Great experience. I went in with a painting that I wasn't sure how best to frame. The owner helped me, made great recommendations, and when I fell in love with a frame (reclaimed wood) I couldn't afford he helped me find one that was comparable but no where near as pricey. There was a snafu with the wood not arriving from the supplier in a timely manner but the owner kept me informed and made sure to communicate every step of the way. When the wood finally did arrive he turned it around within the day. But the most important is the finished product is fantastic. Really beautiful work which elevates the painting as a whole. My girlfriend and I ordered a custom frame for a piece of art that is very important to us. The art is a 9 panel painting, and they did a beautiful job with a raised panel placement. However, when we picked up the piece we noticed some of the paint in certain sections had some white smudge marks...which likely happened when we stacked the panels to bring them in. No problem! When I came to pick up, he showed me all the frames before I paid what was owed after the deposit, and he then wrapped the frames for me and helped me carry them to my car - as well as gave me plenty of good quality hanging material!
