Pretty seamless auto repair. They were very transparent with the work they did. Could've had a little more precision with the painters tape & gotten a brand new bumper instead of salvaging the one from the crash. Otherwise pretty solid job. Still sad my car was hit but I got it back in a week and was also given the parts dissection for everything added and removed from my vehicle. The customer service is top notch I can't say a bad thing about how I was treated while I was there. Would recommend to anyone in a similar situation. I cannot stop saying how much I absolutely love Francis Collision Center and their team! Wonderful mechanics, cool as heck, ladies at front desk are super nice, helpful and personable. If I ever need repairs, I know I can trust/rely on them, and always will. They will treat your vehicle, like it was their own and if there is any issue after you receive your car back, they fix it quick. I called and was asked if I could bring it in at that exact moment, it was only a very minor, unimportant issue but they treated it with urgency and I simply love it. Thank you Francis!! My car got bang up on the forward right side. Insurance suggested this place for the fix and i could not be happier with the repair. For my first time getting in an auto accident, this place made me want to get in accident again just to go back hahaha just kidding. Seriously though, turn around was one week for the front fender, right forward and back door. Highly recommend this place. Although the insurance covered it, the cost was roughly $1200 in total. The whole 'fixing my car' thing has always intimidated me....probably why it took me a couple of months to find a place to take my car. I mean, there's a ton of auto body shops in the area so how should I know who's the quality of the quantity, right? Sooo, I did what any other sensible person would do....ask around and collect feedback. So I did just that....and Francis Collision Centre was the only shop mentioned multiple times. I even took a Facebook poll and FCC took the cake. I was reluctant to let my car go, because to be without a car can be costly when relying on a rental car.....and so it was -- but that's a whole other review stewing, and it's not a good one. Back to my point...Francis Collision gets 5*'s for sure. I'd like to go a little further and acknowledge Juanita at the front desk. She lit a fire under the lame claim adjustor I had/have (I shouldn't say anything about that until I get my rental money reimbursed, oh but I will, not to worry). She called the gazillion numbers to get the paperwork to flow. She understood my dilema of going broke from weeks of having to rent a car.... but she wouldn't let up until she got what she needed, so I could get what I needed....my car. Everytime I went to the office she was diligently working and taking calls. I learned first hand that making calls and dealing with insurance claims and worst of all tracking down the adjustors who have automatic vm pick up all their calls, is not fun and can really bring out the worst in someone. Juanita though...she handled it and kept her cool. Big thank you to FCC and Juanita. My car looks like I drove it off the lot, but without spending the whole day bargaining at the dealership and a chunk of money leaving a gaping whole in my checking account for a down payment. Big thanks to the guys who worked on my car as well. Francis Collision Centre wouldn't be who they are without those behind the scene entrusted to provide quality service and repairs. (Seriously, why are you not running your own commercial on Comcast?-- you guys are REALLY that good and the Fresno area should know where to take their car for auto body repairs. There are a ton of people like me, who don't know squat about where to take their car and rely on the suggestions of others'. A little advertising may just force you to expand into the corner lot next door.....seriously. Just received the best service here! Our car got backed into and we needed the side view window replaced. When we arrived, the shop was busy with activity! We actually had a medical appointment across time in one hour. We thought maybe there was not enough time and we had to come back another time. They got us in and out in record time! The waiting room was very comfortable and had beverages. All the people in the entire place were friendly and helpful. We even got a free T-shirt! We will definitely return when needed. I had a great experience at Francis collision center. They were very attentive, very professional and fast. I had a geico claim and with the combo of Geico TLC and Jeff Francis shop I felt like a Princess and my car came out perfect and a great detailed cleaning job too. To top it off they sent me a way with a cool tshirt that my husband loved with classic mustangs on the front. I was hesitant since my car was fairly new and the original color of my car was hard to match. I took my car in since I did not want to drive around with the left side bumper all messed up. Great set-up/processing, service and results! I was hit by a geico insured and