However now I returned since they have a Gianvito Rossi outlet, something I certainly never expected to find. Given the very few shops they have within the United States, this was worth coming to. I didn't find anything for myself, but it was nice to see their presence here. Not too far was a Stuart Weitzman and Jimmy Choo (again, no luck). Even though I left empty-handed, they still have a great selection here, more so than Camarillo outlets.

But for those who buy drug store brands, spend your money HERE and get yourself some nicely branded items rather than drugstore quality :)

They have over 6 different color choices but only 3 colors on actual display. The color I wanted was not on display and I couldn't open the package to take a peek at the color before I bought it. When I wanted to see the actual color, I got yelled at by one of the employees. She snuck up on me, which scared me, and told me I couldn't open the packages in a very rude tone. I told her OK and spent another 1.5hours in the store browsing. When I was done I guess it was her turn to ring me up and she refused to. She was asked by another employee to ring me up and she shook her head and said "Nope". Wow. At that point I wanted to ask her what is her problem but I decided not to. I'll just never return to this store. Two stars for the product and some of the employees who were somewhat helpful. I forgot my pizza box when I left the store and although I wanted to return to get it I didn't because that one employee made me feel very uncomfortable to even come back. On a last note, I received very good service from all the employees at the other stores that I visited at desert hills outlet. Even the employees at the high-end stores aren't snobby and actually take the time to help you out. I'm very disappointed at the type of service that I received here and that surprises me because it's just a cosmetic store.

Now, gas be expensive. I can't be driving out to the desert all the time to hit the Cabazon Outlets lol Every now and then though, yes! I am there. The selection of stores is good. Plenty of stores to get your shop on. Some of the stores include Nike, Coach and many other high end stores. There's tons! Certain area of this huge complex are currently undergoing remodeling so several businesses are closed. During this recent visit, I noticed very few customers unlike my previous and many visits where this place was PACKED and nearly impossible to find a parking spot. It actually felt sad shopping here and appeared as though many businesses are desperate for customers. 90% of the stores I noticed, had, "50-70% off" posters displayed on the front windows or "entire store on clearance" posters. There were also two businesses with, "going out of business forever" posters on their front windows. As a shopper, this means great savings on many items but when my of my favorite athletic shoe stores (ASICS) is no longer here, this can't be a good sign. A security guard I spoke to shared that business has been unusually slow this summer. I hope that retailers are not planing on leaving and this just happens to be not only a slow day for shopping but an entire summer of customers staying away.

Most of the people coming out either didn't purchase anything or were purchasing hand bags. So we figured and trusted what he told us. We waited about an hr outside in freezing cold understandable because it's Black Friday. What upset us the most was the store was literally empty. He wasn't letting anyone inn. We asked how many people were able to be inside the store at a time. He said they have to let him know when to let people inn. This guys would mess with the merchandise and pretend to be fixing things. He didn't have a head set on that would indicate someone telling him anything. He was really rude. He appeared to be intoxicated because he kept tripping over him self and stumbling. His appearance didn't seem like he was an employee at a high end store. His shoes were dusty. His hair seemed unwashed in a ponytail. He didn't look anything like his coworkers. Everyone else look put together and Polished. They on the other hand were also very polite and helpful. After letting us inn he had the nerve to fallow us around the store and breath down our neck while giving us dirty looks. It was very uncomfortable to shop. We felt creeped out by his behavior. We asked one of the employees if they had any women's shirts. They told they had ran out of women shirts. We purchased a few other items. I got to chat with her letting her know my daughter's ridiculous $40 a cup experience at Dior in FL -and she made sure she got a pic at the place so it seemed somewhat justified ! The lady assured me the coffees were going to be more like Starbucks prices. The point is, everyone was friendly, we made small talk, and there were plenty of people willing to help. After my purchases I noticed a whole section of bags I hadn't noticed the first time. The styles are wonderful and up to date, with something for everyone . They are well stocked and the mall is super clean, with a ton of dangerous shopping choices, from classic to upscale. . I could have gone to Carlsbad or Ontario and I'm glad I chose this location. I would NOT recommend Ontario's Mills and I'll leave it at that.
