Their tenderloin is pounded too thin for my preference - and it might have been commercially prepared- so they have no ability to adjust the thickness. The biggest disappointment was the hot beef sandwich. Boars Head sliced beef, instant mashed potatoes and canned gravy. Not a winner in our book. Service is fine, ambience is small town diner. They were told about the County Line by a local, and they were welcomed with open arms by the owner. She could see how scared my 8 year old nephew was and whisked him away and introduced him to her dog Jake. He was quickly put at ease and after about an hour, the tornado had changed paths and it was safe to leave. I'm really not one to write reviews of places I haven't been, but I was really touched by this story and the kindness of the owner and I feel it's something that should be commended. I'd be glad to stop in, if I'm ever en route or in the area. It's nice to see there are some special people in the world! Thank You!!
