Brought the vehicle back and diagnosed that the pan was just dirty from regular oil shop. Picked the car up, still leaking oil so brought it back again. This time the ring was leaking and covered under the warranty. Brought it home and AGAIN, still leaking oil. Took it back for inspection, only this time the valve cover was magically leaking oil and not covered under warranty. Repairs cost another $395 with the majority being labor. Prior to the original repair the vehicle didn't leak oil. Very disappointed with the repair, numerous returns, excuses, cost, and warranty. Don't feel this place is honest and do not recommend others to this shop.

We took our vehicle here on the recommendation of a friend. Initially looked like it was gonna be a decent shop, but that changed rather quickly. This shop that does mediocre work. I say that because they supposedly fix cars for a living, but the customer has to point out damage that they said was fixed but wasn't. They called and said your car is done. Get there to pick it up and damage that we showed them when we dropped it off wasn't even addressed. So we leave it there to be fixed. During the time the shop had the vehicle in their possession it was damaged on the opposite side. I know this for a fact, because we have photos from when we bought the vehicle and their photos from when it was dropped off to be repaired. During its time at John's (ANTI) Auto Body Shop. Someone damaged my vehicle. We pointed this out to them and were basically brushed off and told we didn't do it. As not to go into a lengthy post. They said not our problem and have a nice day. The owner flat out said they weren't doing anything about it and to turn it in on a new claim. We tried to explain that the damage was not there when we bought the car or when we dropped it off. It's a deep scratch on the right side about 5 inches in length. I am generally willing to be understanding and try to work with people, but I take exception to someone calling me out and saying that I'm lying about something I know for a fact wasn't there. I was forced to make this group and post to help others avoid mistakes and getting treated like this. Take your car here at your own risk. Their work is shoddy and mediocre at best, especially when you have to point out what they should have seen when they first worked on it. In closing. If the owner is so sure his guys didn't damage my vehicle, then why did it take me pointing out work they missed in the first place? Obviously not too sharp or attentive to details and talking out both sides of his mouth. A pic of the damage and the others for reference when it was dropped off. No scratch until we went to pick it up.

Pfaff ripped us off. They claimed my van needed brakes and rotors I told them not to change the…read morerotors, and when I checked out the rotors, there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. This then made me wonder if the brakes were as bad as they claimed. They showed my wife brake pads that were metal on metal, which would have at the very least been squealing or grinding, and neither was happening. Furthermore, as bad as the pads were, they showed my wife the rotors would have shown damage, and there was none. My wife went in there to get one tire replaced that was supposed to be $130 by the time she got out of there the bill was $600 they are ripping people off. I met another young lady who told me what Pfaff's told her what was wrong with her van before they could do an alignment. She said they told her the wheel bearings were bad, the tie rod ends were bad, the struts, were bad, the rotors and brakes were bad. I jacked up her van the Wheel bearings were tight as could be, the tie rods were tight as could be, the struts showed no leaks and I asked her if her van floats she said no. Her brake pads were still 90% and there was no wear on her rotors.

I went through the trouble of getting a check from my bank and made the 45-minute drive, only to find out the car had been sold as I arrived. On top of that, I then had to turn around and drive another 45 minutes back home--making the entire trip a complete waste of an hour and a half. I even texted Jordan beforehand and asked him to let me know if they were going to sell the car so I didn't waste my time--but I received no response. When I got there, they also mentioned the side mirror on the car was broken and needed to be replaced--something that was never disclosed in the listing or mentioned ahead of time. To make things worse, they tried to show me other cars with double the mileage or way outside of the price range I originally came in for. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time and effort. If I had the option to 0 rate stars I would. If you're looking for a dealership that respects your time and keeps their word, I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere.
