This was a pretty solid meal. To be honest, we stopped by because it was one of the better (I.e. less touristy) options near the Eiffel Tower. Portions were small, but the chorizo Brussels sprouts and fish tacos were amazing! Service was also fairly quick and attentive by Parisian standards. read more

Ambiance was nice. The people working there were pleasant. Place was clean. Cucumber water and complementary bread were good. The food itself was overpriced and unappealing. I got the sushi and didn't eat even one piece of it. The guacamole and friends platter was a joke. The cheese platter featured very cheap generic cheeses that was not good. Overall, my friends and I were not impressed. The service was also very slow with the food taking a long time to come out. I do not recommend this place. read more

Worst service I've had in Paris, and I'm staying in the hotel. The staff is an embarrassment. We waited over 20 minutes for the waitress. They brought snacks to two other tables that showed up afterwards and even drinks to one of those tables. We reminded them twice that we needed a server who never came. Thirty minutes later we left and the smartass at the bar said that we had a temper in French as if I didn't speak the language. read more

Great spot to have lunch or dinner near the Eiffel Tower . It's in a hotel but it's very modern and has outside tables and patio . We came for dinner and got to see the lights on the tower . We had an excellent meal with plenty of good wine . Highly recommend . read more

Just finished dinner and Imist recommend you pass this one by. Food is okay at best. Two in our party ordered a draft beer. Only one got theirs because the keg qent dry. What, no back stock? Geez. Pathetic service. Being a guest of the Pullman Hotel, we decided to go down for a drink in the evening. The bar was mostly empty, so we expected to be served quick. WRONG. It took 20 minutes for a server to come take our order. It took another 20 minutes for them to bring the drinks to our table. To top it off, the table we were on was wobbly so as soon as the server put my drink down, half of it spilled due to the imbalance. First and last time I'll be having a drink here. Excellent hotel with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Unfortunately the restaurant has a lot to be desired for. The food is average, and the service is atrocious. We ordered a salad, venison, and a beer. The waiter took our order; I waved him down halfway through dinner to ask for the beer, and those were the only two times we ever saw him... Part of the Pullman Hotel. We always asked for the same server, after our first meal there. she was very sweet to us, I'm American, Her Ladyship is British/American. Only mentioning this, as I've seen some reviews, saying Americans, not treated well her. Drinks were great, but found the food mediocre for the price and it's lack of French influence. This was a big problem, with all the restaurants within walking distance. Burgers, Pizza, etc., wanted some real French cuisine. The best time we had was seated at the bar. bartenders and servers, had us laughing, every time. Definitely, the high light of our stay at Pullmans Hotel. Another meal I ordered was the Sword fish, which came out as a thin steak, with so many different herbs and spices, that you could not tell it was Sword fish. Another meal, the lobster rolls. Disappointed again, ground up so fine, with so many additives, that any lobster flavor, had long fled. We won't return to this area, because of the lack of French cuisine. read more

Not a bad place for the hotel i was staying. Just the service is very slow. But the food was great.

We went out to dinner at Frame Brasserie in our first night in Paris. The service was just ok, and so was the food. I liked the venue a lot though, and the fact that you have a very nice view to the Eiffel Tower if you sit outside. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but with so many dinning options in Paris, specially in this price range, I believe we could have done much better. I think 3 stars if far, but I wouldn't recommend it if what you are looking for is value or a legitimate Parisian experience - aside from the Eiffel tower view, the menu is pretty much comprised of dishes that we eat every weekend back at home. read more

Don't know how the food is but I can say the restaurant was not very busy and it felt like we did not exist. I'm not talking your stereotypical long wait that is expected at a French café. DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT. Location receives 1 star and SERVICE RECEIVES 0 STARS. If you are an AMERICAN you will be ignored, spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The waiter was more interested in chatting up everyone on the patio versus serving our meal. Ordered dessert and after 30 minutes we had to flag him down and ask for the check, still no dessert. Two hours for a meal, no dessert, restaurant was not busy. There are many other lovely restaurants within walking distance. A shame because so much money was spent to beautify this hotel. We arrive at the beginning of dinner and are seated promptly. The waiter is friendly and helpful. We order cocktails and give our orders to the waiter. 5 of 6 if us order the flank steak and starters. I asked the waiter to bring a wine when the dinner comes. First thing in front of me... the wine. Next came the starters... the cocktails still haven't arrived even thouth we have asked the waiter each time he brought something. Finally get the cocktails. When dinner arrives, 2 of the 5 steaks are totally unchewable. 3 of them are barely edible and my one friend who ordered the trout was told the pink fish that tasted exactly like salmon was indeed trout!!! They offered to bring another meal for the 2 steaks that were inedible. We chose not to at this point, but we're still billed for it. A fiasco from start to finish. Find someplace else. They are overpriced and serve third rate food. read more