they asked that I take my brand new Kia here to be repaired. I was of course skeptical at first not having taken a car of mine there before but the staff and the geico express repair program housed inside the body shop really impressed me. They were expecting me at the appointment time I set and even had a replacement car through enterprise ready for me when everything was finished. The repairs only took 2 days and they used genuine Kia parts on the car not to mention the also gave me an awesome classic car tank top. I'll start this by saying this was one of the worst experiences of my life. This shop had my car a month and a half. It sat in their back lot getting covered in dust, mud, and scratches and scrapes. They ordered wrong part after wrong part for my car, a lot of times the same wrong part over and over. After being told repeatedly it will be finished this day, then it will be this day, oh now it will be this day. So I went down to look at it, which is when I saw it in the back lot pushed to the backburner getting scratched up and dirtied. I noticed scratcjes here and there, a piece that was still good after my accident that I left in my car was gone and thrown away (not their property to throw away anyway, it wasn't even in the way) and my interior covered in dust and residual body filler dust from other cars. At this time I also noticed they had not fixed paint chips in my door from where the fender was rubbing against it, even though they had already painted my car and assembled it. But not only that but they also chipped the edge of my door REPEATEDLY to the point I felt it before even looking at the edge. I brought that up and they said they'd fix it (after finally getting the car back, the fix was very mediocre and nowhere near as I suspected from a shop and the whole bottom of the door, from fender to quarter panel, was covered in clear coat drips. They have amateurs working here that do not know what they are doing at all) so after waiting even longer I got fed up and went to go pick up my car because i was either going to finish it myself or have another shop take care of it. I went and they wouldn't release it to me until they thought they were done, even after my insurance had already paid and I paid my copay as well, they still kept it to finish it their way (pretty sure this was illegal) well after that whole month and a half disaster, I got my car back...somewhat. They had broken practically every piece they touched or removed. Missing screws holding my door panel, part of the mess in my interior was actually scrapes in my door panel that I cannot get out, they cover the whole top of it, they replaced my hood and instead of replacing the hood insulator with it, they left my old one on the shop floor to be stepped on by everyone that worked there before re installing it. No joke, they left all the footprints on it and I have pictures of everything. They broke both windshield washer nozzles, I had to replace those myself. They broke both front bumper brackets on either side of the car so by the wheel well and headlights my brand new bumper was not aligning and was protruding out. They replaced my radiator support and the welding they did was very shotty at best. Looking at it from the engine bay alone you can see part of it looks like it's not even welded on and I can see it eventually breaking off or separating even further. And to top it all off the final "polish", if you can call it that, is terrible. Noting but swirl marks in the brand new paint. Like I said, everyone here is an amateur. They scratched my trunk as well, it looks like they put way too much pressure or something while polishing it and it burnt the wax compound and scratched the hell out of my trunk. One of many scratches they left on my car. I now hate this place with a passion. I had another shop look at the drips in the doors clear coat and they said it would have to be entirely re painted they screwed it up that bad. So to everyone reading this, this shop is EXTREMELY unprofessional, they hire people who have no clue how to fix anything properly on a vehicle and not break every clip or lose every screw along the way or paint a vehicle properly. So be warned. I am one of many they have screwed over. read more

So I got in an accident, not good. Wasn't my fault. Person had Gieco. The insurance office is shared in the same office with Francis, needed a rental car, Enterprise has an office there with Francis and before i could blink, I had my rental and was on my way. They had text updates to keep me in the loop about my vehicle and updated me every step of the way. The office staff also called and gave me updates on a regular basis as well. Top notch! The convenience was amazing. Went over the truck with me when I picked it up on a Saturday.....(Another plus). It is easy to get to and service was amazing. Not that I want to get in another accident or hope that you do, but I will be going back if I ever have to. (Geico has two shops in the area and this one is closer or easier to get to from Clovis and I am glad I chose them.) read more
