When she eventually came out, she was constantly on her phone and didn't make much effort to engage with me or provide assistance. When I asked for help, rather than asking what size I normally wear or taking the time to understand what I was looking for, she simply grabbed multiple sizes. The experience felt more like I was shopping on my own than being assisted by a sales stylist. I gave the store another chance and came back a second time. Unfortunately, the experience was exactly the same. The same sales associate was in the back, came out, gave a quick hello, and immediately went back to being on her phone. There was very little effort to engage with customers or create a welcoming shopping experience. I was also disappointed with the quality of the clothing. For the prices being charged, I expected much better quality. Some of the threads were already coming loose, and the overall construction did not feel worth the price. For the price point and quality, I honestly feel you can find better options elsewhere. I don't even typically shop at SHEIN, but the quality-to-price ratio here was disappointing enough that I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, lack of attention from the sales associate, and overpriced clothing that feels cheaply made made this a very disappointing shopping experience. I expected a much higher level of service and quality for the prices Bobby Rocco charges.

They're heavily promoting their Maeve brand. They also had a little shoe feature which I hadn't seen before. I checked out the sale items & they had a good selection, but nothing caught my eye. Then as I was poking around the Maeve section, I noticed a really cute white button down with embroidered horses on it. Then I spotted a couple of sweaters with a horse motif, some really adorable red trousers & a red shirt that said "Ciao Bella". I brought the goods into the changing room, and ultimately decided on the white blouse with the horses. I was happy to note that there is a 20% discount for students and teachers as well. Anthropologie skews on the higher end for everything from clothes, to candles, to toiletries & costume jewelry. Prices get a little better for sale items, but most of the time, everything is still pricey. Anthropologie's clothes do tend to be well-made and quality on the whole & when building or curating your wardrobe, you can find some pieces that will be favorites for years to come. Who is curating these stores?? People don't come into Anthropologie to buy trash bags and get a headache and burning lungs from air freshener or whatever it is they pump into the air. Bring back the integrity of the store. Otherwise, you're just a severely overpriced SHEIN, Temu, Amazon. For example, I was greeted warmly by Melissa today and she helped me pick out a few new outfits to try on. She gave me honest feedback and insightful styling advice, but with no pressure. She had an authentic interest in helping me find a piece that was functional for my lifestyle and that was special enough to help me feel like my best self. To top things off, as I'm walking out, she recalls that I had a son at home and asked if he might want a small packet of gummy bears. This may seem like a small gesture, but it's more than that to me-- she remembered me, she remembered him, and she cared. She cared enough to offer him a cheery moment (even if she wasn't there to witness or get credit). That's so cool. Well, even if Tucci wasn't conveniently located in the same shopping center as Philz coffee and Jimbo's, I'd still make the trip to visit Tucci because they're worth it!

What made the experience especially noticeable was that I observed two employees greet every customer who entered after me. I also watched them approach multiple shoppers throughout the store to offer assistance. Meanwhile, I leisurely browsed the fragrance section, sampled products, walked through nearly every display, browsed the sale room, and spent 10-12 minutes in the store. Not once did a single employee acknowledge my presence. Being overlooked is one thing. Watching everyone around you receive a warm welcome and attentive service while you remain invisible is another. The attached photo may offer a clue as to what made me different from the other customers who were greeted and assisted that morning. Free People prides itself on community, inclusion, and customer experience. If that's truly the culture, it should extend to every customer who walks through the door. Do better.

While we were waiting for our food, my boys briefly stepped into Noblerags. As they were leaving, the employee stopped them and accused them of possibly taking a chain. My son immediately turned out his pockets, and she then asked him to show the inside pocket of his hoodie as well. After finding nothing, she simply said "sorry." This situation made my children feel singled out, uncomfortable, and embarrassed. No child should be made to feel like a suspect without cause, she was watching them the whole time and especially when they were doing nothing wrong and were fully cooperative. What could have been a normal family outing turned into an upsetting experience for them, and it affected the rest of our time there. I hope the business takes this seriously and provides better training on how to approach situations like this with respect and professionalism.
