My Van was taken here after being stolen and damaged. It was ransacked and a mess, there were other damages to the body of the van but I was most amazed with the work done on the inside. ALL work done on my vehicle was done amazingly, just want that noted. I picked my vehicle up looking like it just came off the lot. They made sure that things were done right, and even kept it a bit longer after realizing the check engine light had come on. I would give 10 stars if I could on this one! a week ago while driving my 17 Camaro SS to work on Clovis Ave., I had a gal try and share my lane when pulling away from a light. My front left fender, bumper, tire & rim were damaged. This gal had Geico, WoW, her ins card said expired in 2016 so I panicked and call Geico within 25 min of the wreck expecting the worse. Geico said we already have you in the system and we own the fault. They suggested Francis Collision Center. I called them 15 min. later and they said we have an appointment time in 45 min. can I come down then. They said they also have a rental car from enterprise waiting for me while they fix my car. NO MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET WHATSOEVER. I might add. every day from dropping the car off to today when I picked her up, 7 days ttl, they texted and emailed the progress daily. My Rim is a after market black chrome and was no longer available. it was badly scratched but not cracked, they not only buffed it out clean, they paid me 70% of what the rim would have cost in a check. I have never had such awesome customer service and outstanding workmanship nor have I heard of any from anyone of my friends or family. I could just keep going on and on, Just can't say enough good stuff!! totally satisfied customer!!! Also planning to switch to Geico as well, what professional's!! read more

This is one place you should avoid if you want to be treated fairly and not discriminated by social class. After choosing this repair shop near my neighborhood, I soon realize that the people working there doesn't really care about your needs at all. Even tho I paid the $30 to get a written estimate, I soon felt the cold shoulder as I was told my vehicle cannot be repair because of the title status. This is wrong, cuz the previous year I had it repaired it in Clovis where the other insurance told me to go to. They had no issue with repairing the damages on my car with the same titles status. ****Above ALL Francis needs to educate their estimators (especially the lady who shove me away that day) not to be bias towards someone of the lower class. In the end, I was only there trying to save my self time from driving and giving them my business. read more

I dropped my van off January 23, 2017. Was not repaired until Feb 23, 2017. They called me repeatedly telling me the van would b e ready by this date and then it was pushed out. Seemed the office didn't know what the shop was doing. They called me before all the parts were even in telling me that the van would be ready and then the part did not come in. The rear tire was still crooked and the inside was very dusty and they made a mediocre attempt to wipe it in some areas. Then they bribed me with Starbucks to write this review. read more

If I still have a small issue with the car, can I go in and see what can be done about it? I got rearended and Francis CC fixed the damage done on the car. However, the back camera is misplaced, and I can't really see what's behind me when I'm going in reverse. Updated 1/1/17: I figured that you guys did a poor job on the vehicle. The reason why the camera looks misplaced is due to you guys putting epoxy glue (which should be held by clips) to a chrome decal on the vehicle which in turns blocks the rear camera from displaying correctly. I payed 1,600 for the fix and the quality is extremely poor. I payed for a quality work. read more

I had come to get a scuff on the back of my car fixed up and I was told it would be a 2-3 day job, but I got it back 5 days later, so I do feel like they could improve on that aspect. Another thing I did not enjoy was how they made me feel as if they were trying to milk money out of me, since it was the bumper paint that needed retouching since someone had scraped it but they told me I needed a whole host of things fixed when it very clearly was just the paint and the small crack that needed attention. A friend of mine had her entire front half smashed in and had it fixed with $700, but somehow this little corner needed $700 worth of repair too. Not a place I would recommend. read more
