Struggling to write this as I don't ever want to hurt anyones business but I truly just felt almost robbed after coming here. I booked hair cut no blow dry in which I understand is a quick in and out. I just wasn't expecting to have my hair washed and cut within 25 min and a good$95 (after tip) later. I did still til 20% as it all happened so fast I felt uncomfortable. It felt like there was no attention to detail and not checking the cut to ensure it was even. I asked for curtain bangs and there is no blending of the bangs at all into my normal length hair. My cut is very choppy and I've just been wearing it in a pony tail till I can get it fixed. Felt like I was rushed out the door before I could even process what just happened. Honestly for what I got I feel like I could have gone to a much cheaper spot and they would have treated me like an actual customer. read more

I had a terrible experience here. I had an appointment very early in the morning. I am very punctual and showed up early. The salon was dark and closed. Both my husband and I called the salon with no answer. We stayed for fifteen minutes. I later saw they called some time later but upon calling they insisted I was the no show. I was carpooling with my husband and there was no way he was leaving me there alone before the sun came up and he had to get to appointments. A simple courtesy call would have been great. And an apology after would have been even better. read more

Brittanie is amazing! She was incredibly patient and easy to work with. Before my appointment, she reached out to me by text to ask for current pictures of my hair and pictures of the blonde color I was trying to get. Then at the start of my appointment, she took probably 20 minutes to talk to me about my hair habits, hair history, what type of products I use and, in general, provide education about hair care. It was incredibly informative! Her main concern is getting hair to be as healthy as can be because healthy hair is good looking hair. When it was time to style my hair, she taught me techniques for getting the right curl in my hair and offered a "curl class" so that I could polish my skills a bit more. I've been going to Framed and seeing Brittanie for about a year and a half after a few friends recommended her and I am so happy that they did! Brittanie is so professional in her knowledge of hair and hair color and is always very conscientious of the health of my hair, never letting me go too blonde too quickly. I love going to see Andi Scarbrough, and I always leave in a great mood...which has not always been the case when I've tried other stylists in LA. She listens and talks to you about what you want, so in her hands, you'll never again end up in one of those horror-story sob fests over your hair. When in doubt, if I ask her to do whatever she thinks, it always looks and feels beautiful. My hair always grows out really well, too. I have thin hair, and Andi makes me feel comfortable and makes me look my best, which is no small feat. If you have curly/wavy hair, go see Angel! There's no need to pay $250 for a cut at a special curly hair salon. He has curly hair himself knows exactly what he is doing. I like how he cuts curls twice, first dry and then wet, to be sure he gets it just right for the unique way your hair falls. The salon itself is beautiful inside and the coconut, sparkling water, and other beverages offered make an already great experience even nicer. Before finding Angel, I had never returned to a salon and was always searching for someone who could actually make my hair look better than it did before I got it cut.
