Worst delivery experience of my life, stay away from this company and any companies wanting to contract please reconsider. I was suppose to receive my delivery no later than 26 November, Fragile Pak accepted my delivery from the supplier on 17 November 2024, they did not deliver my shipment by the 26th, I called multiple times (30 times by the end of the ordeal) they had received the shipment to the wrong warehouse and had identified this at the beginning of December 2024, they did absolutely nothing until Janurary 2025 after constantly having to call them and the original place of purchase. Fragile Pak consistently made delivery dates and would cancel through the beginning of Janurary reasons being "product was too heavy" , "we didn't get to it today" , and a plethora of other excuses, every time you call they say give us 24-48 hours, and no resolution, I did not receive my order until the end of Janurary 2025, 3 MONTHS late and they promised compensation and personally assured me they would make things right, yet ignored and blocked me after they finally delivered my shipment from all communication, they lied to me about the compensation, failed to deliver and meet their commitment in a reasonable timframe, I took off multiple days of work just to ensure I was home when they lied about the delivery dates, wasting my time, I had to call 30 times to get any movement, absolutely unacceptable and worst shipping company I have ever experienced. Please stay away at all costs, I do not reccomend working with LIARS and a company who does not care about satisfaction or delivering on their promises. read more

Waited on hold to speak to customer service for over an hour, then was disconnected without anyone answering. Sent an email to customer service and heard nothing. I ordered a couch thru Albany Park furniture. Fragile pack picked up my sectional on 12/17/2021 in Houston Texas. They then took the sectional to there warehouse in Houston Texas where it sat there 10 days. Shipped to Indianapolis, Indiana, where it sat ANOTHER 10 days. From there it was sent to Carol stream, Il where it sat ANOTHER 10 Days then delivered to me on 1/17/2021. Boxes where damaged and so was furniture. Not packed properly by ALBANY PARK Furniture. I had to call this company 3 times to find out where my furniture was. This should have been picked up in Houston left there and went straight to IL. They do not respond to email inquiries on your shipment. Waited on hold for an hour with no customer service rep answering. Pressed 1 to get a call back. No luck. AAFES uses them and they do not provide shipment/delivery even close to their promised delivery window. This is my second bad experience with FragilePak through AAFES. Scott and the folks at Fragile Pack provide excellent customer service. They are professional experienced packers. I took a piece of my art to them that needed to be carefully packed and shipped. Scott understood the delicacy of my unconventional piece of three dimensional art. It arrived quickly and safely to its new home in Texas. The absolute worst experience ever. They are the shadiest company I have ever dealt with. AAFEs which is the military store uses them and they shouldn't. They send auto gen emails to tell you that you can finally set the delivery date only it doesn't work. They will email you before you even scheduled that it was unavailable then you wait 3 or 4 days. It will do this no matter what. Reason I know...their customer service told me that it does this and asked if i would like out of that since it wasn't actually scheduling anything. I have gone round and round with aafes, and this company. They will tell aafes they try to contact you to schedule yet they send you emails saying sorry, wait another 72 hours they can't schedule. So this went on for over two weeks. Item sat 3 hours away from me for two weeks. I sent aafes emails and copies of all the conversations and screenshots of everything. So finally fragilepak sends me a (you guessed it) another link to schedule delivery. NOPE, can't. Doesn't work. They say that my situation is special and they need to contact me for special delivery options. No time frame nadda. Just hey, we got to contact you. Stay away from these folks, run if you see them being used to deliver your items. AS of today, still no air conditioning unit I orded on May25th. It's been sitting 3 hours away from me since June 1st. I live in a rural area and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out they don't want to just drive 1 lil ole ac unit to one person. We ordered an item from Amazon which was supposed to be delivered by Fragile Pack. They delivered the item to the wrong location which used the item as their own. Then, when I finally was able to speak to the local office manager, he lied to me and said he had ordered a replacement. Last week. I sent an email to check on the status and no one replied. Today, I called back to check on the status, he told me he had "turned it over to Corporate" and that he had never ordered the item. Obviously when he told me that he had ordered it on the phone, he was lying. Today, I e-mailed the Corporate office and got this response: "So sorry for the delay. Our internet went down for a while. Looking at your order we absolutely dropped the ball on this order. It looks like the local facility in your area delivered to the wrong address and we were unable to recover the product." Your place of purchase was advised on Friday of this issue and they should be asking you if a refund or a reship is needed." We NEEDED the item 3 weeks ago and you're doing NOTHING to make amends?! People make mistakes, but lying to cover it up and then DOING NOTHING to make it right is not good business. Don't trust this company! read more

