Just an update to my previous review, which cited the electric file used to remove my gel polish. My nails have continued to be brittle and break although my treatment was six months ago. They will neee to regrow until they return to normal. Do NOT have them remove your gel with this device. read more

This place is awesome!!!! The owners are super friendly and seem to know each of their customers on a first name basis. I can get in quickly if I need to and they always do such a good job. No lifting no broken nails after they are done. And the best part is they have a wonderful dog that is in the salon. read more

The place is clean , tastefully decorated , disposable liners on the foot tubs, they use all new things on each client , and they care about how you feel while you are there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came for the first time 3 weeks ago and had a good experience. When I came in today..it's one the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. He was rude. He laughed at me when I told him the drill was getting hot. He left my nails uneven and bumpy. The fell Coat he put on started bubbling immediately! Then when I asked him to fix one of them that was so thick it looked like a talon he argued that it was fine and he didn't see the problem. When he did fox he was shaking because he was angry at me. I've been getting acrylics for about 7 years and always had problems with getting the right shape. Once I started coming to signature nails I instantly fell in love!!! My shape is always perfect and no matter what design I bring in they always do a perfect job! I have read amazing reviews about Signature Nails in other forums so i decided to give them a try. I have been to almost every other nail salon in Concord and I haven't found one that I would give a 5 star rating to until today. Signature shares a parking lot with Planet Fitness so there is ample parking. The salon is bright, clean and all the nail tools are sanitized. Danny was my nail tech and he was awesome, very nice and very professional. I got a pedicure and I had a dip from another salon removed. He added tips because my nails are so short and did a pink and white dip. They came out fantastic, I was impressed and it takes alot to impress me. The girl who works there (I cannot believe I didn't get her name) was so nice. Everyone spoke great English. So professional, clean & fantastic. I will definitively be going back. i came here for the first time yesterday because it's conveniently right next to my gym. i had a wonderful experience, not feeling rushed and my nail tech was so detail oriented. my nails came out looking amazing!!! which is why i'm super disappointed that my nail chipped after only 12 hours. i only get my nails done once a month so i either have to look at this for a whole month or pay to get them redone. as another review said, definitely a product flaw and not an issue with my nail tech read more

I've been here twice since my previous nail tech at another salon moved away. Lexi does a great job, however, my dip manicures crack within a week. This has happened with my dip nails after both appointments. They use a different product than what I had at the other salon. Just to be clear, I think it's the product not the tech. They keep the salon very clean and professional looking. I get dip manicures and they last for weeks and my pedicures do as well. Once my dip manicure had broken after a week or so and I came back to get it fixed, and they did it for no charge. Wish I still lived in NH so I could get my nails done here regularly! read more

*ZERO STARS* I have been a loyal customer for the past year, coming in once or twice a month and spending anywhere from $50-$100 each visit. At first I was so impressed. My acrylics were perfect. At my last 3 appointments, the quality of my visit AND the quality of my nails were absolutely horrible. I had brought this to their attention and they did not care, at all. I had planned for my last visit to be my last visit. I just wanted my acrylics taken off and a regular manicure, that way my nails could heal and it wasn't really something that could be messed up, plus I had a gift card I didn't want to go to waste. During my last visit, I was not spoken to at all. By anyone. I took my engagement ring off at the desk where my tech and I were sitting. When I was moved to the drying spot, the tech brought my things over for me (my ring, my phone and my wallet) I sat there for 20 minutes with my nails drying and no one told me I could get up and go, so I checked my nails myself and went over to pay, unintentionally leaving my ring behind. I left the salon at 3pm and went straight to work. Around 430pm, I realized I had forgotten my ring. I immediately called them to notify them of what I had done. Right away, I was told "nope it's not here, you didn't leave it here" without someone even looking for it. I explained exactly where I left it and was told that I was wrong, even though I knew I wasn't, and was offered no support or help with this issue. Since I was at work and unable to go there myself, I called the Concord PD. They sent an officer over who spoke with them just before 7pm (the time they closed that evening.) The officer called me and explained that they had told him the same thing, and that they had already offered me the opportunity to come in and look at the camera footage myself, which was an absolute lie (they never told me to come in and do that.) The next morning, I notified them to tell them when I would be coming in to look at the footage since that is apparently was option. That's when they told me "oh we found your ring this morning." So I guess no one was going to notify me of that??? I went there immediately to get it. I was not even given an apology for the way they handled the entire situation. Not only that, but I was very put off by the way all of it played out - gaslighting me and telling me it 100% was not there until the police showed up, then all of a sudden it was there but no one reached out to tell me that. I'm fully aware that there is a chance this is the way things really happened, but I just have a strange feeling that's not actually the case. And if it were, maybe a little bit of accountability would have been the right AND professional thing to do. I was already really disappointed, but now I am just disgusted. I will never, ever recommend this place to anyone again. read more

I returned here after many years of not going. The new owners have really made many improvements and the salon looks great. Staff is friendly and attentive. And most importantly my nails look great! I have been getting lots of compliments. I would recommend the salon to everyone. read more

If there was an option to leave zero stars I would. Had shellac manicure with five out of ten nails ending up broke or chipped after day three. My cuticle was "trimmed" to the point where it bled [still tried to give them a pass for human error). When I went back to salon on day three to show them the quality of their work, I was told they were booked solid and there was nothing they could do. Save your money (and your cuticles) people. During the Covid pandemic, I have skipped all unnecessary outings including salons and nail shops. Decided to cautiously venture to Signature as I'd been there before and had great results. On a Saturday evening, hardly anyone in the shop, and I was seated next to another customer. I was also surprised that they didn't follow the protocols listed on the sign near the door, including all guests washing hands. The shop is clean and the folks are nice. read more
