Abdul took measurements and made the adjustments right on the spot so as I could avoid another two hour trip to come back and pick them up. Abdul sets the bar for customer service. When I went to pay I could not find a register a sales associate named "Sameth Klawansky" had quickly helped me. She was so kind and had a sweet conversation with me. She told me ways to save and we talked about some other thing's. She had been saying that she worked for Macy's for 13 years and her co worker was there for 33. It turned out to be a nice visit shopping at the store today. My jeans were on sale and definitely a great value! Everything in the store is in a sealed flap casing and has a sticker on it which doesn't allow you to look at the album. They are grading the album but not the sleeve which seems odd and they are using trading like VG++??? All CDs are priced at 4.99 or 5 for $20 except the ones that are "more rare." The prices seem to be quite a bit higher than most other shops I have been to (and that's a lot) plus Discogs. To be honest I am not sure where they are getting their listing price and I probably won't be back.