Worst company in the world. Just look at how many 1-star reviews there are. Anything above 1 star must be management trying to pull the average up. Today they gave me a 10:00-2:00pm window. Driver called at 3:30 to say he was 15-20 minutes away. Then simply never showed up. He decided that working after 3pm is for losers. Clients can wait all day, if you go to these guys' website it's all about "costumer focus". But i called the driver back 10 times, he never answered. Worst delivery service I have ever experienced!! I live in NYC, and my building has strict delivery times of only 9am - 4pm, Monday - Friday, and it also requires a Certificate of Service (COI). For companies who service NYC, these types of building restrictions are nothing new, yet this company failed miserably. When my item was ready to be delivered, I received a message from the dispatcher to schedule a delivery time. I explained the building's delivery hours as well as the need for the COI, and he said to contact the delivery company for that. I contacted them and sent them the COI to be filled out and returned to me. I also explained to them that I could not schedule delivery until I received the completed COI. While I was waiting for the COI, I received 2-3 calls each morning to schedule the delivery to which I explained each time that I could not schedule the delivery until I received the COI. During each call, I also reminded the agents of the building's delivery hours of 9am-4pm. After 2 days, I contacted the same representative back to ask about the COI. She promised to "see that I got it". Yet, the next day, I still had not received it. I contacted the same rep again, and she again promised to "see that I got it". But, again the next day, still nothing. The next time I called, she promised to email it herself immediately after the call. Yet, several hours later, AGAIN, nothing! (Meanwhile, the barrage of calls to schedule the delivery continued several times per day, to which I repeated the same information over and over again regarding the COI and the delivery hours.) Clearly getting nowhere with the other rep, I called back the next day and asked to speak with a manager and was told he would call me back. Two hours later - no call. I called back and again asked to speak with a manager. After 20 minutes on hold the rep came back on the line and said that the manager would need to call me back because he was too busy. Several hours later, I finally DID receive a call back, and, miracle of miracles, the manager sent me the COI. (It's worth mentioning that in spite of all of the calls I made for nearly 2 weeks, trying to get the COI, I had received a message that same morning saying that if I did not schedule the delivery by the end of the day, the item would be returned. Seriously??!!! Does anyone at this company ever even talk to anyone else?!) With the COI finally in hand, I scheduled the delivery for the following Monday and was told that I would receive a call on Friday with a 4 hour delivery window. Surprise, surprise by 7pm on Friday, I had NOT received such a call. I called them and after 20 minutes on hold was given a delivery window of 12-4 on Monday. I AGAIN reiterated the delivery hours and told them that the item could get sent away if it didn't arrive by 4pm. They assured me that they would let the dispatcher know and said I would receive a text message 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. So, the delivery day finally arrived, and imagine my surprise when on Monday at 3:15pm, the item had not been delivered yet (nor had I received a text). With only 45 minutes left before the deadline, I called the company to find out their ETA. The rep put me on hold for 15 minutes, and when he returned he said that the delivery guys were at the stop before mine. I asked where that stop was, so I could gauge the amount of time it would take them to get to me and reiterated the building's delivery hours for the MILLIONTH time, stressing the 4pm cut-off. He said that he did not know where the stop before mine was. I asked him to put me on hold again and call the dispatcher back to find out. He then said he could do nothing else for me and HUNG up the phone!! By this time, I was irate! I called back and demanded to speak with a manager. While I was waiting on hold for a manager, I asked the rep (a different one) to contact the dispatcher and get their ETA. After 10-15 more minutes, the rep returned and said that they were approximately 15 minutes away. By now, it was, of course, already 4pm, and they were going to miss the deadline! He also told me that the Manager was going to have to call me back because she was too swamped with other calls. Shocker! It is now 4:45pm, and the item just arrived accompanied by my Super, who is now angry with ME for this item being delivered late. And, to add insult to injury, guess when the delivery guy was told about the delivery hours?? Today at 3:45pm - when I called back after being HUNG UP by the 1st rep and insisted that the 2nd rep reach out to the dispatcher to get the ETA! Who knows when it would have arrived otherwise. Outrageous! I had to make 20+ phone calls over the past 2 weeks just to get this delivery scheduled, and I stressed the delivery hours in every call, yet not a single rep I spoke with managed to relay this information to the delivery man!! This is not the first time I've had issues with this delivery company. I'm done ordering from the military exchange online for the sole reason that fragile pack delivers their products. May 21st I ordered a mattress and 2 night stands. Nobody can even tell me where my mattress is and the night stands sat in the warehouse for so long, when they were delivered today there was clearly moisture damage, mold all over my night stands, and one of the night stands had a handle broken off. read more

