    Matte shiny full set acrylic

I wish I could do more stars, I forgot the name of the man who did my nails, but I knew his daughter and even while having conversations he made my nails look GORGEOUS!! Me and my best friend went there to have a fun special day, and we were freakingggg outttttt when we left the spa because of how good our nails looked! I got a full set matte shiny. Every single time I go there I get above and beyond service. A worker named Jessica did amazing nails on my best friend. I'd give this spa a 100 stars because it's cheap for good quality nails. Love this place, ignore the negativity

I love Vi. She always takes the extra time to make sure I am happy with everything. She remembers I like to get my mani before my pedi so I leave there nice and relaxed.

Pink and white separation is off

No no no. I thought everything was going to be good because they were very busy, but I should've gone where I was originally planning to. I was sent to a chair to wait, them decided to get the pink and white ($60) and the deluxe pedicure ($55). The nails would be beautiful of he's cute them as short as I originally asked. The white tips are so high that since the bottom is clear you can actual see through them to the other side. It kind of makes the pink and white separation line look black. He was pretty rough on me for the pedicure. ALOT of scrubbing my calves with coarse packet, and then practically sanded my skin off the side of my foot. It's still burning a little 12 hours later. I'll likely end up going somewhere to get a fill in a couple weeks and have them fix these up.

We made an appointment for 4 people, 1 full acrylic set and 3 pedicures. K got the acrylic set and…read morewent a little early, they took her right away. A, D and I showed up a few minutes later (not late) for our pedicures and it was like they were surprised we were there even thought we had made an appointment. They took some time to get us in which was fine, we took the time to choose our colors. Ya'll, this place is expensive. I had wanted a polish change on my fingers, but that was $25 so I opted not to. $45 for a classic pedicure is not the norm for any other place I have ever been. D (who is male) was told he *had* to get the Gentlemen's pedicure for $55. I got the deluxe which was nice, it was $60 though. A had to wait for someone to take care of her pedicure and she just sat there in lukewarm water for 20 minutes. We all finished roughly at the same time, and A and I were told that it would be 10 minutes until we were dry. K came over while we were waiting and showed us her nails, they came out great. A and I got sprayed with quick dry spray and then about 5 minutes later, the man who did my pedicure started to physically remove us from our chairs. He grabbed my bag (please don't do this!) and started to make us leave. No one was waiting and 10 pedicure chairs were empty so it's not like we were taking up space. Unfortunately, I realized after I walked out that my toenails were actually not dried and got smudged. I did not go back to get it fixed, I had places I needed to be. I would include a photo, but I am not putting my feet on the internet.

I've tried most of the nail shops in Concord and am consistently happy with my Pro Nail experience…read more The technicians are friendly, efficient and skilled. The shop is very clean and they take special care to reduce the fumes from all the chemicals which is obvious when you walk in - no yucky nail salon smell. The only detractor for me is the hours. The owner is family focused (a very good thing!) so the shop isn't open on Sundays or late on weeknights.

However, after arriving at my appointment, I quickly realized the opposite. I showed the man who was doing my nails a photo of what I wanted, a simple pink with one flower accent nail, and he said he wouldn't do it because he didn't think it looked good. I told him that was what I wanted and he still refused. He recommended a French tip and I agreed and asked that he do pink to match my outfit for my event. He started doing a white French tip and when I told him I had asked for pink he got very annoyed and reluctantly wiped the color off of the one nail he had done. He made the French tips very thick and straight, and when I asked him to fix this he said no because otherwise it would look bad. He also made several nails very crooked. Then I asked if they had white chrome and he said no but he had clear. He applied it and I could not see it at all. Then he brought me to the register and informed me that the original $45 he had quoted me was wrong and it would be $80. He wanted to charge $15 for French tip, which is fair, then $5 for acrylics and $15 for chrome, both of which I found crazy because he didn't include them in my quote. The chrome especially, which I reminded him wasn't event the color I wanted and was invisible, and the entirety of the salon employees looked over and started getting visibly upset. I asked him when he told me this and he said he didn't because he "assumed I would know" and that it wasn't on his sign yet but he'll get to it eventually. I paid $80 for some very ugly nails and even uglier customer service. Not impressed.
