I just want to thank Issac and Gabe for helping me with my van as I accidentally locked my self out of my van at the car wash. Issac called the insurance company and then called the tow truck company to come unlock my van. It was a hot day and my son was in the lock van. Issac was nice enough to bring me a Gatorade and a chair to sit on. Gabe hung out with me just to make sure Dante was not getting too hot. They went out of there to help me get the help I needed. This is the worst superstar car wash I've ever been to. Not a single one of the vacuums that I pulled up to even worked. Half of them are laying on the damn ground and broken. The management here allows patrons to blast mariachi music from their vehicles and not do anything about it. This one is seriously the poorest ran car wash in the area. read more

I've been through this car wash a few times while having my roof rack, this Saturday 3/7/2026 I went in for a quick $10 wash, just to have the roof rack ripped off my car, dented the roof of my car, broke my roof bars my rack sits on and now I am getting an email from the car wash claims department stating my claim is declined due to video lagging. read more

Horrible customer service and claims handling! Back in March the hood emblem on my Mercedes got broken going through the car wash. I reported it shortly after (I didn't notice it right away), through their website and went by the next day and reviewed it with the on duty manager. I didn't hear anything until the 2nd attempt to contact them. Then again no response for 2 weeks when they finally asked me to submit a claim using a different link. Again nothing for a week (its now been a month since this started). We eventually complained in person and got an email back saying it was under review. A few days later the claim was denied claiming my car had existing damage but without anyone even looking at my car or being asked to go to a 3rd party for a check. What a joke. Hope you never have to go through their claims process it may take a month for contact and it gets denied without even being looked at. Ill be looking for an alternative Car Wash. read more

I had signed up at two different car wash locations the one here Camelback and 95th and the other at 101 and Thomas. The location on Camelback started out great but when the vacuums quit working, and they were not fixing them,also sometimes no towels.We moved on to the location on Thomas and 101. This location was new and the vacuums worked. We decided to cancel all together it started to go down hill too. We decided it was time to cancel and move on. That's when our trouble started. It looked as if we cancelled but they kept deducting a monthly fee every month for 3 months. We were told by an email we would get reimburse.NOT! So we did finally got the second vehicle cancelled after several emails. It shouldn't have to be so difficult. Also, there response time was extremely slow. I would never do a membership again. We used the Superstar Car Wash at the Grant St address in Tucson. We paid for one car wash, which was all we wanted. While on our winter trip we had our mail collected and when I opened the latest statement I saw that Superstar charged us a subscription based price in March ($29). I opened up prior statements and saw that February we had been charged the $29, and called up our credit card company and April also had that same charge. We told the attendant that we only wanted one car wash, but he had us sign a receipt, tore off a piece, and then told us we didn't need that (I'm guessing now it was for the subscription.) I was going thru the wash and it said my card was about to expire to I gave him a new card and instead of updating my account he gave me a new account and I was double billed for that month. We went to the manager to get refunded for the double billing and she said she would send an email off to correct. As time went by we got no refund so we went back and another manager said that we need to fill out customer information on web site and still we have heard nothing. Dot do business with this site there management is a joke and are dumb as a box of rocks nobody there knows how to do anything including filling the soap dispensers in the was of repairing vacumes and putting clean towels out for customers. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because I know not all locations are this bad. This is not that old of a location to have only half of the vacuums working. this review is for superstar car wash 9450 West Camelback Rd. they get an F from me. I normally go to Three Minute Car Wash but I was right across the street from superstar so I thought I'd give them a shot. i purchased the lite wash because I wash every week and my truck just has some spots and a few bugs after I came through the wash it didnt dry at all. once I banged on the door and got the attention of one of the attendance he blamed it on the sensor. He gave me tje best car wash they had and it wasn't any better than the five dollar car wash at three minutes. The driveway entrance to wash is awkward hard to get into with my medium size truck and I can't imagine a larger truck. neither one of the vacuum were working and the place just opened so they probably weren't working the prior day and no one unclogged them. read more

Pretty Good Wash My vehicle was in desperate need of a cleaning, so I headed over to Superstar Carwash to get a good cleaning. The staff at Superstar are friendly and they aren't pushy when it comes to trying to "up sell" other services like many other cars wash facilities. The line was long when I arrived but it didn't take long to get through the line and have my car nicely cleaned. Staff seem friendly but the minute you don't buy a monthly pass, you're given the most rude attitude and no help (3 separate occasions). The rinsing portion of the wash is terrible. The vacuums are falling apart, most are not even suctioning correctly. Only good thing is the location. read more

Super clean location and even better customer service. Parking lot was really clean. Vacuum suction was amazing and I love the damp towels they offer. Seems to be a very busy location but I was in and out really fast. This location continues to get better and better. Great customer service. My keys and phone got locked in my truck after washing it. I had my dog inside with no AC and I went over to the office where I talked to Gabriel and he was kind enough to let me use his personal phone to reach out to Geico and Ford to try and get a locksmith out ASAP. They said 1hr which would be too late. Good thing I had Ford pass so Gabriel allowed me to download the app on his phone and unlock my car! Such a good deed and I couldn't be more grateful! My car was damaged while going through the car wash. It broke off my trunk spoiler. The worker retrieved it from inside the car wash when I realized it was off. Manager Gabe did an incident report and told me a would receive a call within 3-5 business days. I was never called. I'll called customer service and they informed me the report was never turned in. I had to email them a picture of the report. I was told it would be reviewed and called or emailed. I still have not been contacted even after repeated calls and emails to them. Get a pretty great wash even with the cheaper washes which is great :) Vacuums out front are helpful too, I just wish they had is set up after instead of before and also added air compressors so that way you can spot dry afterward if needed read more

Worst customer service ever from the " manager" Andrew.., went to get my car wash and I have a membership and the scanner didn't work like usual I always had problems with it but but they always fix it. But not tonight he came to talk to and tell me that my membership is expired and I was how does it expire if you guys still taking money from my card every month.., he asked for my card and I didn't have my wallet with me because I just left the house to get a car was that is already paid for, but "Andrew didn't care" I asked him if I can go through and get the was and next time I'll bring my card because I didn't want to go home and have to come back but he said NO!! I'm a big fan of this car wash location. It's very convenient (next to Wal Mart and Tanger Outlets). Surprisingly, it doesn't get too busy and if so, wait times aren't long whatsoever. The employees keep the area very clean. They are quite friendly too, especially a gentleman named Julian who helped me out. I would recommend getting your car washed here! read more

First time visiting this location and I will be coming back. The staff was friendly and their air freshener smells really good! Quick in and out car wash at a great price! They also had towels for you to wipe your car down in areas that didn't get fully dry. Their vacuums are powerful and there's plenty of those stations. The worst service I have had here since they opened this location. Was a member since you stated membership but today you lost a loyal customer. I will be spreading the news of the lack of support for loyal customers at this location. You lost two cars with memberships, unless you change staff that cares and enjoy there job, your location in Glendale will continue to lose memberships. There are plenty of car washes that will accept my business with hopefully respect to its customers. Customer service is continuing to go downhill in this world.
