high speed curing/drying polish. That makes no sense. They then took her polish and told her to use theirs. (They kept her 2 bottles polish!). It was clear in the end of this that they purposely separated her from her friend in order to apply selling pressure. 2) They did here nails, toes, and massage at the same time then kept yelling at her to hold still repeatedly when it was impossible. She paid for separate services and they should not have been done together while ridiculing her for moving when the employees were moving her and basically fighting each other. 3) The boy looking worker laughed and seemed super annoyed when she coughed to clear her throat. He works in a job with close public contact and acts as if he was bothered by a common human function. 4) They kept repeating the price to her which made her feel disrespected. Like he needed reassurance she had the money. He was apparently so concerned that he made her pay half way through or he couldn't continue the service . She watched an no other customer was made to do this. He then changed his attitude once she paid and he realized she had plenty of money. Totally disrespectful. 5) She literally watched another employee rip a girls acrylics off and not remove them correctly. She complained she was bleeding and it hurt. 6) The final straw was when the guy forcefully and inappropriately grabbed my daughters hand and pulled on her arm while yelling at her not to touch her fingers together while they were drying under a light. Again this is a paying client who is a minor! My daughter left this place feeling abused so I took my daughter back after hearing the horrible experience she had and demanded an apology and a refund. Instead the "manager" suggested I should call the police on the employee! The employee was a frail looking little boy that treated her badly so if you do go here avoid him for sure. He listened while we complained about him and smiled the whole time. I may have been talking to his mother so maybe she will correct him but who knows. read more

I'm paying for the service. I have a right to ask for good work. He was rude and said he doesn't care if I don't come back because he has a lot of business. Very unprofessional. Needs to be more patient and respectful to paying customers. He doesn't ask you to wash your hands when he's done with shaping nails. He's messy. He doesn't even clean under the nail or remove dead skin from the sides and hardly touches the cuticle. He rushes you and gets mad if you even dare ask him to correct something. This place only has 2 people working. It's rare when I see a 3rd and it's usually her son who looks to be 15 years old. Never make an appointment with a group because there is not enough staff. The lady is nice but the man is a bitter, angry, impatient, sloppy and unprofessional jerk. I will never be back. Don't waste your time or money. How ever I was very disappointed in my nails (full set) they are uneven,wide,and the design is not good at all. I made an appointment for 4 people 3 weeks in advance for my vacation. I got here at 9 and there was only 1 person available while every one else had walk ins. I specifically made the appointment for 4 people and got 1 person doing all of our nails. If this is how appointments are treated then from now on we're just going to walk in. Do not recommend this place. The one singular person who was doing our nails was so rude and kept yanking our hands and moving them so aggressively. This is my regular nail place. I come in all the time and have been getting my nails done here for years. Tammy is amazing! She always makes sure you're taken care of. Her brother also always does a good job. They have other people that help but I've never tried them. I usually just wait for Tammy. They are very friendly, professional, and fast. I love coming here! They owners are quick to get you going, and do great work! Sometimes I'm the only one, and it can get a little weird because it's so quiet, but this place can get busy just the same! I have never had any problems coming here, and the prices are reasonable. In the summer I like to treat myself to pedicures, and they always do a wonderful job of massaging, and making sure you are satisfied. As for fingernails, I would definitely recommend the no-chip manicure, because it lasts a lot longer than regular manicures, and it's only 15 more than a regular manicure. read more

Staff was friendly and would have gave them 4 stars but they lost me when I watched the staff rinse off the tools in the sink they just used on me and then put them back in a sanitized bag and put them in the pile to use. Pedicure was good and long-lasting, but my one (and only) gel mani here was chipping and peeling at the sides after TWO DAYS. I had them do a full reapply, which to their credit, they did free of charge, but the nail tech claimed that if they peeled again it would be because my nails weren't able to wear gel. I've been having gel manis for years and only one other time did they peel this early. Now they're peeling four days in and I have had to fix them by nipping off the sides and filing them down and using my own gel top coat to keep them on. read more

Is no stars an option? I went in for a no chip mani and pedicure. I hadn't been there in years, newly remodeled? Nice. Ok, picked out my colors went to sit and soak my feet, not even 5 minutes the guy there started going at it with the worlds fastest pedicure. Seriously? Its summer time my feet have endured sandals and running around barefoot, they needed work. Nah, a quick soak and super weak scrub was what i got. Did not remove rough dead skin and I did not have that super soft feeling you get when a pedicure is done right. Moving on to the mani, I went in on friday the 18th of August for services and before ONE FULL WEEK my no chip started to peel. Again did not remove dead skin, barely filed my nails, and did not push back cuticle. It's now the 28th and im down 2 nails. Really? I paid 60 dollars for this shit?