I was told via email, call AND text (so maybe their automated system is good?) that my delivery was scheduled between 9a and 1p and that the driver would call when they were 30 minutes away. I took half a day off of work and they called at 1:40, saying they were 12 minutes away. At that point I had to go back to work and 12 minutes doesn't allow enough time to get back to my house. The email states a signature is required AND the delivery is dropped at the nearest covered location. The delivery (three huge boxes on a pallet) was dropped in my driveway without a signature. My daughter got home and said WHAT is sitting in the driveway??? We had to drag it in with rachet straps and brute force. It's just us, so....it was interesting! I emailed the address provided and their response was "sorry for the inconvenience". I will NEVER recommend or use this shipping company. read more

beware!!!!! stay away from this company - this is hands down the absolute worst delivery company ever - do not order from anyone who uses them. they failed to deliver the top to a coffee table, and when they attempted to dump it on me 3 weeks later, i demanded the delivery men stay until i checked the condition of the top, and thank goodness i did, as fragile pac had completely destroyed the stone top to a $4500 coffee table while it was in their possession and warehous, and altuogh you could hear the crumbled stone even from within the package, was simply going to dump it on me and make it my problem. the store from which i purchased the table, grayson furniture in los angeles, had to order a new one causing me to have to wait what has been almost 5 additional months for a table i paid for in 2020. due to the incompetence and mishandling of the table by fragile pak i am now out $4500, and have been watiing 7 months for acoffee table that was to take 12 weeks tops for deliver. but to add insult to injurty, althouh their website shows they picked up the second table from a warehouse on april 28, 2021 for delivery to me wihtin the next couple of weeks, it's june 3, 2021, i have not been contacted by anyone at fragile pac, and fragile pac will not respond to my myriad telephone and email inquiries regaridng the location of my table and instead is simply ignoring the entire situation. please do not fall victim to this horrible company. read more

We dropped off 65 packages for a work project this week, and I have have used them several other times for personal shipping as well. Every time I go there, they do a superb job. They pack everything so well and even fill out the forms on your behalf. The people are really friendly and helpful. The contents of our packages were very fragile and needed to arrive in a timely fashion -- every single one made it. Will definitely send all packages from here in the future. Ordered a Christmas gift on November 3rd. Retailer says it shipped on November 4th. This awful company says it was originally picked up on November 12th. Called on December 10th. Was told it was in a neighboring state and would be at final mile warehouse on "Monday or Tuesday" and a link would be available to schedule home delivery. Fast forward to Christmas Eve.. no package, no link. They did manage to update their, next-to-nothing, tracking to say it was picked up again on December 12 and would now be at final mile warehouse between the 21st and 24th, which is when the new link would supposedly be available. I have never dealt with a more frustrating situation which is saying something as I have dealt with Samsung customer service in the past. Some of you know what that means and others, let's hope you never have to put yourself through that. Overall couldn't be worse. I have attached a picture of my package. read more

If I could, I would give this company NO STAR. That would be a more accurate rating. If you can, try to avoid working with this company. They take forever to deliver the product, provide false information, and the communications/tracking is a pain. I was told that the item I purchased would arrive Oct 4th. I arranged for someone to be at the house to receive the item. They waited all day! I was never notified that the item was not coming. I called to see where the item was and was reassured that it would arrive October 8th and that I would be able to set the time and was given a tracking number. A few days later I received a message and was given a TOTALY different tracking number by one employee, who left a voice message. When the call was returned, another representative couldn't find my item or my information with the number that was left in voice mail! In addition, I was told that I could set up a time to receive the package, but when talking to the (hopefully) last representative she informed me that the day before I would be emailed for a 4 HOUR WINDOW! I had a terrible experience here today shipping a personal item with a prepaid FedEx label. The man who helped me was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I had to follow specific instructions for my delivery per the company (picture of the box with label and receipt), as it was a valuable item that is insured. The employee argued with me, was not happy about closing the box before I left, and was overall very shady the entire time. He did not want me to have any evidence that my box was being shipped. It was my first experience with this company and I wanted to have peace of mind knowing my item would not be taken, and I have no proof of ever being there or my item being shipped. They tell us that it is inconvenient for them to deliver our sectional. They will not let us talk to a manager, nor give us the direct contact information for their managers . paid for white glove delivery. frgile pack lost shipment for two months, then they were no shows (no call, nothing), then on reschedule they were missing a piece, then no-shows again....then they arrived and refused to wear masks (cancer patient in house)...and finally they left the giant boxes of furniture for me to unpack and assemble alone.
