He was most helpful on trying to help us find the shoes my daughter wanted and for us to take advantage of the buy one get one 50% off sale. The shoe was not available in store but he let us know it can be ordered and delivered to our home. With the help of I believe his manager, Alyssa we were able to find my daughter two pairs of shoes to her liking. Vince and Alyssa went above and beyond and provided us with such a great shopping experience. We did not feel rushed, they both were nothing but accommodating to our needs.
