This is now my 11th time using Frame 2000 (mostly for movie posters), and I always walk away satisfied. They are always very clear about the cost up front, so you can either take it or leave it. They offer Groupon and Yelp deals which I've used from time to time, as they are sometimes better than their in store 50% off. But they always happily apply it if it's the better bargain. There are about 4 other frame stores near my house that I could go to, but I keep coming back to this one, and I always will. The frames are very high quality and I like the people I deal with. I love this place! I have gone back to them every time I've needed something framed. I have even had them redo jobs by other places because I like them so much. I just picked up my third or fourth order and once again, everything turned out great. The shop is tucked away in the corner of a strip mall and not much to look at inside or out. But don't be swayed by the modest appearance. There is a wide variety of frames in a range of price points. My order was ready earlier than quoted. You might not expect such great service and work from a tiny place in the corner of the mini-mall across Lincoln Blvd. from the old Fox Venice Theater, but you will be very pleasantly surprised and become another devoted customer once you go there! Sam and Will at Frame 2000 are great! They really know how to best frame any kind of art; originals, prints, photos, even including 3-D objects. I've had many pieces framed there over the past 15 years or so. Sam and Will are both are very friendly and helpful, and work with each customer in determining the best frame, and matte, size and color for each individual piece of art. Frame 2000 does it best. My husband and I have been using their services for over two years, and we are continuously impressed by great quality, professional prints they produce. One time, the way the print we requested didn't come out too great due to the quality of the original photograph. It was Frame 2000 staff that communicated that observation to us first and asked us to come in to inspect the print for ourselves, to determine whether the print was acceptable before they would frame it for us. It wasn't and it was OK with them! All in all, your job is in good hands at Frame 2000. These guys are amazing. First of all, they have the best deals in the business. Every store I went to quoted me $350 a piece and frame 2000 did it for $90! Secondly, their customer service is literally the best I have ever encountered.
