Got my boyfriend sister's graduation bouquet here after all the high reviews on Yelp. It did not disappoint. I was advised a whole dozen was really big so I went for half a dozen. The school colors were blue and gold and I was a bit hesitant and first to get the school color HK roses as it did not sound very pretty. Fragrant Flowers really surprised me when I arrived to pick it up. The bouquet was beautiful and definitely huge. Thank gosh I did not went for the dozen, my arms would have been sore from holding it. $60 with tax. Much cheaper than other competing florist around the area. The blue wrapping got all over my hands though, so be aware of that. They were able to do the order for me the day before and I picked it up the next morning also. I've never even seen or been to this place. First time ordering a bouquet. I didn't catch the girl's name but she was very helpful. I ordered half a dozen Hong Kong style wrapped Roses and 3 Lilies. The best part is that they can have it ready on the same day within a few hours, and deliver for a fee. I was scared to order and have it delivered completely by phone cause I wouldn't be able to pay in person nor meet the worker. Though, I live 2 hours away and I needed the bouquet; so I took the risk, but after their job well done, I will order from this place again. I'm very satisfied with this place. I liked how they will call you to tell you that they delivered the bouquet. It makes the delivery fee worth it instead of just paying for their gas. To the people complaining about prices: what do you expect? it's special, quality stuff. you don't go into a steakhouse and complain how it's $60 a steak, while you can get one at denny's for $10. do your research before you get all upset. read more

Where do I even begin? We found ourselves planning our wedding during a pandemic and everything seemed to turn upside down. We met with Alice in January to go over everything we wanted for our July wedding. From March to June we had no idea what was going to happen and had decided to change venues to something smaller and do a small ceremony only with immediate family... no real need for many flowers. Since we changed to a different county, we found out we were allowed to have guests at our outdoor wedding 2 weeks before our date. We called Alice the week before the wedding date to see if she could pull something together. I don't know how she did it with such little notice but she did it with grace. I had no idea what it would look like, I gave her some ideas of what I wanted but after everything changed from the original plan I sort of surrendered control and just trust the process. I don't think I need to say much more, the pictures speak for themselves. I would trust Alice with any sort of arrangement whether it's for a birthday/anniversary or as big as setting my entire wedding with days notice. Out of all the places I've ordered the HK style roses this place was probably the best. Although I last ordered a couple years ago this place is definitely still on the top of my places to visit first - especially come Graduation time. Comparing the ones that I've gotten although the two bouquets could both be half a dozen the ones from Fragrant Flowers would look like a whole dozen with all the extra wrapping and just their style of creating these bouquets. Looking at the end product it seems as though you got more than what you paid for. The best part about it is my active participation in the creation process. When I went in to place an order I got to choose what kind of flowers, the colors, the wrapping paper, and even the general style looking at all the samples they had on display. It was really a fun process having them test out the available colors to dip the roses in. Especially with all the different shades of the same color. And they're all really helpful with suggestions and ensuring that no matter what it will look great! An awesome fact is I still have two half dozen bouquet that I received almost 5 years ago that I've dried and hung up in my room. It still looks GREAT. No joke. The roses are dried now but all the wrapping / glitter is STILL intact. In comparison to the more recent bouquets that I received from a different shop the wrapping is already coming apart and find myself having to re-tape some of the ends. Same with the corsages. They definitely will stand out in the crowd because similar to their style of magnifying the size of their bouquets, the corsage is beautifully created and looks a lot bigger than other ones. I remember they even added orchids to the ribbon dangling from the ends on top of the 6 roses used to create the corsage. Creative! read more

We found Alice through a family recommendation. I am extremely glad that we found this flower shop. Alice is very professional and catered to us for our wedding. We are extremely happy with her work and the prices were very fair. Most florist try to up sell while Alice found ways for us to save money. Alice is such a sweetheart!! I showed her a few of my ideas and she just ran with it... the colors were perfect and on point and the arrangements were unique. My guests were amazed and some were politely arguing on who would get to keep them. She went out of her way to make sure the flowers went well for our wedding and arranged them in a way they could be used multiple ways... flowers used in ceremony easily were rearranged for the reception... saving us a ton of money. I appreciated how she took the effort to show us how to save money rather than make money! That says a lot about her character and how much she loves her job!! Also would like to mention she also makes beautiful silk flower arrangements. I asked her to make a few for my husband and I to keep in the future...and no one could tell the difference between the silk flowers and real ones because alice uses the best quality of both and arranged them so perfectly. My go-to spot for HK style wrapped bouquets. Small, hidden flower shop in the corner close to Phoenix bakery. I usually get the half dozen bouquet, for $55 + tax. You can even get stargazed lilies in your bouquet.. just ask them to replace however many roses with the lilies. The stargazed lilies make the bouquet look even bigger. Every HK style bouquet comes with little glitter butterflies as decoration. The shop supposedly opens at 10am but I had to call several times before someone finally picked up around 12pm. If you call in your order, be prepared to tell them the color you want for your bouquet, whether you want your bouquet in a vase/without vase, pickup/delivery, and they WILL ask for your credit card info so get your cc out. If you plan on picking up your flowers, they don't charge your card until you get there. If you have someone else pick up the flowers for you, then they charge your card over the phone. I ordered at 12 pm and my HK flower bouquet was ready on the same day around 5:30pm. The quality is superb, bouquets are fluffy and luscious.. luscious? i'm thinking about Luscious Dumplings which is in the same plaza mm. read more

I used to get all my prom corsages and stuff from Alice back when I was in high school. I think it's a 626 (San Gabriel VAlley) thing, but corsages in this area are huge. I'm talking 6-7" in diameter, and 4-5" in height from your wrist. I got some for me and my cousin when I went to her prom out in riverside, and everyone was staring at our corsages! i couldn't tell if they were impressed or repulsed. but every girl kept looking. like all previous reviews, yes, their Hong Kong wrapped roses are really nice. and for those of you who don't know what that is, basically, they take a long stemmed rose, and individually wrap it with tissue and other floral paper stuff. then, they take all of them (whether you want half a dozen or a dozen) and put them together. so if you got a dozen, it would come out to about 2.5-3ft in diameter. it really makes a statement! it will definitely make the other girls jealous when you have it sent to your gf's work, and if you don't know girls, they are secretly happy that the other girls are eyeing their flowers! haha but, on another note, their selections of arrangements are very limited. At any given time, you could walk in, look in their refrigerator, and will see no more than 4 arrangements to choose from. However, I think if Alice is there, she can throw something together from the single stemmed flowers in her other refrigerator, but it probably won't be going in a vase. it will probably be literally thrown together, wrapped in cellophane. read more

I was looking for a flower shop that did Hong Kong (HK) style roses. So, I did a search a yelp and found this place. I needed it done right away. On a Saturday afternoon I called, I said I was coming from Corona and that I needed it done by the time I got there. I spoke to Julia? who took my order over the phone. I ordered a half-dozen HK style roses in purple and lavender which came out to be $60 and some change, and paid for them over the phone with my credit card. It took me about 40 minutes to get there. They were just finishing up with my order. Quick and easy. I grabbed them and left. They were also able to place the vase in a cardboard box so it was easy to transport in the car. I would definitely order from them again! The price was well worth it! The roses came out beautiful and they even included a little butterfly embellishment. read more
